At first glance, a very pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and employees. What was noticeable was that the employees spoke very quietly, so that you could understand them, but had difficulty with direct background noise. I ordered sushi, which also looked very good and appetizing. However, the taste was rather mediocre because the sushi tasted pretty monotonous and the salmon or whatever else was in it was lost. Unfortunately, it's a shame, but still quite acceptable.

So the sushi is really good and inexpensive. It's not the highest quality sushi, but I don't think you should expect that given the price. We are still always satisfied.

This is a very nice establishment where it's worth stopping by for the price/performance ratio. The personal experience was a bit, unfortunately through my own fault, not quite as good in terms of service. My first mistake was that I didn't inform myself in advance that Saturday was All You Can Eat. So of course it was not possible to order individual or special dishes (ramem). The food on offer was still very tasty and that meant I was able to test and enjoy a lot more personally. The only major point of criticism was the service, as I unfortunately had the experience that one person was not understood, my bill was given to a completely different table and that, despite clear and repeated orders, the order was unfortunately mixed up. But if there was a mix-up, we apologized and of course what we ordered was brought to us. The conclusion is that for me personally this is a place where I would like to go again and recommend.

We had it delivered, the maximum time was 45 minutes, it arrived after over 60 minutes and I didn't think it was good in terms of quality or taste. Price was okay.

Atmosphäre und Service sind ok aber das Sushi auf dem Laufband ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Hinzu kommen bspw. Kroketten, Pommes... Was dann nichts mehr mit Sushi zu tun hat. Bei einem Preis von 18,90€ kann man sicher auch nicht zu viel verlangen und dementsprechend auch die Qualität.

Excellent food, friendly and hospitable staff and a wonderful atmosphere. I can only recommend this place.

We ordered online at 3:37 p.m. After about an hour of nothing happening, when we tried to log in again we were informed that our address could no longer be delivered. We honestly have more than 13!!! Tried to call the restaurant, either no one answered or it went to voicemail. Paypal itself then recommended that we contact Sushifreunde as a contact point because they belong to the same owner. At least someone finally answered the phone there, but of course the poor man couldn't help us... it was just a very desperate attempt to achieve something on our part. We then gave up completely because, even after repeated calls, no one answered the phone. Requested a cancellation with Paypal and ordered dinner elsewhere, which we are now waiting for. But about 10 minutes ago, around 6:20 p.m., our doorbell rang and we really couldn't believe it. Not long after we submitted the cancellation, a supplier arrived with our actual order. Too late unfortunately, of course we cannot accept it if the payment process has been cancelled. I feel incredibly sorry for the supplier, especially since I would have liked to have accepted the sushi. But it's just not clear that you don't communicate properly with customers! If they had called us back and told us that it would take a little longer, we would have understood and waited/not asked for the cancellation! But it just doesn't work like that!!

We really enjoyed ordering from here, unfortunately this store has been closed for almost a year now. The nearest store is in Reudnitz, unfortunately they don't deliver to the southern suburb :(

Great quality at the appropriate price.

Ordered today at 5:20 p.m., delivery was there at 6:00 p.m. Food was good, will order again.

We just ordered a chicken bowl. This one was absolutely disgusting. The chicken dried out and only had small pieces without meat but only crust (breading). We also captured it as a photo.
