Service can be improved, but was reasonable taking into account they were very busy. Food was excellent.

The restaurant has a beautiful ambience: warm, warm and welcoming. The first impression was quite positive. Unfortunately, the food massively disappointed expectations. I ordered a schnitzel with fried potatoes. The schnitzel was almost burnt and seemed to have been cooked in old frying fat. When I asked whether this situation was intentional, this was confirmed. After I asked for a replacement, the next schnitzel came after about 40 seconds - but it had the same unpleasant taste of old fat and frying residue. I could hardly eat any of it. The burger my companion ordered was also disappointing. The quality was reminiscent of fast food at best, but without the taste or texture you'd expect from a good burger. The only thing that was acceptable were the fries and the Coke - but fast food chains could do much better here too. The service team ignored our dissatisfaction. Although it was clear that we had barely touched our dishes (me about 20%, my companion 40%), no one asked for feedback or offered a solution. Instead, we were just quickly checked in, without a word of apology or accommodation. Conclusion: Despite the really nice ambience and a generally friendly atmosphere, I will not visit this restaurant again. The food was of very poor quality and the service team showed no interest in addressing any problems. It's a shame, because the restaurant's potential would be significantly higher with better quality and attention.

Unfortunately, the restaurant has now become a bit too big and it seems as if the kitchen is overwhelmed with the many orders. Our steaks came almost rare instead of medium rare and the side dishes were cold. The steak was then fried and the side dishes were even colder. At €34 for the steak, not that great. Too bad. I hope for improvement in the future. Unfortunately it's been like this more often now. The service was again very friendly.

A very good restaurant depends on the waiters/service and of course the food. The ambience also plays a role. We were back in Norderstedt today and received very professional, nice and relaxed service as well as great service. The food was - as always - very good. We enjoyed it very much. In terms of furnishings, I personally don't like sitting on top of the gallery - but that's a matter of taste. Otherwise recommended. The prices are humane - not yet taken off and the restaurant is always open, which I think is very nice because you can always go there while other restaurants only open at 5 p.m. or have a day off. I'd love to come back.

We are here on vacation and came across the restaurant by chance. It's a great atmosphere, very friendly staff and the food is a clear 10/10. Absolutely clear recommendation!

The food was really delicious, I had a 180gr. Fillet steak with baked potato and garlic bread, first of all bruschetta, the meat was tender as butter, the potato was not too firm but not too soft either, the sour cream was okay. But it didn't knock me off my feet either. The ambience, well, steakhouse decor, all in all I would go again

Was there for dinner with my son. Were greeted very friendly. The selection of dishes is good 👍🏻. The service was absolutely pleasant, attentive and friendly. The steaks were cooked very well and exactly as ordered. A wide selection of drinks. The boss is very close to the action and has an open character when dealing with his guests and employees. Highly recommended.

Very tasty but I "only" ate the Wiener Schnitzel... very tasty classic with cranberries and fried potatoes and cucumber salad

Absolute recommendation! There were two of us here and we were immediately impressed by the atmosphere. Very nice staff, very quiet & really pleasant to eat there. We were very enthusiastic about the food. In addition to the fillet steak, I can recommend the beef tartare! Very tasty & fresh. The quality is really extremely good and speaks for itself. You have to try it! From now on our favorite steak in Hamburg.

I've been eating a steak every now and then for years. In my opinion, prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly, I like the blockhouse style ambience, more American. It was well attended, so it seems I'm not alone in my opinion. Gladly again.

Typisches 🥩 Steakhouse. Ich wurde freundlich empfangen und direkt an der Türe abgeholt. Der Service brachte mich zum Tisch und beim angeben der Speisekarte wurde ich auch nach meinem Getränkewunsch gefragt. Getränke kam, Essen aufgenommen. 10 Minuten später hatte ich mein Filet mit gemischten Gemüse und Baked Potato und Sour Cream auf dem Tisch. Geschmacklich und von der Qualität her, so wie dass die Preise in der Karte angedeutet haben. Ich kann soweit nichts negatives sagen. Unspektakulär, gut, ordentlich. Vielleicht von der Küchen/Theken Geräuschkulisse etwas „laut“ wobei mein Tiach auch direkt an der Geschirrrückgabe war … Ich denke anderswo im Lokal oder auf der Terrasse ist es sicherlich ruhiger.

We've been going to Elrado for years, but the last few times we've been seriously disappointed. - the fries were soggy - I let the steak go back again - Dressing is probably diluted, tasted watery - Pepper sauce has also become thin The waitress calls you on your first name. It's just not like it used to be, which is a shame.

The Elrado is one of the best steakhouses in the city. The winter garden has been newly renovated and restyled and now invites you to linger or even relax with its comfortable furniture and a modern, quiet ambience. The staff is very friendly and considerate. Special requests are catered for wherever possible and, surprisingly, a lot was possible. The offering is good and there is something for everyone. The food was high quality and very tasty. All in all a successful evening. We'd love to come back.

We have always been very satisfied when we have been here for dinner. Unfortunately, our visit today surprised us negatively. After we finally received our drinks after about 40 minutes, we finally received our salads and starters after another 30 minutes (when we asked how long the salads would last). The main courses came shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the mushroom frame sauce and the side dishes as well as the sauces were missing here too. The steak and schnitzel were cold. At €28 for 180g fillet steak - very annoying. There was no steak knife. In general, the side dishes were hot, the actual main courses were only “warm”. All in all, today's visit was sobering and not recommended after today's experience.

Preise waren irreführend auf der Speisekarte. Die Steaks waren teuer als in der Speisekarte angegeben. Erklärung war das angeblich höhere Gewicht. Das aufs Gramm gewogen wurde, war nicht kommuniziert worden. Wenn ich für 17,50 bestelle, erwarte ich, das das der Preis ist. Der Spinat als Beilage war sandig und ungenießbar. Wurde zur Kenntnis genommen, nicht nachgebessert und voll abgerechnet. Wir waren das letzte mal dort.

Hier weiß ich gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Wir waren sehr sehr unzufrieden. Eigentlich wollten wir einen schönen Nachmittag bis Abend hier verbringen. Angefangen haben wir mit einem Aperitif, der sehr gut war. Da wir immer gemütlich zusammensitzen und erst etwas trinken bevor wir essen, startete dies gut. Der Service konnte ja auch bei diesem Aperitif nicht viel falsch machen. Die Vorspeisen, Rinder Carpaccio und Beeftatar wurden frisch zubereitet. Außerdem hatte der Koch auf meine Allergien geachtet. Dafür danke ich der Küche. Danach wechselten wir unseren Platz in den Wintergarten. Die Servicekraft, anfangs sehr nett, reservierte uns diesen Tisch. Danach, waren wir 3. Wahl. Warum auch immer? Wir bestellten eine hochpreisige Flasche Rotwein. Ich erhielt ein schmutziges Glas, was mir erst ein wenig später aufgefallen war. Als ich ihr sagte, das ich gerne ein neues Glas haben wollte, wurde mir dieses hingestellt und das schmutzige Glas einfach nicht entfernt. Blieb die ganze Zeit auf dem Tisch stehen, so wie einiges andere. Es dauerte sehr sehr lange, bis überhaupt mal aufgefallen ist, das auf unserem Tisch noch schmutziges Geschirr oder Gläser standen. War bei den anderen Tischen genauso. Lieber (Servicemitarbeiterin) an der Theke stehen und mit den anderen Mitarbeitern quatschen. Wir wollten etwas nachbestellen, was nicht möglich gewesen ist, ohne aufzustehen und die Mitarbeiterin zu bitten uns nochmals Getränke oder die Speisekarte zu bringen. Diese brachte sie und schon wieder wurden die schmutzigen Gläser auf dem Tisch vergessen. Wir bestellten beide Fleischgerichte. Die Pommes waren gut. Das Fleisch überragend schlecht. Medium ist anderes. Gefühlt hatten die Steaks keine Pfanne gesehen. Wir sagten der Mitarbeiterin dieses (ich musste erst wieder an die Bar gehen, um ihr zu sagen, sie möge doch bitte an unseren Tisch kommen), sie nahm den Teller mit und brachte nach ein paar Minuten das Fleisch(einigermaßen in Ordnung) wieder. Keine Entschuldigung, aber mit einer „mir doch egal“ Gesichtsmine. Am Ende zahlten wir für zwei Personen über 216€ und erwarteten zumindest ein kleines Getränk, Kaffee oder sonstiges aufs Haus angeboten. Schade das mein Mann sehr großzügig mit dem Trinkgeld gewesen ist. Die Mitarbeiterin, die uns die ganze Zeit bediente, war als wir zahlen wollten mehr da.

Great place with fantastic food. I can highly recommend it. Free parking in front of the door. Personnel very service-minded. We had a ribeye and burger. Lots of choice. And try the Cremoso desert! Even the cappuccino was fantastic!

As always, top service, top food in a cozy environment. Despite the heat outside, the temperature inside was surprisingly pleasant.

We've eaten there twice now. We liked it a lot. On the second visit, my cheese in the Caesars salad was somehow no longer tasty. I would have thrown it away at home. I would have expected a little more from the house steak after the waiter's recommendation. It was good, but no better than a decent sirloin steak. The other guests were perfectly happy. The portions were correct, the cleanliness was impeccable and the service was very friendly. Given the usual rating practice on Google, I would have to give it 5 stars, but there is still some room for improvement, so I'll leave it at 4 stars today and until the next visit.

We had reserved online. The manager at the reception and all the service staff were very friendly and accommodating, all professionals, and the atmosphere was always relaxed and never stiff. There were four of us, our steaks were of great quality, medium rare as requested, all the salads were crisp and fresh and the dressings were very well seasoned. The prices are absolutely reasonable for this standard. Good food, very nice staff, it was just a nice evening, thank you very much!

Unfortunately the vegetables were drowned in oil and the shrimps were a little bigger than North Sea crabs

Rundum zufrieden, sehr freundlich, sehr gemütlich und aufmerksam. Hat Spaß gemacht, auch die Flasche Rotwein (aus Kalifornien) sowie das Hefeweizen vom FASS waren sehr gut. Die Fleischqualität war ebenfalls exzellent. Wir waren mittags mit meinen schon älteren Eltern dort und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Auch haben wir einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bekommen. Ich denke, das Elrado Norderstedt gehört zu den TOP Steakhäusern im Radius von bestimmt 50 km. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage und vielen lieben Dank.

Completely satisfied, very friendly, very comfortable and attentive. It was fun, the bottle of red wine (from California) and the Hefeweizen from the barrel were also very good. The meat quality was also excellent. We were there at lunchtime with my elderly parents and everyone was very happy. We also got a parking space right in front of the door. I think the Elrado Norderstedt is one of the TOP steakhouses within a radius of at least 50 km. We'll be back, no question and thank you very much.

The employees were super friendly and fulfilled the customer is king principle 100%. The iced tea is highly recommended because it was homemade and very refreshing. The fries were very crispy and perfectly salted. In my opinion the perfect fries.

We ate here for the first time on Valentine's Day 2024 and were really excited. The food was a dream, the service was excellent (attentive, quick and unobtrusive - perfect!!) I have to say that I was very positively surprised and can't understand the negative reviews. The waitress was very friendly and only came once at a good time to ask if everything was OK. Top! The food (asparagus soup & Eldorado steak) and the house iced tea (Wildberry) were really good. I'm used to much worse now. Prices are reasonable in my opinion. Herb butter, steak sauce and lots of extra sour cream at no extra charge. Top! The ambience is also great. Looking forward to further visits!

We've been to Elrado several times before, but this time we were seriously disappointed. The potato with the steak was the size of a small child's fist, when I asked the waitress the only answer was: If the chef says it like that, it will be right... Toasted bread was only half the portion from the last visit. The steak was okay. Portion of onion rings, 8 pieces for €5.50, not worth the money. Meat well done, steak plate, even though it was ordered medium rare. The bill we ordered came after 20 minutes and only because we were already putting on our jackets and getting up. So the value for money wasn't right at all and we won't be going there again. SO the catering industry doesn't have to be surprised if no one goes to the restaurant anymore...

We have been eating at Elrado regularly for decades. For me there was no better steakhouse in Norderstedt. Within a short time (2 weeks), I unfortunately realized that everything is no longer as good as it once was. It is clear to me that the prices have risen extremely and I would not blame them. However, the rest has to be right. - Asparagus limp and not fresh. One had the impression that it was not freshly cooked. - Herb butter was forgotten. When asked, this was brought, but the steak sauce and sour cream were forgotten. After 10 minutes asked to hand it in later - ordered great champions were not brought - Herb butter greatly reduced - Elrado lettuce much less than before - Garlic baguette only half of what you got before - Potato shrunk significantly - You had to look for fried potatoes on the plate - Raw broccoli - Steak turkey and entrecote were good as always As always, the service was very friendly, but only 2 people for service and the counter is simply not enough. If I increase the prices significantly, it's not okay to also minimize the portions! Everybody deserves a second chance. This was given today, but not fulfilled. Unfortunately, price performance does not match. We'll look for a new steakhouse.

Men's evening at Elrado, we sat in the winter garden and felt comfortable. The steaks were grilled to perfection, unfortunately the seasoning was generally a bit bland, so only 4 stars for the food. My fried potatoes would have liked a little more color. I'll come back and order another cut.

Unfortunately, one of our group received (presumably) spoiled spare ribs. They wanted to come out again for 2 days. I had the 300g sirloin steak which was definitely not 300g. Unfortunately, the meat was also very tough. I don't know if it was a new chef or what, the evening was a bit of a letdown It was the last visit to the Elrado Haus and we went back to the competitor with always the same quality.

I've been to the Elrado House in Norderstedt several times now. The food and steaks were always of the highest quality and cooked as desired. Even when it's more crowded, you can always find a quiet corner. Overall, the restaurant is very cozy and at the same time furnished in a contemporary way. During my visits, the service was attentive, friendly but not intrusive. Compared to other steak houses in Norderstedt, the prices are absolutely reasonable. Highly recommended.

I've been a customer for a long time and have always been very satisfied. I got the impression during my last visit that the restaurant had changed and some things had been cut back on the food, so only three stars.

If you live nearby, this restaurant is definitely worth a look. I don’t recommend taking carpaccio or tartare. Only one type of beer on tap. The filet mignon is 100% worth the attention. On weekends it is better to book a table in advance. The restaurant has its own small parking lot.

A very cozy, upscale steakhouse. Lots of tables that are designed so that you can sit in cozy sections and enjoy a certain level of privacy. The staff is very friendly and quick. The lamb fillets with fried potatoes were fried tenderly pink as requested, the fried potatoes were mostly crispy and not too salty. Unfortunately the food wasn't particularly hot. The American cheesekake, as a dessert, nicely garnished, but the mint on it dried out and the consistency was crumbly, rather dry. I prefer creamy cheesecakes. The prices, in keeping with the inflation, tend to be a little higher.

The only thing that hasn't been tasty for a long time is the garlic bread. There's way too little garlic butter on it and it's sooooooo extremely dry.

Insgesamt leckeres Essen. Steaks super, Spare-Ribs geschmacklich super, leider etwas trocken. Beilagen standard Convenient, wie im Block-House, Portionen könnten etwas größer sein. Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Fazit: Qualität gut, Portionen zu klein, Preise dafür zu hoch.

Very nice atmosphere, and really tasty meat in every way. I have only had good experiences there and can only recommend it. Of course it's not exactly for vegetarian connoisseurs, but thanks to the large selection of side dishes they can also find very tasty things that suit them.

Food was OK. Service too. But what I found really bad was that when we changed the side dish for the steak, we were not only charged the difference (in our case 50 cents each for broccoli and beans instead of the baked potato), but also €2.50 each, So 5€ in total on top. The reason for me not to go back - I don't want a baked potato with my steak and I don't see why I should pay €2.50 more per change.

A friend wanted to meet there. We have already tried a good mix of the menu (classic SteakHouse menu, could also be from any other SteakHouse). Just awesome. Completely suited our taste. Everything is done in-house. Convenience limited to the bare minimum; I claim. The caramel ice cream mascarpone dessert is “sick”! Ambience surprisingly good - rather modern. The restaurant Elrado House in Norderstedt, Ochsenzoller Str. has a good selection, all the starters, main courses and desserts pictured were well prepared and tasted very good. The coffee and also the milk served! were hot. The service team was very friendly and attentive. The seats at the window front in the boxes were very narrow, it was difficult to get in and out of the seat.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Elrado-House zu besuchen, und ich muss sagen, dass es eines der besten Steakhouse-Erlebnisse war, die ich bisher hatte. Das 400-Gramm Rib-Eye-Steak, das ich bestellt habe, war schlichtweg hervorragend und zählte zu den besten Steaks, die ich jemals in meinem Leben gegessen habe - und ich habe schon viele Steaks probiert. Das Personal im Elrado-House war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich fühlte mich während meines Besuchs sehr gut betreut und geschätzt. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets bereit, meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir bei der Auswahl meines Steaks behilflich zu sein. Ihr exzellenter Service hat mein Erlebnis im Elrado-House definitiv bereichert. Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Punkt, der mich etwas gestört hat - der Cheesecake. Leider hatte er eine zementartige Konsistenz, die nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen entsprach. Ich war etwas enttäuscht, da ich mir von einem Restaurant dieser Qualität einen perfekt zubereiteten Cheesecake erhofft hatte. Dennoch möchte ich betonen, dass dies nur ein kleines Problem war und meine gesamte Erfahrung im Elrado-House nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem möchte ich dem Elrado-House eine Bewertung von 12/10 geben - das Steak war außergewöhnlich lecker, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich empfehle das Elrado-House jedem, der nach einem erstklassigen Steakhouse-Erlebnis sucht. Wenn sie die Konsistenz des Cheesecakes verbessern könnten, wäre es wirklich perfekt.

Das Wiener Schnitzel hatte zwar keine souflierte sondern eine festgeklopfte Panade schmeckte trotzdem lecker ,dazu noch phantastische Bratkartoffeln und lecker Dillgurkensalat.Die Lammfilets zart,saftig und auf den Punkt gegart mit leicht knackigen Speckböhnchen und Kroketten. Einziger Makel,die zusätzlich bestellte Sauce Bernaise ,ein fast geschmackloses irgendwas aus dem Tetrapack. Doch auch die könnte leicht angewärmt auf den Tisch ,wenn man sie wenigstens vorher noch mal vernünftig abschmecken würde. Auch das freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal hat dazu beigetragen das wir hier 2 schöne Stunden verbrachten. Vielen Dank
