The taste was ok, but the service wasn't good at all, the food was ordered and the food was supposed to be delivered after 35 minutes even though no one had delivered anything, when asked on the phone they first acted stupid, only when they asked more energetically did they say the driver was already "on the way", also a lie. From the time of the phone call to the delivery we waited another hour, a total of over 1.5 hours. Never again. That makes you feel like you're being taken for a ride. Caution!

Ordered food and was canceled by the store after 12 minutes. So far ok, I would have gotten my money back after more than a month. Unfortunately, there was no response from the store in Chemnitz, despite two attempts on my part to contact me. Instead, so far only a lady from customer management for Germany has apologized to me. I will never order from this store again. You can get there quickly with vouchers, but you seem to have massive money problems, otherwise I can't explain such actions.

It has now become a complete disaster. We always order to be picked up... We've had to wait for several weeks (up to 30 minutes) because the food isn't ready. Although we usually order 1-2 hours in advance. Something was missing again today, there were 3 items (worth €25). In one case it was even too little. That was the last straw... It's pointless to clarify anything over the phone. Unfortunately, the taste of many things has also deteriorated. We definitely can't recommend it more.

The sushi is good. Great rice/fish/vegetable ratio. Packaging is great. The drink was nice and cold. The only thing is that the delivery time isn't right and there were no updates, which is a shame and I'm a little annoyed even now that I'm eating the delicious sushi. ----- The delivery time was given as 5:10-5:30 p.m. and was there at 6:08 p.m. - I asked for an update twice. No answer. Overall, I don't think the delivery time is that much of a problem if it were clearly communicated.

Nothing going on and 3 people work like 1. After we ordered shortly before 5 p.m. for 5:15 p.m. (for 4 things) we received our bag at 5:30 p.m. One dish was completely forgotten, so the whole program was repeated. The food was finally ready at 5:45 p.m. One was cutting and ate half of it himself in the meantime, super tasty, I always wanted strangers' spit in/on my food, hygiene is different. We ordered online at 3:37 p.m. After about an hour of nothing happening, when we tried to log in again we were informed that our address could no longer be delivered. We honestly have more than 13!!! Tried to call the restaurant, either no one answered or it went to voicemail. Paypal itself then recommended that we contact Sushifreunde as a contact point because they belong to the same owner. At least someone finally answered the phone there, but of course the poor man couldn't help us... it was just a very desperate attempt to achieve something on our part. We then gave up completely because, even after repeated calls, no one answered the phone. Requested a cancellation with Paypal and ordered dinner elsewhere, which we are now waiting for. But about 10 minutes ago, around 6:20 p.m., our doorbell rang and we really couldn't believe it. Not long after we submitted the cancellation, a supplier arrived with our actual order. Too late unfortunately, of course we cannot accept it if the payment process has been cancelled. I feel incredibly sorry for the supplier, especially since I would have liked to have accepted the sushi. But it's just not clear that you don't communicate properly with customers! If they had called us back and told us that it would take a little longer, we would have understood and waited/not asked for the cancellation! But it just doesn't work like that!!

Ordering via delivery is not recommended. The confirmation email states that the food will be there in 35 minutes. After asking several times, we were repeatedly told that the driver would be there soon. After two hours I canceled the order. If the 35 minutes cannot be met, you should point out longer waiting times when ordering. The customers would then at least be informed and could still decide whether to accept the waiting period. But it's an unnecessary delay and only achieves one thing: stay away!

I haven't ordered here for a long time because the delivery time is not possible. If you order online it says (always) that the food would be there in 35 minutes. It never was. I also waited 2.5 hours for the food. A pre-order for a later delivery also didn't arrive on time, but almost an hour later. Anyway, today I thought I'd try again, maybe they've worked on the problem. But no, after 1.5 hours still no Essan. Just state on your site in advance that you have to wait an average of 2 hours. Then you either accept it or leave it. But if 35 minutes are specified, you just feel ripped off, sorry. I won't order here again.

We ordered ramen with chicken. beetroot, peppers, carrots and ready-made chicken meat balls with noodles. The whole thing was seasoned with a broth that only looked brown but tasted of nothing. The chicken pieces that were specially ordered also turn out to be ready-made balls. In terms of taste, they are rather lower limit. that no health department has shut down the shop here because “dirty” is still harmless here...

I have been a regular customer for over a year and have always picked up in person. If you buy it locally it's good, but if you choose delivery it's a disaster. The order should be delivered at 5:15 p.m. At 5:48 p.m. the message came that it had been delivered and no one was there. When I called at 6pm I heard that the driver would be there in 20 minutes :) The food came but it was flat cold and tasted completely different, or rather it didn't taste at all, I think it's time To find another sushi place

So far we have enjoyed ordering from SushiDeluxe Chemnitz, but the last 2 orders were simply bottom drawer. For both orders we waited about 2 hours for the food. Today (a Thursday outside holidays and/or public holidays) we ordered a special time. The delivery time was 15-40 minutes, we ordered online at 4:45 p.m. for an arrival time of 5:45 p.m. Shouldn't be a problem given the stated delivery time. For a total of €70 (!!!) we received our food shortly before 7 p.m., over an hour late. After waiting for over half an hour, we tried to call 4 times in vain, but only the voicemail was answered. We also did not receive any information from the delivery service. The cold sushi was lukewarm from the warm food and the actually warm food was also only lukewarm, rather cold. The fresh taste was gone, so I can't even judge whether the food was freshly made or had been sitting there all day. The sushi rolls fell apart one by one and were not rolled properly. It was therefore not possible to eat properly. According to the driver, we would probably receive a €3 voucher as “compensation”, but so far nothing has come and nothing has been added to the invoice. Although I find 3€ on an order of 70€ and such a delay really very cheeky and we can only redeem the 3€ next time. As a reminder, the delivery costs (which you also pay at €70) cost €2.50 alone. In the future we will probably have to look for a new sushi supplier, because I think spending my money here would be a waste.

I've already ordered there a few times and I have to say it's gone down a lot. The last time I ordered was in June and one dish (which I had ordered) was swapped with another dish (which I had not ordered) and the delivery time was approx. 2 hours 30 minutes, so I called them to ask how we did it Since I had paid for it and got something that I didn't like, the gentleman on the phone said that I would be sent a €10 voucher by SMS. Today I ordered again and wanted to redeem the voucher and instead of €10 it only had €3 on it! My order arrived about an hour later and a dish was missing (it was exactly the same dish that was swapped last time) so I called again and was told I would get a voucher. But I refused and wanted to have my food delivered later, that was now 1 hour 30 minutes ago and there is still no one there and when I call no one answers! Outrageous That was the last time

We ordered around 4 p.m., delivery was scheduled for 6:15 p.m. When there was nothing there at 6:30 p.m., I wanted to call. 4 times in vain, once the line was busy. Tried to contact Liferando but didn't work. When it was 7:30 p.m., I was about to write an email to customer service when the doorbell rang. The delivery person was nice, but we were slightly annoyed. The food itself was okay, I've eaten better. To be honest, after all of this we didn't have too much confidence that the fish and avocado were particularly fresh. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food arrived on time and I was very excited. Unfortunately, the joy didn't last long. Sushi Deluxe has everything wrong that could be done wrong. The rice was mushy and watery, so the rolls were more like small piles. The crispy rolls were fried so quickly that the crust was still far too light. Overall, the roll and the sauce that came with it were not tasty. The avocado on a tempura roll was unripe. The fried chicken was hard and overcooked. The breading, on the other hand, had become soft again due to the rice being too moist. The miso soup was too sour and cold.

We have always been very satisfied and have ordered often and happily, but today was the bottom line! Unfortunately I can only agree with the reviews. Ordered, food should be with us in 35 minutes. After an hour, without food, we called and were put off... It would be busy and we should be patient for another 25 minutes and only pay €10 for everything. (Statement from the boss!!!!) Of course, the food didn't come on time again, but it arrived on time after the store closed, which confirmed my fears. The sushi was definitely not fresh. Unfortunately, just warming it up or refrigerating it isn't enough. And of course no one at the door knew it was only €10, not even the boss on the phone and put us off with vouchers that were supposed to be issued to us. I just felt sorry for the delivery service because it was the least responsible... And no, we will never order again and will not recommend anyone. A pity. Started strong and slowed down a lot...

My phone number is always included when ordering, so you could have just called. Then I called myself. Then I was informed that there was a lot of stress at the moment. I understand that kind of thing too, but then you shouldn't state in the order status that my food was on its way to me at 8:08 p.m. This time our Mexican roll was also completely carelessly made. Unfortunately, the quality of the sushi depends heavily on the maker. We had days when the sushi was a 10 out of 10. Left nothing to be desired. On other days (e.g. today) it wasn't sushi rolls, but sushi rice rolls. Feels like just rice with no content. Poorly prepared, carelessly designed & unfortunately far from high quality sushi. Furthermore, they were also counted incorrectly. Unfortunately there weren't a few too many, but a few too few. Unfortunately we only noticed this on the way home. All in all... no clear recommendation. You have to have a good day. Rather average sushi. I can think of a few places in Chemnitz that are on a higher level.

We ordered food today shortly before 8:00 p.m., it was supposed to arrive half an hour later, it came at 9:30 p.m. The sushi looked like it had been thrown into the package, the wasabi was spread all over the package. We then called and were just rudely brushed off with a voucher, then called again and said we should call the next day because there would be a boss in the house who could speak German properly, but the guy was talking in the background to a driver who spoke German fluently and to us certainly listened or could understand. They simply hung up and blocked the number! impudence. Sauces and sticks were also missing. Stay away from it, it's a complete waste of money. 40€ for free.

We ordered the last one to be picked up, I was there 10 minutes before the time, and there was a very arrogant, unfriendly note from a man that it wasn't ready yet. Then I said it wasn't stressful... then the drama began... this guy, I don't know if he's a boss or what, treats his colleague like the last one. That too in front of customers... I had to wait almost half an hour before I could take my order with me. Not a sentence went by in which he didn't insult his colleagues or make them look stupid... when I got my order, almost 15 minutes later, there was no apology for the delay or anything like that. As I said, I'm relatively relaxed, but that's not possible. So eating is ok, a bit pricey for the quality but ok. As I said, the service and friendliness... actually deserved 0 stars if the lady at the checkout couldn't handle please and thank you. As I said, the guy with his important headset in his ear doesn't work at all, he definitely doesn't belong in a business like this. For me, that alone is a reason not to go there anymore.

Hab für 12:15 bestellt es kam eine ganze Stunde später und hatte danach noch Stress pünktlich auf arbeit zu kommen. Und am Telefon konnte mir auch nicht geholfen werden das sushi war ok aber ich werde nicht noch ma bestellen weil wenn ich dann jedes mal länger als angegeben warten muss ist es das nicht wert.

Wir haben ganz spontan am Vorabend unsere Bestellung online abgeben und waren nach den Bewertungen hier echt gespannt was uns erwartet. Die Bestellung war am Abholtag pünktlich fertig. Wenn man über Lieferando bestellt, dauert es 2h, wenn man anruft und nachfragt, wird einem unfreundlich geantwortet. Als dann nach 2h der Lieferant kam, brachte er bereits geöffnetes Sushi (Frischesiegel geöffnet, teilweise angebissen). Dem Ganzen nochmal eine Chance gegeben und über TooGoodToGo Essen bestellt, man bezahlt es und während der Abholzeit wird es storniert, obwohl man extra hingefahren ist. Ärgerlich.

Also ich war ja wirklich sonst immer zufrieden, aber nachdem letztens schon etwas vergessen wurde (wo mir telefonisch eine Gutschrift versprochen wurde, die ich nie erhielt), toppt der heutige Vorfall echt alles. Ich wollte den im Newsletter angepriesenen Gutschein bei der Online-Bestellung anwenden, der auch eingelöst werden konnte und im Warenkorb lag, jedoch NICHTS am Gesamtbetrag änderte. Telefonisch erreichte ich einen leider schlecht sprechenden und wenig verstehenden Herren, den ich während des Telefonats mehrfach bat, mir einen Kollegen zu geben, der mich besser versteht. Im Hintergrund hörte ich auch jemanden perfekt Deutsch sprechen, der allerdings sagte nur k*ckendreist „Ne du musst auch mal lernen, Dinge alleine zu klären“ und ließ den armen Herren und mich trotz erneut mehrfachem Wunsch nach einem Gespräch hängen (höre noch ein „die hat bestimmt den Newsletter nicht richtig gelesen“ im Hintergrund), sodass ich ich stocksauer auflegte. Ist das euer Verständnis von Kundenservice? Abartig!

Lässt lieber die Finger von der Bude. Als ich das letzte Mal da war waren einfach 2 Hunde im Eingangsbereich zur Theke und da lagen. Ja HUNDE in nen Sushi-Restaurant die gleich neben den Eingang zur Küche Chillen. Bei den meisten Sushikochen kann man ja zugucken wie das eigene Sushi frisch vor dem Augen der Zuschauer zubereitet wird, hier nicht. Es gibt zwar eine Frischetheke für die Zutaten aber es wird aus dieser wohl keine oder nur sehr selten etwas genommen. Das richtige Sushi wird in nen Hinterraum aufgetaut oder wurde schon vorher zubereitet und wird hier nur verpackt Das Essen das mir da gemacht wurde sah zwar in Ordnung aus aber Geschmack gab es irgendwie gar keinen. Ein bisschen nach trockenem Reis und etwas Fisch aber an dem Sushi-Reis war weder Zucker noch Salz und auch kein Reisessig dran. Ja richtig gelesen: Hier wird Fisch oder Gemüse mir Reis umwickelt, in Scheibchen geschnitten und Sushi genannt.

Echt klasse was ihr abzieht, meine Bestellung von 20:00uhr wolltet ihr mir über 2 Stunden später geben. Das lustige an der Sache ist, das ihr gesagt habt, das Auto sei kaputt gegangen, wovon der Fahrer nix wusste (warnt euren Fahrer wenigsten vorher ein, bevor ihr Geschichten erzählt)und am Telefon wurde mir 5 mal gesagt, ich solle doch noch 20min warten. Ihr denkt auch ich möchte ein mitternachtssnack. Am Telefon habt ihr auch von einer Gutschrift geredet, wovon ich noch nix gesehen habe. Naja, esst euer Sushi selber oder stellt es bis morgen in den Kühlschrank, für den nächsten Kunden 😆 Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben

Essen 18:45 bestellt, 20:15 Uhr noch immer nichts in Sicht. Lieferando Verfolgung funktioniert nicht und telefonisch ist keiner zu erreichen. Selbst wenn das Sushi 10/10 wäre, dann nur zu empfehlen, wenn man gerade eh noch keinen Hunger hat und einfach erstmal bestellen will. Preislich aber angemessen. Update: Essen kam nicht und wir werden nie wieder bestellen. (20:50 Uhr)

Wir haben heute zum 2.Male getestet, die Qualität war wieder einwandfrei, das Sushi war frisch und sehr schön angerichtet, bei alle Zutaten gab es keine Abstriche,auch die verschiedenen Soßen sind zu empfehlen. Die Lieferung war heute etwas später angekommen ,was bestimmt am Verkehr lag,aber das machte die freundliche Fahrerin mit einem Lächeln wieder wett .Wir wünschen dem Team von Sushideluxe das sie dieses Niveau halten so das wir wieder bei ihnen bestellen können.

Update;: Letzte Bestellung September 2023 war wieder hervorragend. Heiß und lecker. Ohne Haare :-) Eigentlich mag ich den Geschmack des Sushis sehr und die Rollen sehen sehr besonders aus und sind echt mal was anderes. Leider haben wir wiederholt bestellt und es fehlten Rollen und das ekligste ist, dass wir wiederholt Haare im Essen hatten. Das ist wirklich für mich ein No go. Ich dachte bei der ersten Bestellung, das kann passieren. Aber es war jetzt wirklich die letzten Male immer wieder der Fall. Da helfen dann auch Gutscheine nichts mehr.

Hatten zum Abendessen für 25 Euro bestellt - zum Glück nicht noch mehr Geld rausgeschmissen. Lieferung war völlig in Ordnung, netter Kerl der das Essen geliefert hat. Aber das Sushi selbst ist sein Geld einfach nicht wert. Die Qualität ist eher traurig, da ist das Sushi aus der Kühltruhe im Supermarkt um Längen besser. Reis völlig überkocht, Reisessig benutzt man hier wohl auch nicht und generell ein sehr geschmacksneutrales Erlebnis.

KATASTROPHE - Lesen lohnt sich und erspart sinnlosen Ärger! Leider absolut unterirdischer und schlechter Service. Habe für 2 Personen eine 50 Euro Bestellung getätigt, welche 6 Artikel umfasste. Die Bestellung sollte innerhalb von 35 Minuten geliefert werden, kam jedoch erst nach gut einer Stunde. Zwei von sechs Artikeln fehlten. Ich rief an und eine Persone, deren Muttersprache hörbar nicht Deutsch war, nahm das Telefonat entgegen. Ich schilderte mein Anliegen, und bat darum die fehlenden Produkte nachgeliefert bekommen zu wollen. Der Mitarbeiter verstand mich nicht, fragte wiederholt nach dem Anliegen, meinem Namen und der Adresse. Ungefähr 5 Minuten lang antworte ich ruhig auf die immer wiederkehrenden Fragen und fragte an, an einen Kollegen weitergegeben zu werden. Schließlich hörte ich eine Stimme aus dem Hintergrund, welche meinem Gesprächspartner sagte, er müsse das Telefonat selbst führen können, er habe Telefondienst. Immer wieder hörte ich die Person Anweisungen geben (Frag nach dem Namen, frag nach der Straße...). Dementsprechend begann der Spaß von vorn. Ich buchstabierte den Namen, die Adresse, nannte Uhrzeit der Bestellung, Rechnungsnummer. Die mitarbeitende Person wiederholte meine Angaben falsch - jedes einzelne Mal. Meine Stimme wurde unfreundlicher, da ich einfach die fehlenden Produkte erhalten wollte, den Montagabend nicht mit einem sinnlos langen Telefonat verbringen wollte und fassungslos darüber war, dass der Kollege das Telefonat nicht einfach übernahm. Nach 15 Minuten waren wir soweit gekommenen, dass die zwei fehlenden Speisen nachgeliefert werden sollten. Meine Freundin und ich begannen, vom bereits Gelieferten zu essen und - Überraschungen - das eigentlich vegetarisch bestellte Produkt enthielt Fleisch... also folgte ein erneuter Anruf. Diesmal übernahm ziemlich schnell der Mitarbeiter aus dem Hintergrund, als er mitbekam, dass noch ein drittes Produkt auf Kosten des Hauses nachgeliefert werden solle. Nach kurzer Zusammenfassung mit durchaus unverständlicher und gereizter Stimme meinerseits, wurde die Nachlieferung nach ungefähr insgesamt 20 Telefonminuten veranlasst. Als Entschädigung erhielten wir einen Becher Wakame-Salat mit der Aufschrift "Sorry". No more words needed. Einmal und nie wieder...

Wenn sich der Firmeninhaber und seine Frau gute Bewertungen geben müssen, sollten Sie mal über ihr Geschäft nachdenken. Eine neue Filiale unter anderem Namen aufmachen (Sushibar/Sushifreunde=Sushi Deluxe), macht die Qualität und Lieferzeiten auch nicht besser. Desweiteren finde ich es sehr vermessen mit Nachhaltigkeit (Elektromobilität) zu werben und dann kein Fahrzeug im Fuhrpark zu haben. Leider nicht der beste Sushi Dealer in Chemnitz.

Die Lieferung hat statt der angegebenen 35 Minuten gute 2 Stunden gedauert, alles was warm sein sollte, war kalt, die crunch-Sushi waren schon komplett weich und einige meiner Gäste sind auch schon wieder gegangen ehe das Essen ankam. Als ich mich telefonisch erkundigt habe, wollte man mich zurückrufen, hat aber auch nicht so gut geklappt. Meine Geburtstagsparty war mit der Sushi Deluxe Lieferung somit leider nicht wirklich erfolgreich

Schnelle Lieferung. Sushi schmeckt prima. Allerdings werden verschiedene Sorten in den Kartons vermischt. Schlecht, wenn jemand keinen Fisch möchte, die Hähnchenröllchen aber mit Lachs in einem engen Karton liegen. Verbesserungswürdig.

Einfach nur unverschämt und überhaupt nichts von Deluxe. Die Sommerrolle war hart und trocknen und hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt und die Härte ist der absurde Preis von über 5€ für ein einzige Minirolle. Ich werde nie wieder bestellen und all meinen Bekannten und Freunden davon abraten.

Die Bestellung war eher so lala… hatte online die Bestellung aufgegeben über eine App. Abholung schleifend, da ich 15 min warten musste. Die Sushi Rolls waren ok aber der Reis eher pampig und nicht mit richtigen Sushi rollen zu vergleichen! Pampig eher. Der gemischte Salat war auch Reudig, eher zusammen gewürfelte Rester und kalter Reis als Klumpen. Landete gleich wo anders, den Tieren hat es geschmeckt, für meinen Geschmack würde ich da kein Geld mehr ausgeben. Dann eher zu dem Griechen davor…Schade aber Tatsache.

Hab bei Sushideluxe einmal zum probieren bestellt. Das einzig positive war die Lieferung. Der Bestellvorgang und die Wartezeit waren in Ordnung. Aber das Sushi war qualitativ und geschmacklich kein Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern in Chemnitz. Ich würde es keinem empfehlen, der Wert auf gutes Sushi legt. Da kann ich mich den Vorgängern mit den wenigen Sternen nur anschließen und werde nicht mehr hier bestellen.

It is and always will be my favorite sushi place. I have been ordering my sushi there for many years and have eaten there several times. In the meantime there were sometimes problems with the delivery (incomplete, unpunctual) but I can no longer complain about that at the moment. The drivers are super nice, really quick and the food tastes really good as usual.

Overall, the food tastes very good and is definitely reasonably priced. In addition to dishes from the menu, there is also a fixed price where you can put together your own plate. We'll try the sushi here again soon. The service is also friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice. Unfortunately, no card payment is possible.

Excellent food, great concept with ordering via tablet and the all-you-can-eat package for just under €30 per person, nice and inviting atmosphere and very nice and professional service. Be sure to reserve in advance on weekends. Highly recommend this restaurant!
