Not a particularly pleasant experience. You always have to wait when you arrive, regardless of whether you have a reservation or not. The employees are not particularly friendly and it is very loud. The food is okay, but nothing special.

I had dinner there on November 30, 2024 with a friend and acquaintances and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences ever. 1. The food was way too salty (which is probably intended to encourage you to buy your overpriced drink) and the service was extremely unfriendly Since we had reserved at 4 p.m. (with prior telephone arrangement) we first had to wait 30 minutes for our table. At the end the waitress just threw the money on the table because she was apparently angry that there was no tip. The selection is also quite small considering that you pay almost €14

It's just in the shopping hall (corridor) Otherwise, eat well and cheaply. Very friendly and you get your drinks very quickly, the table is cleared very often and when you leave it is cleaned immediately. Very clean

The service is cordial. The quality and quantity of the all-you-can-eat meal is worth 13.9 euros. Unfortunately, you can only use cash. If you can use a credit card, you can visit more often.

Even though I waited 30 minutes for a seat, the waitress gave the vacant seat to someone else. After my protest, she just shrugged her shoulders. I will never visit this restaurant again.

A terrible place, instead of fish there is vegetable sushi with carrots and peppers, what is that anyway? We sat there for an hour and during that time only stale sushi with carrots and cucumbers came out. There was also a hair on the plate! This is a nightmare, they didn't even give us a receipt when we paid! I demand a refund! I recommend everyone to avoid this place!

Very tasty and there is something for everyone

Everything cold and dry and always the same thing. When you complain, the answer you actually get is what you expect for the money. So it's okay if necessary, but it's better not to!

Two weeks ago I had dinner at the Rotmain Center Bayreuth / Sushi Bar Naruto with my ten year old daughter! I've never had such a bad meal. No choice at all, the food was cold and my drink/coke was warm. At the top of the conveyor belt, which was supposed to have hot dishes, there were only spring rolls, rice, a soup, small fried chicken and noodles with no taste. Everything was cold, the rice was already dry and dry and there were no meat dishes with sauce or vegetables. When I asked the waitress, all I said was: “It's Saturday, there's a lot going on and that's just how it is!!!!!” So I basically couldn't find anything warm/edible on the belt for 13.90 euros!! My daughter, 10 years old, was supposed to pay the full price of €13.90 and I was also told that it was now in the checkout and nothing could be changed. So the waitress didn't want to do anything, so I went to the lady who served the sushi, since the boss wasn't there, she looked at my daughter's insured card three times, until she agreed to the price anyway to change the child amount! No thanks were given for the visit. So I'm hungry and totally frustrated after a dinner home that cost me 23 euros! I contacted Naruto again via email about this, saying that you can't deal with your guests like that, but unfortunately it was ignored! Can't recommend this place at all!

Were there today for running sushi 🍣. Large selection of sushi and others Treats. Something from everyone. Soup, baked and, among other things, pasta. Sushi in different variations. Very tasty and not expensive. There were three of us and we paid a total of just under 45 euros.

The food is very good. At Running Sushi, an hour of all-you-can-eat only costs around 12 euros, which is very inexpensive. Since Running Sushi is located in the corridor of the mall, the atmosphere must suffer a bit, but the decoration makes up for it all. The waitresses are all very nice, you just have to be able to get a seat. The bottom line is that it is not a restaurant where you go for a fancy meal, but rather a restaurant where you can have a very good and tasty break during your visit to the Rotmain Center.

Really very good food. We took advantage of the running sushi. The children were very enthusiastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Running Sushi, which not only offers a variety of sushi, but also other delicious Asian dishes. You can eat as much as you want for an hour, but no one actually stays that long. And it seems to be very popular, we hardly got a table and when someone left, the next guests were always waiting. It's not comfortable because it's in the middle of the Rotmain Center in the passageway, but it's something different than just being served food.

Located in the middle of the Rotmain Center, it's a great alternative to grab something to eat before or after shopping. The food is very good, some things could perhaps be a little better seasoned. The selection is not large, but enough to fill you up. The price is also completely acceptable. We'd love to come back.

Cheap and good for lunch! I'd love to go back again and again. If something is missing from Running Sushi, you can simply let us know and get it immediately 👌

The service is terrible, the waiters respond rudely, there is no normal order in the queue for a table. We waited 30 minutes, although they said a maximum of 15, in the end a rude Italian woman got in front of us. We just left and refused such service

We tried sushi conveyor belt. With the price 11.90 Eur for 1 hour you can eat and not talk much about the quality. Otherwise I liked everything.

The food wasn't very diverse, but it was tasty. It could have been warmer, but we enjoyed it and would eat there again! It only lasts until you finally get a place. Service could be a bit friendlier but still within the green range.

Just awful! All I can say is unhygienic. I got a stomach ache afterwards, the rice was anything but rice. Hardly any choice, waste of money, I still have stomach cramps after two days. Think it's food poisoning from the way it looks and tastes there. Never again! I can't recommend anyone (the workers there are also unfriendly)

Cheap. Relatively little choice. Open restaurant in the middle of the mall, an atmosphere that takes some getting used to. Parking garage in the center is not free even if you consume.

The food was average. Small bowls with small portions are driving past you on a conveyor belt all the time. Cool concept! However, you are sitting in the middle of a shopping center. But price performance is right.

In the middle of the Rotmaincenter, always something to see. “Treadmill” is continuously replenished, food changes. Great sushi, good quality and nice service. Highly recommended (if you can get a spot). Gladly again!

The cafe is located in a shopping mall. You can have a snack after shopping. Food in small plates moves in a circle. It is possible to pay a fixed price per hour or by the number of plates. The choice is small: some meat, vegetables, rolls, and sweets. There are vegetarian rolls. Often there are no free seats, you have to wait. Suitable for an inexpensive quick snack.

Underground. We were kicked out at 1pm on a Saturday. I went there with my daughter to eat running sushi. We were assigned a table and told to sit on one side. When I politely asked if we could stay alone at the table because I had a bad cold and a cough, we were turned away from the table

I was here 2 times. The first time there was no problem, but the second time we were insulted by a male Asian employee because we wanted to order different menus as a group. The employee forbade us to sit down even when we asked for rules that were not shown and was very unprofessional and unfriendly. Also, a long red hair was found in the pudding. That was definitely my last time here.

Cruel just plain cruel. The children wanted to eat sushi and from the beginning they said that only the children would eat and they said that would work. After half an hour we were thrown out, my son had to leave the food he had started and leave. They were totally horrified and sad. We don't even need to talk about the food. Hopefully they don't get diarrhea!!!

During our visit today we were ignored several times and despite having waited over half an hour we were not seated. Of course everyone was placed behind, in front of and next to us, but unfortunately not us. When we asked if we could get a seat, we were ignored.

Reservations mean nothing. When you say. "We would like to reserve a table for an hour" and an hour later you still wait forever while people who have just arrived get a table.

Went there for lunch running. Was OK. Almost all sushi was vegetarian. Only when asked were there a few with salmon, but the sushi was also very economical. You can't say anything good for 11.90 euros. OK for in between.

I would avoid. Prices advertised are not correct. The receipt is refused and the glass of cola suddenly costs €5. Selection of dishes manageable. You don't need to expect quality here either. Service unfriendly and rude.

We've been there a few times for the "carousel meal", where for a fixed price you can eat as many plates as you want for an hour. The price is relatively fair and the taste is generally okay. The rice often goes around on its own - already dried out - and should therefore be avoided. The atmosphere in the middle of the shopping center is also more utilitarian than cozy. You can do it, but there are much better addresses in Bayreuth.

After 45 minutes of waiting, we finally got our turn. Afterwards we were supposed to share a table with strangers. The operator's statement: You all want to eat, it doesn't matter. What a cheek!!! Of course we went somewhere else. -Zero friendly actually also zero points.

Worst running sushi in a long time!

Food terrible, rice soggy, everything stale. Sushi cheap and looks very unappetizing… Service took 20 minutes before we could pay. We also ordered a drink and two were brought. I found a hair in the rice and when I brought it up they thought I was complaining about the temperature of the food. I will never come here again and can't recommend it at all.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet.

Konnte das Gemüse nicht abbestellen, wurden nicht mal begrüßt, Tische dreckig und klebrig und das Fleisch etwas versalzen. Die zwei Sterne gibt es für das halbwegs schöne Ambiente.

Mir hat das Essen sehr gefallen ausger der pudding. Leider wünschte ich das der Service nicht andere Leute zum Tisch bringt wenn dort schon 2 Personen sitzen. Musste mit meiner Freundin eingequetscht sein mit einer anderen Familie.

15 Min vor Ablauf der einen Stunde gebeten, dass die Diversität an kleinen Gerichten zunimmt. v.a. Nachspeise wie Obstsalat. Es wurde zwar ja gesagt, aber nichts verändert. schlechter Service!!!

Das Essen war sehr gut der Preis paßt auch leider war der Tisch nicht sauber leider ist mir dies schon ein paar Mal passiert . Als ich nach einem Lappen gefragt hatte roch dieser nicht sehr angenehm. Ich werde in Zukunft dann immer ein Hygienemittel nehmen zum Reinigen von Tisch.

Mutten ist in der Einkaufspassage. Leute spazieren direkt, ohne Sichtschutz vorbei. Gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Waren heute mittag dort essen. Das essen war alt! Die fritierten Sachen oberhalb haben ebenfalls alt geschmeckt! Die Auswahl war auch nicht gut! Immer die selben Sachen. Nichts mit Lachs.

Es ist was Besonderes, ganz klar. Running Sushi hat Flair und hebt sich von normalen Restaurantbesuchen ab. Es gibt neben jede Menge diverse Sushiangebote, die bekannten GEBRATENEN Eier Nudeln, Reis, und Fleischgerichte. Bringt vegan lebenden Menschen nicht viel. Da wartet man teils Runde für Runde bis was rein pflanzliches dabei ist. Daher die vegane Option erweitern oder dieses immer mehr werdende Publikum nicht vollends glücklich machen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis daher bedingt okay.

Haben sehr lange trotz Reservierung gewartet (~25min länger). Der Service ließ auch zu wünschen über, da man anscheinend unterbesetzt war. Wir wurden an einen nicht sauberen Tisch gesetzt & dieser wurde nicht mal abgewischt wie man es gewohnt ist. Die Qualität des Essens war dem Preis entsprechend. Dafür war der generelle Preis pro Person günstiger als bei der Konkurrenz.

Die Qualität des Essens ist leider überhaupt nicht gut. Das Sushi schmeckt insgesamt gleich und ist sehr übersäuert. Das Angebot ist ebenfalls sehr geschmacklos, nicht einmal die Getränke sind richtig gekühlt. Sehr schade...

Sushi ist super und lecker, die chinesischen Sachen (Suppe, gebratene Nudeln,...) haben noch Verbesserungspotential. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl ist groß, auch bis kurz vor Ladenschluss. Ich werde dort definitiv wieder essen gehen.

Ich war mit dem Service in diesem Restaurant sehr unzufrieden. Leider wurde mir mein Rückgeld nicht erstattet sondern ich musste darauf hinweisen, und das Personal war unfreundlich. Ich hoffe, dass das Restaurant in Zukunft seine Servicequalität verbessern kann.

Für alle, die keinen Fisch mögen das ideale Sushi-Erlebnis. Es gibt überwiegend vegetarisches Sushi, teilweise Thunfisch aus der Dose und Surimi und alle 10 Minuten fahren zwei Lachs-Maki vorbei, die meist direkt von den Gästen am Anfang des Bandes gegessen werden. Das ungewöhnlichste sind die Insideout-Rollen mit Karotte, die aus der Ferne wie Lachs aussehen und die frittierten Tofustückchen, bei denen man im ersten Moment an Garnelen denkt, dann aber enttäuscht ist. Preislich ist das All-you-can-eat in Ordnung, man darf nur kein richtiges Sushi erwarten. Wer gerne Fisch essen möchten, der sollte eher das Nordsee-Lokal im Erdgeschoss aufsuchen.

Man zahlt zwar wenig, hat aber auch keine gute Auswahl und Qualität. Fast kein Fisch im Sushi, da zahle ich lieber mehr und bekomme Sushi, das den Namen verdient.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern zum Mittagsbuffet hier weil es einen Kinderpreis bis 10 Jahren gibt. Die Preis wurden um mehr als 10% erhöht von 5 auf 6 Euro fuer diese Gästegruppe. Erwachsene zahlen jetzt auch 11,90 Euro. Da ich zum erstem Mal hier war kann ich nicht beurteilen ob sich die Qualität verschlechtert hat aber zu anderen asiatischen Lokalen muss ich sagen das die Sushi nicht sehr besonders sind. Es sind sehr viele vegetarische Sushi mit viel Reis und wenig Inhalt. Original Sushi mit Rohem Fisch, Lachs oder Garnelen gibt es hier nicht. Es gibt Sushi maximal mit gegarten Tunfisch aus der Dose. Teilweise waren die Teile auch schon trocken am Rand. Aber mit Soja und Wasabi rutscht der Reisklumpen dann gut rein. Eigentlich nicht ok, aber man merkt das die Zielgruppe dieses Lokals nur Laufkundschaft des Einkaufs Centers sind, die sich etwas in dem Magen werfen wollen. Das Warme Essen sind entweder salzige Fleischstücken in Panade oder TK Gemüse mit Zwiebeln in 2 unterschiedlichen Sauce mit asiatischem Touch. Wer hier am Fließband essen geht der sollte Hunger mitbringen und wenig Wert auf Qualität legen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr hingehen. Es gibt bessere Angebote für asiatisches Essen in der Region.

Leckeres Essen am laufenden Band. Kalte und warme Speisen, auf getrennten Bändern.

Nettes kleines Lokal für den Hunger zwischendurch. Das Lokal befindet sich in dem Fußgängerbereich des Rotmaincenter. Der Lauf-Verkehr geht daher direkt am Tisch vorbei. → Ständige Unruhe Kann man jedoch ausblenden. Der Service. Heute war Feiertag, es war viel los. Und leider nur eine Service Kraft für den gesamten AllYouCanEat/Running Sushi Bereich zuständig. Das führte zu langen Wartezeiten. Der Kellner blieb jedoch stehts Freundlich und höflich, war vornehm und sehr angenehm. Unsere bestellten Getränke kamen schnell. Die Auswahl am Running Sushi war wechselhaft. Frisches Sushi war stehts verfügbar, jedoch Sorten wie Lachs schnell vergriffen. Es dauerte einige Zeit bis diese wieder aufgefüllt waren. Ebenfalls standen einige ausgefallene Sorten wie California und Crunchy Rolls zur Verfügung. Im warmen Band waren Nudeln Frühlingsrollen und weitere Basics immer vorhanden. Die Qualität der Speisen ist meines Erachtens nach angemessen. Und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist gegeben. Eine Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich. Zusammengefasst. Ein gutes Running Sushi für eine Pause beim Shoppen

Interessante Art mitten im Rotmain Center zu essen

Sehr lecker, jedoch kenne ich es von anderen running sushis dass es mehr Auswahl gibt. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben, auch das Personal braucht lange, bis es zum Tisch kommt.

Man sitzt mitten im Einkaufszentrum... Gemütlich ist anders. Essen ist okay aber echt gute Sushi esse ich nicht hier. Für einen Imbiss aber okay aber auch nicht mehr. Finde es dafür recht teuer

Das Essen war lecker. Das Ambiente ist - dem Ort geschuldet - etwas hektisch (mitten im Rotmain-Center). Preis-Leistung ist absolut angemessen.

The sushi restaurant is in the Rotmain-Center, with many tables and a huge running sushi line. The quality is a bit above average, in my opinion. With all you can eat-option, the price is unbeatable. I was very satisfied with my visit here.
