Unfortunately, we got a larger sushi box that wasn't expired according to the label - but the sushi & maki & nigiri were completely inedible and smelled terrible 😖 and pretty much ruined our desire for Japanese food in the long term & were immediately thrown away and we We then informed Eat Happy's customer service 😏 and sent photos and had to answer many questions. It was said in April '22 that at least the purchase price would be refunded (approx. Euro 25.00 winter box) and we would receive a voucher, but when we asked repeatedly we didn't even get a response! This is really quite embarrassing 🙈 for a company like this and there can be no question of “customer service”! Since then we have definitely NOT bought any more sushi boxes from Eat Happy 🤷🏼♀️ Thank you - but we are “served” ☹️
