Super tasty sushi. We have been ordering there for many years, despite changing our place of residence. Sushi with cream cheese...just a great idea and very tasty.

We were there with a group of 15 people. Ordering is conveniently done via tablet, which can be done every 10 minutes. The waiters then come and simply place what you have ordered on the table. This may not be a problem for a group of maybe a maximum of 8 people, but for us it regularly led to chaos when what we actually ordered ended up at the other end of the table and we didn't know whether it was already there or not. Otherwise, the food tastes good and the prices are reasonable.

Had dinner there yesterday while I was waiting for my parents. It's really hard to beat a female employee when it comes to arrogance. I ordered number 7 which said “fried noodles with baked duck”. When I got my food, the meat didn't look like duck to me, so I asked if that was really what I ordered and if it was duck. Suddenly she looks at me seriously and pulls the plate away from me after I tried to grab it and starts to shout at me and says: “You paid €9.40 with a drink, that's with beef, if you wanted duck you would have it Having to pay 10.40!” I was so ashamed because there were other customers next to me. I just don't understand why you have to become like that. My question was completely valid. Then you have to write down that you have to mention the type of meat. Especially since I specifically took a number that explicitly said duck. So I was allowed to eat the fried noodles with beef, which didn't taste particularly good. The last time I was in this store! Really big mess. Should have left the plate and asked for my money back.

Today we ordered food online for 3 people. Unfortunately it was delivered a whopping 45 minutes late. Well then! I could have lived with that if it had at least tasted good. In addition to the sushi rolls, which are somehow getting smaller and were definitely fresher, the tempura avocado with dip took the cake! Unfortunately it's simply not edible. In the end we tasted all 3, one of them could have had an aberration in taste. The avocado was very bitter throughout and the dip that went with it already tingled on the tongue. Unfortunately, there is a strong suspicion here that it is actually going bad or has already been. The sour, musty smell also made me stay away from it! We clearly question the freshness of the products delivered! It's a shame, we've ordered here several times...

Absolute impudence! After 12 calls, someone finally answered. Then they say they don't have a driver and the food hasn't been prepared... Sorry, but then I don't offer the service. We have now waited for over 2 hours in vain... the hunger has passed... no apology, no response, no compensation, just sad! Avoid this store! Terrible and never again!
