The food was okay. The cola tasted like water. When three people checked out, several items were charged more than once. No employee had any idea who ordered how much.

Five stars once upon a time! The food arrived an hour later than promised, and of course, it was cold! With my last few orders, one item was always missing! I'll seriously reconsider whether I'll ever order from them again! Three stars only because it was still tasty. I'm adding one more star because of the good customer service.

I've been ordering from here for years, but unfortunately the sushi quality has declined drastically. I'd rather accept the delivery time (averaging 80 minutes) if at least everything else was top-notch. It's a shame.

Of the three types of sushi ordered, only one was edible. The avocado maki tasted only of wasabi, and the fried sushi was cold, soggy, and had the wrong sauce.

The sushi was rather mediocre and the service poor. We ate at the buffet, which was very small (limited selection) and wasn't replenished regularly or often enough. We asked for a receipt for our order, but were told, "No, we don't have one." All in all, not really recommended, except perhaps for takeaway.

Ordered via Wolt at 19.00, food was supposed to be delivered at 19.30, I tried to call at 20.30 as we still hadn't been delivered, no answer. The good finally showed up at 20.45, so 1h45 after ordering... the tempura were almost cold already, so the order probably sat in a trunk for quite some time.

The order was placed at 3 p.m., delivery took 40 minutes, and we arrived at 4:30 p.m. Instead of salmon, the hoso maki came with cucumber. We complained and were told we'd receive a voucher and a replacement. After repeated inquiries (5 times), the delivery finally arrived after two hours. We didn't receive the promised voucher. The food was good, though. But I've never experienced service like this before.

Nice restaurant decorated in a modern Japanese style. Here, we find the most delicious glass noodle salad and delicious sushi. Tea lovers will also find their money's worth. It's best to bring some time to enjoy the food properly. The buffet is recommended, which is refilled by the wait staff at the appropriate time. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that the sushi you want (salmon or tuna) is very late in being restocked or is sold out immediately because several people are waiting for it. Sushi with shrimp or sashimi usually sits on the plates for a very long time.... We've been going here for a while, although the price doesn't allow you to come here every week. Nevertheless, it's always delicious here. Update 06/24: They've acquired a cute serving robot (cat-style) that brings you your plates. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined, as we had significant gastrointestinal problems after the last two visits and would rather not come back. 🙄

I had sushi delivered for my birthday, everything arrived horribly, all the sushi fell apart, the fish was spoiled, I will never order from or visit that restaurant again

I ordered food directly from the website for delivery. According to the order history, the food was listed as delivered, but it wasn't there. I called twice afterward and asked if I should wait for the food because it might have been forgotten... The bottom line is, it never arrived. It's a shame that a restaurant can't even call and let you know something went wrong; I would have understood that. This was also the last time I ordered food or ate there. The quality of the service and food has unfortunately declined considerably in the last 2-3 years.

We wanted to have lunch here. It's open from 11:30, but we arrived shortly before 12. We were sent away. The dining area was clearly not yet prepared. I don't know if this is standard practice, but if I open from 11:30 and still can't offer food on site, I should communicate that. Locking the door and only opening it when I'm ready to serve would be a good idea.

The food was perfect. And the service was very friendly and unstressed, always ready to answer questions.

We were absolutely thrilled with our visit! The quality of the sushi was outstanding – super fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive, friendly, and very quick. The ambiance is also stylish and inviting – you immediately feel at home. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant to any sushi lover!

Unfortunately, the outdoor area is completely filthy, and the parasol is broken. You don't feel comfortable sitting outside on this furniture at all; it could definitely be replaced. It's a shame. The food is OK, and so is the service.

So I ordered from them and haven't been this blown away by sushi in a long time. Whenever I've ordered before, the rice was always very hard and often not seasoned at all, but here. Hallelujah, amazing. The rice was soft but nicely sticky, nicely seasoned as it should be, and the fish and vegetables were fresh. I highly recommend it.

We had the crunchy sushi 🍣 to go. The sushi was beautifully packaged; it was still warm even after the 20-minute drive home! It was super tasty, super crunchy, and juicy. The chicken was very tender. The staff was also very friendly; we're happy to pick it up from you or eat it in. 😊 The sweet sushi is also highly recommended.

I ordered the glass noodle salad and spring rolls. I highly recommend both. The food arrived relatively quickly and was hot, and it tasted very good. The service was also very friendly and helpful. The only criticism I would have is that the table was a bit sticky, but otherwise it was a great experience.

Because we were going out to eat on Whit Monday, we expected a big crowd. When we arrived, it turned out we were the only ones there. Getting to grips with the system proved difficult at first. We didn't know whether we would be served or had to order at the counter. (As soon as we were noticed, we were served.) However, the service was friendly. The food was delicious and filling. I think we'll be back again.

We placed an order for pickup, but the floor in the shop was very sticky, and the staff weren't particularly friendly. Now for the sushi: Unfortunately, the avocado was no longer good, and the salmon wasn't the freshest either. Furthermore, the order wasn't correct (the sushi was wrong). Which is a shame, as it wasn't the first time. So, let's cut to the chase: For that price, I expected something better, and I wouldn't recommend it!

We ordered here via Lieferando. The delivery was quick. The spring rolls were really good. But that's about the good points. There was a hair in my sushi, and the crunchy sushi wasn't really crunchy. It just didn't taste good. My friend used a rubber band in his sushi. That simply can't be the case. And there is no wasabi or ginger, so you apparently have to order it separately. Overall, we were not satisfied and cannot recommend sushi lovers. Then we can personally recommend Osaka for sushi deliveries.

Have on April 11th. Ordered food via Uber. The delivery person insulted us at the door and simply overlooked the delivery instructions. It doesn't work at all and is an absolute disgrace. What can the customer do if you are too stupid to read? And as a customer I don't have to be insulted, neither in German nor in any other language. The supplier even became slightly violent. A complaint will be made to Uber.

Despite all the bad reviews, we decided to give SUSHIFREUNDE a chance. The food came on time. This is where the positive part ends. Unfortunately, as described several times, the rice was relatively sticky and mushy, so that it usually broke when grabbed with chopsticks. Some of the salmon rolls tasted so extremely fishy that we had to spit out the sushi. Unfortunately, over 10 pieces of sushi could not be eaten. Otherwise it wasn't particularly appealing in terms of taste. Rather very bland and the avocado pieces, which at least appeared visually, had no effect on the taste... All in all, we should have paid more attention to the previous reviews. Because then we would have been spared a horrible, bad meal.

I always enjoyed ordering from Sushifreunde and used to find the food really tasty. Delivery arrived on time today, delivery person was nice, everything was ok. But unfortunately the sushi was again completely soft. Like a single rice pulp. Sushi falls apart as soon as you pick it up with chopsticks. Avocado is more like a green-colored paste (very soft, creamy texture, no avocado piece visible). Unfortunately, it is also generally very tasteless. Everything was missing. I could only eat it soaked in soy sauce. I couldn't explain how sushi could taste like nothing. I'm disappointed. Sushifreunde was my first stop for sushi. Rewe, Kaufland and the like are now far overtaking the sushi bar in terms of taste.

Delivery: This restaurant repeatedly fails to deliver what was ordered. Just to give an example: Among other things, we ordered vegan futo maki and got rolls with cream cheese.

The second time the rice was sweet and the rest of our order was also mediocre, perhaps the recipe was changed, but we were not satisfied for the second time. Service was great.

Rude old man delivered me the food and the first time he was upset that he didn't get a tip. The second time he wanted me to come into the entrance in my socks. Such an unfriendly pack!

I ordered 3x8 pieces of maki (salmon/spicy tuna/cucumber) and a beer for just over 20 euros. The taste was okay, delivery was also ok, but the portion size was somehow not right. I've never eaten 24 rolls anywhere without being full. Maybe it's just bad luck - every supermarket - sushi has rolls that are 30% thicker - I assume there's no other way to price it but somehow I'd rather leave it alone or order 4x8 per person...

Let's start with the positive: we were kindly offered a table, free choice, because everything was empty. Unfortunately, the positive almost ends there. The table and menus were sticky. The bench and under the table were crumbled. Dirt collected in every corner. Simply wiping down tables and cleaning the floor properly would have a huge impact here. The service was trying to be friendly. The sushi was okay, not overwhelmingly good but not bad either. However, the ambience around it devalues ​​it immensely. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews here afterwards. Unfortunately, I can only confirm the dirt on the stairs to the toilet. Overall it was a sobering visit, we had hoped for more, which is a shame.

The sushi was great, although two items were not available. What doesn't work at all is the loud music that doesn't match the ambience and the dirt everywhere. There are cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the floor is full of dirt, the stairs to the toilet haven't seen a broom in a while and the toilets, ugh.

It is and always will be my favorite sushi place. I have been ordering my sushi there for many years and have eaten there several times. In the meantime there were sometimes problems with the delivery (incomplete, unpunctual) but I can no longer complain about that at the moment. The drivers are super nice, really quick and the food tastes really good as usual.

The two of us would have liked to go to the all-you-can-eat buffet. However, only one of us would have ordered the buffet. "No, we won't do that," was the short answer on the phone. I replied “Then unfortunately we can’t come”. -"Okay, have a nice evening, ciao," the employee said to me and hung up immediately. So it's better to accept not to sell a buffet once than once. And how quickly I was checked off shocked me even more! It's unfortunate how unfriendly and indifferent "Sushi Friends" have become, the shop used to be really good, I ate there on average every week... That was once - when as a regular customer I wasn't even allowed to bring someone with me who only had a drink , I'm out. And “ciao”.

Ordered around 5 p.m., after waiting 90 minutes I called. The food had probably been on the counter for an hour at that point. Apparently they couldn't find the card reader for the driver and just left it there. They never had the idea to call me. The food arrived around 8 p.m., 3 hours after ordering. As an apology, they put in a free mochi - thanks to the employee on the phone, but we had to wait 3 hours for food... oh well. The quality of the sushi is okay, but it tastes a bit like it came from a machine. EDIT: Ordered again, this time everything came on time. The sushi was also delicious. We were also given a free edamame - I can't say whether that was due to the size of the order or the complaint from last time. Thanks in any case! The only drawback was a roll that was about 95% rice, but that can happen.

Order arrived quickly, but the sushi tastes only slightly better than from the supermarket, so the quality wasn't as good.

We really liked the sushi course and is highly recommended for all sushi lovers! We will come back! The course instructor was awesome and designed the course really well. Great selection (including veggi options)

This is a very nice establishment where it's worth stopping by for the price/performance ratio. The personal experience was a bit, unfortunately through my own fault, not quite as good in terms of service. My first mistake was that I didn't inform myself in advance that Saturday was All You Can Eat. So of course it was not possible to order individual or special dishes (ramem). The food on offer was still very tasty and that meant I was able to test and enjoy a lot more personally. The only major point of criticism was the service, as I unfortunately had the experience that one person was not understood, my bill was given to a completely different table and that, despite clear and repeated orders, the order was unfortunately mixed up. But if there was a mix-up, we apologized and of course what we ordered was brought to us. The conclusion is that for me personally this is a place where I would like to go again and recommend.

I ordered sushi last night at 6:45 p.m. However, almost 1.5 hours beforehand. The sushi came half an hour late and was partly cold (fried sushi). The driver didn't speak any German either and left immediately after delivery. Unfortunately I was really dissatisfied.

Today we ordered food online for 3 people. Unfortunately it was delivered a whopping 45 minutes late. Well then! I could have lived with that if it had at least tasted good. In addition to the sushi rolls, which are somehow getting smaller and were definitely fresher, the tempura avocado with dip took the cake! Unfortunately it's simply not edible. In the end we tasted all 3, one of them could have had an aberration in taste. The avocado was very bitter throughout and the dip that went with it already tingled on the tongue. Unfortunately, there is a strong suspicion here that it is actually going bad or has already been. The sour, musty smell also made me stay away from it! We clearly question the freshness of the products delivered! It's a shame, we've ordered here several times...

Unfortunately, some of the menu is put together by sushi friends. The photos at Lieferando are just a guide. For example, the Friends menu shows 3 x salmon nigiri. But there is only ever one salmon, because sushi friends put everything together. That's not nice.

I placed an order for pickup around noon. Just in time for pickup time - 20 minutes later it was ready. That was great. Aich the service staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The rice tasted watery and unfortunately not seasoned well. The rollers often opened and were not closed properly. The tempura was soggy and not crispy. It's a shame, but unfortunately I didn't like it at all. Since the food was take-away, unfortunately the ambience or the service can't save anything here.

Unfortunately it wasn't tasty, all can you eat 25€ per person is really hard. My wife tried one of mine because there was little choice and we then had to pay a whopping 50€ for maybe 5 sushi. It's a shame it wasn't worth the money with so little choice, we couldn't even get the sushi we wanted.

So far I've only ever had it delivered, so I can't say much about the ambience, but out of my 10 orders, it tasted very good 10 times. The delivery service was usually on time (except once, but I can get over that). I will continue to order my sushi here.

Were here for the basic sushi course. (3 hours) Definitely recommended. The basics are explained very well. From construction to rolling and also useful information about rice. Everything you need for a sushi evening at home. The practice manager was very nice and helpful if something didn't work. Always available to give advice and support without being intrusive. All ingredients are fresh and available in sufficient quantities. And the amount for consumption is more than enough. My box weighed around 800g. Definitely coming back for dinner sometime. Special drink recommendation: The lemonades are very good. We had the strawberry lemonade and the ginger lemonade. 🤤

We've been ordering from Sushi Friends for years and I haven't missed it 😐 The sushi falls apart and is therefore impossible to eat.. The baked chicken in the Futo Maki was so dry that we had to leave it alone. Unfortunately, this no longer has anything to do with good sushi or good food in general. Too much money for too little quality!! It was the last time we ordered here.

We had ordered for 1:30 p.m. because we wanted to take the food with us to the rehabilitation clinic. After several calls, 14:15 was delivered. Soup and frame cold - sushi warm in a plastic box. The restaurant was almost empty and it still took a long time until we could order. The menu had tuna, and the sushi had canned tuna. That's not exactly wrong, but it's at least disappointing. Overall, no recommendation from me.

I've been ordering sushi from this restaurant for several years, and the quality just keeps getting worse every year. Today's order looked like a bad joke. Lemurs with a thickness of less than a centimeter – this is unacceptable. And this dish is called “Supreme”. I am at a loss for words.

Drinks were only taken once, if you wanted more you had to go to the checkout yourself - even then the order was forgotten, even though there were few guests. The waiter “doesn’t know” common soft drinks and then you won’t get them. Restaurant itself very dirty and unhygienic in every corner. Bills were all messed up. Food was average.

We order two burgers to take away. The service was very friendly and nice. After we received our food we went to a quiet corner to eat. When I opened the bag I noticed that unfortunately there were no napkins, but there were chopsticks. When I picked it up I realized that this was going to be a greasy affair. Both the burgers were dripping with grease and completely soaked in grease. The taste was rather neutral and very fatty. Unfortunately, I had to throw away half the burger, as did my partner, because she and I got sick from all the fat. And in the end all we're left with are greasy fingers because we didn't have any napkins. Unfortunately not a great experience for around €25 and two small burgers with chopsticks

I ordered sushi to be delivered. It was supposed to take 40 minutes... This turned into a wait of over 2 hours. There was only half of the tempura chicken strips I ordered and the sushi wasn't cut either... there was no explanation or apology from the driver, but I still had to pay the full price...

We were actually really keen to eat sushi again. Unfortunately, when you look at the dining room, you forget. Dirt, cobwebs in every corner. The stairs to the toilet probably haven't been mopped in ages. Service was friendly, but we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The drinks then took another 15 minutes. Guests who later ordered the same entrees were more likely to receive their food. Our sushi was then left with other guests, supposedly swapped...that can happen with 6 guests in the guest room😂😂 In terms of taste, it's fair to say that it was tasty. However, we won't be coming back again!

Die Speisekarte ist klein, im Saal ist es staubig und es hängen Spinnweben. Die Sushi sind ungleichmäßig geschnitten, ein Stück ist größer, ein anderes sehr klein. Die gebratenen Sushi schmecken stark nach dem Öl, in dem sie gebraten wurden. Der einzige Vorteil ist der niedrige Preis.

The sushi is really delicious and freshly prepared. But what is not possible in a restaurant is that the clothing of the service staff is dirty and dingy, the floor, the table legs and the seating need to be thoroughly cleaned. Then the sushi tastes just as good.

We actually wanted to dance Zumba, but now we ended up here and are happier.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER! The boss is totally unfriendly and you can hear how she treats her employees all the way up front. 1 young men was really friendly and helpful. On Saturday around noon. Very nice employee. You hear a lot about the store now! I won't eat there anymore. I was there 2 weeks ago, same scene with the blonde woman. Totally unfriendly, arrogant, quality and customer service are probably not as important to her as the provit.

The food tasted very good, there is also a very good selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, due to the many orders, there is a bit of a lot of incoming and outgoing activity. All in all we still had a very good experience.

You simply don't want any guests there, unfriendly treatment, boss vicious to customers and employees, toilet and restaurant absolutely unhygienic. Delivery has always been wrong for months now. Now the bird has actually been shot. Ordered at 12:15 for our lunch break at work. This only lasts half an hour. No one could be reached there for half an hour, then after repeated inquiries, no apology, no service and just stalling. Not even an explanation as to why there was such a delay. We then had our meal at 1:10 p.m. No more break and cold. The avocado was also so hard that you couldn't even chew it. The store is an absolute disgrace.

Furthermore, almost all the plates were dirty, which is pretty disgusting. You also had to look closely at the cutlery. I don't even want to talk about the toilet, it was absolutely underground. The stairs are also quite steep and dangerous. We won't come back. There are definitely better sushi shops in Chemnitz.

Long wait, sushi is forgotten/dropped. The sushi rolls are 1 to 1 Makis with a higher price... Makis, on the other hand, are the size of a thumbnail. The sushi rice also tastes disappointingly watery. The plates the sushi was on were still wet. It's more worthwhile to just get discount sushi without the flies bothering you while you eat. In addition, my sweater was laced with soy sauce because the tables weren't wiped properly. The view into the kitchen when paying: Employee eats in the kitchen as required, touches his nose/face and continues to prepare the food. I wanted to go out to eat here with my girlfriend on our anniversary, but in the end we're sitting in the SEV with a stomach ache and a little less...

After a while we ordered from SushiFreunde again. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. The miso soup was absolutely too salty. Even with extra hot water it was barely bearable. The sushi rolls were okay, although the rice content was very high. Unfortunately, the tuna no longer looked fresh and there were brown spots on the salad.

I've always been very satisfied so far and the food tastes incredibly delicious...it cost me a bit yesterday. The delivery service hasn't been so happy in the past so I'd rather come and eat it in person because it tastes great! (wrong food delivered or portions were smaller than in the restaurant 🙏❤️ The all you can eat was always delicious, but I don't know if they still do something like that. Conclusion... 60 euros for two and that without dessert and we weren't full.... Yes, in this day and age, you have to think about how often you do that. Went to the all you can eat today and can only recommend it!!!!! A really great service person who was super nice and competent and responded excellently to all needs. We will be back.

I used to go there several times, but then I was shown better sushi. Everyone has different tastes but this one is not mine at all. The sushi rice is too sweet and the rolls are much too small, but sweet sushi works that way. Unfortunately I have to admit that the smell in the store takes a bit of getting used to, which is not pleasant.

We were here for the sushi cooking class and the meal afterwards. We were shown the basics of making the different types of sushi. Afterwards we were allowed to try it out ourselves and were given very good tips during the process. The free choice of ingredients resulted in beautiful variations and it tasted great. For 4 people €73.00 Instead you get marinated salmon (with excessive lemon), smoked salmon, aged tuna. The fish isn't fresh, the craftsmanship couldn't be worse. Spring onions were used excessively, cream cheese in every roll to cover up the bad fish. Creepy!!! Never again!! Thank you for wasting money!!

Wie kann man Sushi so schlecht machen…dass die überhaupt nicht schmecken

Hatte vor 2-3 Monaten bestellt. Sehr unzufrieden. Habe rezension dagelassen (Lieferando) und dort meine Eindrücke dagelassen. Auf einmal in der Post ein 5 euro Gutschein. Heute, nach vielen Wochen löse ich ihn ein. Lieferung schnell da, Essen gut, Vorbildlich.
