This has once been the best Indian restaurant around, with excellent food and service (coming since 15 years!). However the last years see a constant decline, e.g. with staff, service. Concrete examples: the waiter hands me a closed bottle of water and walks away. When I ask him how I would be supposed to open it, he just replied something nonaudible... Also the toilets are lacking soap etc. All things that didnt happen like this in the past. As I mentioned many times to the staff already: it would help if the owner would be again much more present! This restaurant is small and hidden away. We initially just wanted a drink, but ended up staying for dinner. Great value for money! My partner had the Cordon Bleu schnitzel. We came from Brazil and stayed at an Airbnb in this charming city. Yesterday we were looking for a place to have dinner and we found the Napoli restaurant. We ordered 2 large pizzas, one with pepperoni and the other with 4 cheeses and wow, what a delicious pizza dough! The 4 cheese pizza is not greasy, the flavors of the cheeses are balanced and nothing overpowers. The pepperoni pizza is also fantastic. For dessert we had the Tiramisu which was also delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant, as are the customers who are super witty and kind. I will miss this pizza. 🍕🥺

This is unpleasantly reminiscent of American practices and seems completely out of place in a reputable business. It's a real shame; it leaves a bitter aftertaste.
