Service can be improved, but was reasonable taking into account they were very busy. Food was excellent.

There was a grill plate. I ordered chicken and beef with fries. You got 1 piece of beef and some chicken. Plus a lot of lamb that you didn't order and no fries. The side dish was mushy rice, which didn't taste good. A large special was ordered to drink, which was then delivered in a small size. You then had to stir this with your cutlery. In other words, everyone here was hopelessly overwhelmed.

Dogs not welcome. We've never experienced anything like this before. Oh, the beautiful red carpet could get dirty.

I've eaten at "Flame" with my family several times over the last few years and have always been very satisfied. I usually eat lamb fillet or beef steak there and so far it has always been very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but never intrusive. I think it's great that you can change the side dishes flexibly and allergies are also taken into account individually upon request. The price-performance ratio is also good here and the portions are really generous. The atmosphere is relaxed. Everyone is welcome and the location is central in Norderstedt with free parking nearby.

A very nice and cozy steakhouse. The menu offers a lot of choice, the meat is very good, but also quite expensive. In summer there is a very nice and large outdoor area. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. A large parking lot is also available.
