It was so incredibly delicious. I'll still be dreaming about that vegan duck. & the service was outstanding. We had so many annoying special requests, but the man who served us was so nice, friendly, and relaxed, as if he didn't hate us deep down. Even though it seems so unassuming, it's definitely an absolute recommendation—especially for all veggies and vegans!

Quaint little restaurant. I had roast duck with rice. I haven't had such a good meal at an Asian restaurant in a long time. It was very, very tasty and reasonably priced. Super friendly service. Only one WC for everyone. The waitress just cleaned the table without asking us if we finished our meal. I could not finish my drink. The food is ok, not so great. The springrolls were not crunchy and there were only noodles inside. The soup base was not rich in tastes and just salty.

I recently ate here with friends and really enjoyed it. I had No. 153 (the vegan dish with tofu) and thought it was incredibly delicious. The tofu was marinated/fried so well; I've rarely eaten such delicious tofu. And my meal had a lot of vegetables, which I also liked. The service was super friendly and the prices are perfectly reasonable. Oh, and the portions are filling. I'll definitely remember this spot!

We stopped over at the this place while traveling south. We had simple soup, fried rice and rice noodles. Food was great and tasty. However the service was not that great. It felt as if they were not interested in serving us and annoyed. When asked for child high chair answer was “It there in some corner”. Hence the just 2 stars for service.

The food is great! We always got a table with 2 people, but we would recommend reserving for a group of 3-4 people!

We were in the restaurant for the first and last time. I'll keep it short: my noodles with beef were advertised as having vegetables. There were only onions in it. The chicken breasts in the Terryaki dish were overwhelmed by a glutamate-sticky sauce. And we found the reaction particularly inappropriate. It seems to be our fault that we didn't like it. As a true lover of Asian - and especially Vietnamese - cuisine, I find this simply unprofessional and disrespectful.

Great dishes and quick service, and everything for a good price.

Wir waren zu zweit, haben sehr reichlich und sehr gut gegessen und getrunken. Als die letzte Runde angesagt wurde, haben wir jeder noch ein Bier bestellt, und es wurde uns versichert, wir könnten es in Ruhe austrinken. Von wegen! Wenige Minuten später wurden wir sehr deutlich aufgefordert, e n d l i c h zu gehen. Mit Sushi, Hauptgerichten, Sake und Bier waren wir sehr zufrieden, aber wenn man so behandelt wird, hat man keine Lust wiederzukommen. Als wir draußen waren, war es gerade mal 10 Minuten nach Neun! Sollen sie doch stattdessen ein Café aufmachen, oder noch besser, in einer Behörde arbeiten.

Unfortunately, this was my last visit to this restaurant. I'm a regular customer, but the service this time was absolutely unacceptable. Halfway through my meal – I already had a piece of sushi in my mouth and was chewing – a waitress came over and asked me to change tables because more guests wanted to sit on the terrace. From a business perspective, perhaps understandable – but from a customer-focused perspective, an absolute no-go. You just don't do something like that. You don't just come for the food, you also come to spend time in a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning. It leaves a very unpleasant aftertaste!

The food was served very quickly and very nicely. The sushi was very fresh and delicious. It's very nice to sit outside because it's in a backyard. The prices are also totally reasonable. Price performance ratio is very good. We'll be back 🤭

We made a reservation at short notice, it worked out great and we definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. The drinks were tasty and arrived quickly. We once had the passion fruit and mint lemonade which was really tasty, otherwise a beer and a spritzer. When we ate we had sushi and “normal” dishes. It was all very tasty. We had ordered an extra portion of chilli mayo, here they charge 2 euros for a normal portion and 1 euro for a smaller portion (normal portion corresponds to a small bowl into which you fill soy sauce) which we thought was a bit overpriced. The service staff was very attentive and asked a few times whether everything was OK and whether we needed anything else, that was very attentive. The men's and women's toilets are not separated, but there is only one in the premises, so this is not actually a problem. It's just very tight. The ambience itself is very nice, it's just a shame that there are very few seats.

Fast, uncomplicated, delicious!

The waitress who served us was very friendly, but unfortunately the administrator was quite rude. When I told her that some ingredients were missing from a portion, she first tried to prove to me that I just didn't see them, and then started looking for those ingredients herself in the rolls - which actually ended up barely being in there. We ordered the sushi to take away. Ultimately, both hot and cold rolls were squished together into a greasy outer packaging, and even the soy sauce in their packaging was put in the same box. The administrator spoke to me in a very rude and accusatory tone, even though I remained friendly towards her. From my point of view, I can't recommend this place - unfortunately the mood was ruined afterwards.

Our food was accidentally given to other guests, which can happen. However, the boss apologized to the guests in question three times and didn't say a single word to us. I think it's pretty cheeky, since we were the ones who had to wait a long time for the food (plus other guests who came after us received their food before us, which made the situation even worse) You can at least apologize. Really a shame. The food was ok. Lemonade was way too sweet and sparkling water tasted more like it was stale and not sparkling. The restaurant is very small, dark and loud when it is busy. We sat right at the entrance and it was pretty cold.

Unfortunetly a terrible experience. I ordered a plate that was not indicated as spicy, then as it came I realized it was actually very spicy(more than usual for vietnamese restaurants). I tried to eat but it was too spicy for me! My friend who had the same sauce said indeed mine was more spicy. I really tried to eat the food but I couldnt. I informed the waitress which was sweet and offered me to choose another plate. But then she came back with a man that told me i had to eat the spicy food or order another. I felt very uncomfortable and frustrated by the lack of profissionalism. Then another nice lady came to try to make things better and offered me to just change the sauce in my plate. Due to my stress I was not interested in eating anymore and just gave my plate to my friend. I was very frustated because I never ask to change plates or things like that, but the lack of profissionalism was very stressful! The women should be in charge of taking care of the clients because that men didnt show any profissionalism!

The food came quickly, unfortunately that was the only thing for us. The taste was ok at best. The salmon in the sushi wasn't of great quality. Everything was very cramped and the toilet was horrible. Totally dirty.

The food is delicious, especially the sushi. The price is good but the atmosphere in the restaurant is quite gloomy. I wasn't that happy with the service as it wasn't as friendly and polite as it should have been.

First of all, it is not possible to pay with a card. We left our belongings and went out of the restaurant to withdraw money. We didn't sit at a nice table because we didn't make a reservation. That was our mistake. The taste of the chicken in the noodle was bad, so I added plenty of sweet chili sauce. But the sushi was good

Price-performance ratio is definitely okay. For the price you get a suitable portion. The food itself is authentic, very well seasoned, it just lacks the subtleties. Ordering and waiting time were quick. The atmosphere is a bit cramped and dark, but not unpleasant. The three of us just managed to find a place at 5 p.m. on Saturday without a reservation, but many more came after us and had to/wanted to come back later. The reviews that complain about unfriendly service: As a Vietnamese I can only say that this is the normal tone in Vietnam, it probably doesn't sound nice to the German ear, but so much for the authentic experience XD.

I used to love going here. The prices have now remained the same, but the portion sizes have decreased significantly. Even the love that the arrangement once had disappears, as does the taste. Then there was really the centimeter-thick dust in the corners of the guest room... We won't be coming back for a while ☹️

Food ok (our impression - dishes adapted to European tastes), service friendly, please take care of the toilet (not really possible). We didn't even see anything like that in Vietnam. Food can be ordered to take away.

Our family of two adults and two young kids ate an early dinner here a couple weeks ago and we were very impressed! The staff is very friendly and kind, very patient with our kiddos. The food was also delicious! We had sushi and the fried noodles with tofu. So good. We will definitely be back again!

We had dinner here at the weekend. Reservation definitely required. However, the restaurant is a bit small and has a lot of flow - also because of the many pickups. (if you sit at the door it gets chilly) Drinks and food were served within a very short time. We really enjoyed the sushi. The service was very friendly and attentive. However, payment is only possible in cash.

Very good food for a very good price. One of my personal favorite spots in Bayreuth to go out to eat, the staff is very, very friendly, the location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city center and the decor is very idyllic and quiet. The food comes very, very quickly and can only be recommended.

We were in the restaurant with a group of 10 people and had reserved in advance. The service was friendly and the drinks were brought relatively quickly. For the main course we had the sushi menu for 2 people, which was visually very appealing. The taste was very good and the portion was enough for two people. The other dishes also looked good and seemed tasty. Overall, we had a nice evening with decent food and solid service.

very angry about this restaurant service, all the time felt the Microaggression, maybe because of our nationality or skin color? Because we were treated differently from the foreign outlooks people somehow.(no offense to these people, just don’t support this different treatment) At the last we were counting our money and the waitress said “I have no more time” ?? No way for digital payment only CASH😅🙃 And still no time to wait for guests to pay? We were not taking too much time and the restaurant was not busy at all!!! By the way, I had diarrhea soon☹️not sure if that because of the food but suspicious.

Highly Recommended! My digestive system is extremely sensitive, which is why I rarely eat out. Everything was perfect during yesterday's visit. High-quality products are used here and prepared absolutely freshly. Both sushi and Pho Xao are quite authentic, tasty and filling. We will definitely come back! The ambience is of course a matter of taste, it's a bit too narrow for me, but it's clean. Staff incredibly friendly.

The food was excellent and came very quickly. It was uncomfortably warm on the terrace, but that was thanks to the heat that day. A little more shade would be nice. Otherwise very good and again at any time. Please note: only cash payment!

The Miss Vietnam is a Vietnamese restaurant in the middle of downtown Bayreuth. Food: From sushi to curries, typical Asian dishes and phos, there is everything here, there is a large selection for vegetarians and vegans. The food itself is very tasty and fairly priced. Super tasty udon! I have to deduct one point due to the lack of liquid in my €6 soda. Service: Nice service, could have been a little quicker in some places. Ambiance: Nice ambience in itself, but every centimeter of space is used here. There are now also seats outside.

Vietnamese pho and fried spring rolls are delicious and the service is very friendly.

It used to be better. Sushi wasn't rolled well, falls apart and is too big. Warm dishes are only warm, no vegetables and the peanut sauce is very little and diluted. If you ask for a little more sauce it's an extra €2.

The food is actually delicious but the staff isn't that nice. After the meal, one of the staff gave me a slight shout and gave me a dirty look because I used too many towels. But I can still recommend it.

Nice little sushi shop with friendly staff. Food is ready to be picked up on time. The store itself is relatively small, but well furnished. There was also a gift from the house with the order. Gladly again. Good value for money for sushi. The selection is relatively small but you can still find what you want. Recommended.

kann Miss Vietnam nur empfehlen es ist ein super schöner Ort zum Essen gehen. Miss Vietnam ist ein kleines aber feines Restaurant des in einer kleinen Gasse von Bayreuth versteckt ist. Der eingangs Bereich ist sehr schön den man muss durch einen kleinen Vorhang gehen. Wen man dann rein geht in den Eingang geht man in ein Wunderschönes Vietnamesisches Restaurant. Die Einrichtung im Restaurant ist so schön gemacht bis ins kleinste Detail der Wahnsinn. Ich war gleich in dieses Restaurant verliebt weil es so schön ausgesehen hat und für mich sehr ansprechend war. Auch der Service ist sehr freundlich man wird herzlichst begrüßt und gefragt wie viele Personen man ist und dann wird einem ein Tisch gezeigt. Dann wen man es sich gemütlich gemacht hat bekommt man die Speisekarte und darf gleich ein Getränk bestellen. Ich war wirklich begeistert was es alles für Gerichte gibt von Vorspeise Hauptgericht und Dessert. Das Essen angebot ist der Wahnsinn und einfach nur lecker. Wen man sich dann entschieden hat für ein Gericht kann man es bei der Kellnerin bestellen und sie nimmt es sehr freundlich auf. Und das schönste ist nach nicht mal 10 Minuten bekommt man sein Gericht was man bestellt hat und man sieht einfach wie frisch alles zubereitet wurde. Der Geschmack ist der Wahnsinn. Es schmeckt alles so gut bis in das letzte Detail. Da läuft einen das Wasser im Mund zusammen. Was ich auch sehr schön finde ist das man während dem Essen auch mal gefragt wird ob alles okay ist oder ob man noch etwas braucht. Das ist für mich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Wen man fertig ist mit Essen wird man gefragt ob alles gut war, was auch wirklich schön ist. Man kann dort wirklich noch eine Weile verweilen nach dem essen weil es einfach so schön dort ist. Die Bezahlung geht sehr schnell Wen man bezahlen möchte was auch schön ist. Wen man dann bezahlt hat und auf dem weg ist das Restaurant zu verlassen wird man noch herzlichst verabschiedet was auch ein Pluspunkt ist. Also ich kann sagen das ich das Miss Vietnam nur von Herzen empfehlen kann. Man kann wirklich sehr lecker essen und es ist ein kleines feines Vietnamesisches Restaurant. Kommt zu Miss Vietnam und genießt eine leckere Vietnamesische Küche.

Friendly, inexpensive - simply brilliant.

In itself it's worth going because the food always tastes good, but today the order was a disaster... once we ordered fried sushi without chili mayo. When I opened it at home, everything was full of mayo (so I couldn't eat it!) It's a shame about the money, as these rolls aren't exactly cheap! Then fried shrimp that weren't cooked through but raw. To top it off, when I ordered rice, I wanted the sauce to be put in a separate container because only plain rice was wanted and an order without sauce was not possible. However, it was assured that no sauce would spill over onto the rice. The end result was that almost all of the sauce ended up on the rice and the skin of the 'crispy' duck was soggy. Conclusion: Today the order was catastrophic and we will now check the orders on site and complain immediately so that we don't have to throw away half of them because the food cannot be eaten like that for medical reasons! A real shame!

Super delicious sushi, highly recommended

Was there on Wednesday evening without a reservation, no problem. There was a lot going on, but they found a place for us (2 people). The food was excellent and arrived quickly. I had duck with peanut sauce, very tasty. Afterwards I treated myself to some sushi, not because I wasn't full but because my colleague got it and it looked so good that I wanted it too. Was absolutely brilliant. The photos here are not posed it looks and tastes fantastic. Gladly again, especially given the very cheap price. Main course + large sushi + drink for 24€.

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi in Bayreuth. Sehr klein und gemütlich aber wirklich unschlagbar. Bitte bringt das all you can eat sushi zurück! :(

Hier haben wir auch zu einer ungewöhnlichen Zeit warm essen können. Die bestellten Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet und haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Service war top sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
