The food tastes great and the staff is very friendly

Unfortunately we won't be going to Wagaya again, even though we have been guests there several times in the past. Unfortunately, the food was completely overpriced, the vegetables in the katsu were raw, just like in the ramen. After 45 minutes we received our starter. But what was the worst thing about it was that after 1.5 hours we were basically "kicked out" despite having a reservation because other guests were standing at the door waiting for a seat. However, at that point we had just eaten the main course, the drinks weren't even empty and perhaps one of us would have wanted to order a dessert...

One of the best sushi I ever had Unfortunately only cash payment is possible, therefore one star down :(

Absolute impudence. Ordered, still nothing after 2 hours. Time continues to lengthen. I'm really excited to see when my food finally arrives. That doesn't work at all. Especially not for the astronomical price charged by this store.

Even though I waited 30 minutes for a seat, the waitress gave the vacant seat to someone else. After my protest, she just shrugged her shoulders. I will never visit this restaurant again.
