I always come here with my parents. I like it because the portions are large and the food comes very quickly. Plus, it's very nice to sit on the terrace in the summer.

We've been coming here for years. Today we ordered the same dishes. It was a complete disaster. The meat stank, the pasta was overcooked. We complained, but the staff didn't care.

0 stars, simply a disgrace and a rip-off. €8.50 for not even a quarter of a mango and a small dollop of rice. When I said that was disgraceful, the employee simply said, "Well... with the entire box, it's not even 250g." The advertising image clearly shows something different...

Delicious food and quick service

I think the quality has declined here. My last dish was more like a soup than chicken with coconut milk.

Prices have risen dramatically, incredibly overpriced compared to Thong Thai. That shocked me; the food is standard.

A Thai fast-food restaurant that, until a few years ago, stood out primarily for its excellent value for money. The quality and taste of the dishes are still very good for a fast-food restaurant. However, the price-performance ratio hasn't been right for some time. I completely understand that everything is getting more expensive due to inflation and various other factors, but the rate of increase here and the simultaneous reduction in quantity is unfortunately no longer understandable to me. The friendliness of the employees has always been somewhat dependent on the day; sometimes they were super friendly, but sometimes they were quite irritating, especially during peak times.

Used to be okay, now it's really good! I've been there a few times. It used to be okay, but a lot has changed recently. The taste is great, everything is fresh, and the food is really well-balanced. Keep it up!

The food doesn't have anything Thai about it. The brown sauces, no matter what kind, just taste artificial, too many German ingredients (carrots, mushrooms, beans). Where are the typical Thai spices and heat? The prices are now completely exorbitant for "fast food." In the early years, mythai was a good place. "TOO BAD."

Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my rating. YES, the food IS okay. But unfortunately, it's so salty that it makes your mouth ache. Either the chefs have been head over heels in love for years, or they're eager to make more profit from drink sales. It's no secret that this happens in the restaurant industry through drink sales. It's a shame. I've had to stop halfway through my meal several times, even though I was actually still hungry. Too much salt is too much salt. It doesn't help that the otherwise good taste and the vegetables are cooked to perfection. The meat is tenderized with caustic soda in the best Asian snack bar style. But that means, regardless of the quality, at least it's not tough. From 4* down to 2*. You won't find a Thai restaurant here. MyThai is to Thai cuisine what Chidoba is to Mexican cuisine. So, like Mägges, if you want something more exotic than a burger and fries. Oh yeah, they also use too much sugar here. A little more cleanliness wouldn't hurt either.

The food is okay, but the website hasn't listed prices for at least 1.5 years!! You have to find out for yourself – at the counter! What's the point?? Is this intentional, or does nobody care?? Emails aren't responded to either. Terrible service! I hope someone at least reads this! Update: because I was there again recently: of course, nothing has changed! THIS IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE PRICE DISPLAY REGULATIONS IN THE GASTRONOMY INDUSTRY!!! Excerpt: "Prices must be listed in a price list, which must be displayed on the tables or presented before ordering. In addition, a food and drink menu with a price list must be posted near the entrance so that guests can view it before entering the restaurant." That's clearly not the case here! There's a menu at the entrance, but without prices. Prices are only listed behind the counter in just-readable font! Clear violation! No lawyer here looking to earn a few euros? And recently, the very annoying begging for tips when paying by card has become increasingly annoying. Although the food is still okay, the surrounding situation is becoming increasingly unpleasant.

The prices have been raised again. We paid €41 for two dishes (duck and chicken with cashew nuts), a large Coke, and an extra portion of rice. The food was very tasty, but for us, the value for money wasn't right.

I've always been a happy customer here. Unfortunately, that's changed recently: When paying by card, you're now actively asked for a tip – almost harassed. This is unpleasantly reminiscent of American practices and seems completely out of place in a reputable business. It's a real shame; it leaves a bitter aftertaste.

Unfortunately the prices have been increased again. Now it's just outrageous. It's really sad how much prices have risen. I wonder how much more people want to expect from their customers. It's a shame because the quality of the food was always good, but the price-performance ratio is simply no longer right. In addition, the smell in the stairwell to the toilets is very unpleasant, which leaves an unhygienic impression. The owner should definitely do something here, because it not only seems dubious, but also uninviting.

Hello, unfortunately there is a web presence in the maps application but no current menu with prices, it's a shame, I would have been quite interested in the price structure established here. Nevertheless, all the best for the company, stay healthy.

Asian fast food restaurant with good food. MyThai seems to be a whole chain of Asian restaurants here in the Frankfurt area. It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. Delicious food at reasonable prices in a modern atmosphere. I think we'll come back.

Food is good so far but nothing special. Same taste as other Asian restaurants. We didn't find the dishes typically Thai. Unfortunately, some dishes are only available in spicy versions, unfortunately not for me personally. It's a shame that there isn't an alternative that isn't spicy. Unfortunately, service that day was a bit unfriendly, seemed annoyed and didn't really have a nice word to say. In our opinion, it is not worth another visit if you are already used to something else.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The restaurant used to be always clean, but things have changed a lot now. I've been eating there for the past three days and each time I've been surprised at how dirty it was. The floor was extremely sticky - my shoes literally stuck to them. It seems like it hasn't been vacuumed in days. The condition of the toilets was particularly shocking: it smelled very unpleasant and the toilet cubicles were extremely dirty. I really hope that the cleanliness improves soon because the food is actually good.

Bad duck again, completely dry and inedible. Then gastrointestinal problems. And over €13 for that. Never again! I don't understand why they can't make normal food

We reserved a large table and had lunch for eight of us. The employees were nice and the food was delicious. That was great!

The service is terrible! The order is taken at the counter, paid for immediately. But they do not fulfill it completely, you have to go and remind them about yourself! Sauces are not offered. In short, if you want, go do it yourself.

If good taste is more important to you than white tablecloths - then you've come to the right place. The concept is simple: you order at the counter and the food is brought to your table. Not fine dining, but really tasty food, professional and attentive service and a clean, well-maintained place. I had the classic Pad Thai and a papaya salad - both were really excellent. You can tell that the team knows what they're doing and you feel like you're in good hands. Unfortunately I didn't take any photos - I was too busy enjoying myself.

A clear recommendation for uncomplicated but tasty food when you're short on time. The restaurant is just a few steps from the car, as parking is available right outside. Payment is made when you order. The menu is extensive, with all the typical meats: chicken, beef, pork, and fish, as well as vegetarian dishes. Friendly advice is available if you're undecided. Portions are sufficient even for those with a great appetite. Tables are clean and set with pre-stocked cutlery. Modern furnishings, even with a terrace. Also suitable for large groups. Never empty, never full. Always pleasant. Keep up the good work.

After the Corona restrictions and only take-away, we are now back in normal operation. The food remains an absolute recommendation, here as in all other branches of this chain. My preference number 31, fried noodles with chicken, eaten countless times over many years with joy and appetite. New in Bad Soden: the furnishings in the terrace area. No more lounge furniture, normal dining tables. New unupholstered plastic chairs, fortunately currently with cushions. Also new: the dishes.

First the positive: - Sufficient free parking spaces directly at the house - Service and kitchen very quick, attentive and helpful (young girls) - Proportionate self-service (taking drinks from the fridge or ordering at the checkout) can shorten the waiting time - In terms of soft drinks, a good selection e.g. fritzcola various varieties, Bionade, other organic brands... - Relatively large, stylish interior, I think you can almost always find a place. - Prices are cheap. For me, this is a typically "Germanized" Asian snack bar. Of course the food is nicely presented on the plates, the portions are sufficient and there is also a bit of fresh stuff like coriander or lime, a small salad garnish with some carrot etc. but in my opinion this restaurant has very, very little to do with traditional Thai cuisine. Example: green curry (spiciness level: 2 chilis): This was not spicy at all, the vegetables were partially overcooked, the curry had little taste of garlic, ginger, etc., but was more of a light green soup. It didn't taste like traditional curry paste. There was no noticeable spiciness at all (with a level of 2 chillies, there was nothing more on the menu). Seasoning with the offered sauces/dried chili powder didn't help at all. The chili powder is not made from Thai chili varieties. Tom Ka soup just as watery, hardly spicy, no spiciness noticeable... The Som Tam (papaya salad) was nicely prepared, the portion was large, but here too, no spiciness, no chili, no noticeable garlic or fish sauce, we don't even need to start with dried shrimp. Yes, there was fresh coriander, it tasted and looked like herbs packaged in bags from the supermarket and not a product from Asia, which is much more flavorful and also looks and tastes different (smaller leaves, greener, slightly harder to bite). The rice had a bit too much water and had no “rice smell” like real fragrant rice can smell. If you are looking for something traditional, I can recommend Bangkok Streetfood in Oberursel, for example. This is also a Thai snack bar, but there is a Thai chef in the kitchen who uses fresh and traditional ingredients. They may be a bit more expensive, but they have a huge selection of traditional dishes. Thai cuisine is really not difficult and expensive. But maybe I'm expecting too much from a Thai snack bar. My tip: spend a few euros more and visit a traditional restaurant so that the food can be appreciated (please your palate).

Very tasty food, absolutely reasonable in terms of price. The ambience is generally quite nice, but for a romantic dinner it's a little too functional for my taste. But who wants that... ;-)

You really can't complain. The food is delicious and the price-performance ratio is just right. I can actually recommend the other MyThai restaurants in the area such as Königstein and Kelkheim less. In Bad Soden it tastes a little better (for whatever reason). But I have to deduct an additional star on top because when paying by card, the employees explicitly point out tips and it generally leads to an unpleasant situation. If I'm just picking up my food, I see no reason to tip for "no service" (it's not in the USA after all). Some people will probably tip against their will just to avoid an unpleasant situation. Just leave it to the customers to decide whether they want to tip. Just like in any other store. P.S.: Some employees simply ignore the tip question when paying by card. I think that's neat!

I have to say a lot of praise to the waitress Zoe. It's rare to have such great service when you eat out. We generally always enjoy coming to Mythai - the food is always great and the atmosphere is super cozy, but the team at Mythai Bad Soden really tops everything. Mega accommodating, super polite with a great charisma. :) stay the way you are girls <3

Super cute and cozy restaurant! So far we only knew the MyThai in Oberursel - which is great, but small. The Bad Sodener is significantly larger in this respect. The self-service concept is well regulated and works without any problems! The food came very quickly and tasted very good! The bowl and the fried rice were very nicely presented and appetizing. The team is incredibly nice, helpful and open-minded. All in all, we are more than thrilled and will definitely now alternate between Oberursel and Bad Soden. Big recommendation from us!!

Tasty and quick, food and service great. Order and pay directly at the counter. Unfortunately, the artificial leather covers on the benches are no longer so great, they are torn and locking. There were probably a lot of guests involved. There is a smoking room.

Everything was great, except for the holey bench and the cold draft from the window in the bay window.

The three desserts, 2 fried bananas w honey and 1 fried apples w sugar and cinnamon were simply not edible. (16,50€) Table of 8, the food was from OK to very good.

I need to be harsh as the place claims to be Thai, I had very high hopes but it's more of European version of Thai dishes, it's not original at all. For instance, Pad Krapao, the name of this dish is "stir-fried holy basil" and yet there is absolutely no holy basil at all. Instead there are ingredients added which do not belong there such as sugar snap peas and bamboo... I you are looking for random Asian place you will probably enjoy it but if you are looking for Thai place avoid it.

Super friendly staff very attentive and accommodating. Very well made food freshly prepared and tasty. Unfortunately, I found the evening in the restaurant to be quite chilly. I had the feeling that the heating had been forgotten to turn on. Maybe it's because when you're hot, you start sweating anyway 😆

Picked up food from here again for a long time today, the service was quick and very friendly. What stands out compared to other competitors in the area is the fresh and diverse vegetables. When it comes to fried noodles, other Thai restaurants only have 1/3 the amount of vegetables. I like that very much!

The food is good and tasty (had curry), value for money is right, unfortunately it cools down too quickly on the "cold" plate. Very nice and attentive staff. The atmosphere is a little too close to fast food, the ceiling tiles had visible water damage, the wallpaper is loose in a few corners. Renovation would be good. Otherwise ok. Ordering at the counter..., well... Maybe practical for a delivery restaurant... But not really great. Menu: Nicely done but sorted in a slightly confusing way at first glance.

We ordered 1) chicken with Thai basil with rice and 2) Egg noodles with chicken and chili Both of them had added sugar for sweetness and lacked the spice/Thai flavors. The service and atmosphere was good.

Large portions at reasonable prices, the staff is super friendly and helpful, parking in front of the restaurant is always possible at lunchtime, it's nice that the music isn't so loud and you can have a conversation, the food tastes very good 👍 especially the fried rice with chicken is very tasty and the hotter dishes are so seasoned that you don't lose your tongue straight away, you can add chili to the seasoning... the great thing is that the kitchen is open all the time... keep it up, you're great.

Very tasty food and very cheap for a holiday and health resort. The service staff are all very nice and accommodating. There's an asterisk for the ambience because the terrace is right on the street and it can get a bit loud at times. But I'll definitely be back.

Even in my bad German, the waiter was extremely kind and patient. You order inside, pay and sit down and they bring you food. The seafood rice was perfection to say the least. Portions are generous. The approximate prices are rice with meat around 12 euros, mango and rice 7-8 euros and juice 3.5 euros.

Here you can get very tasty, authentic Thai food at slightly higher prices in a pleasant atmosphere. For the prices, the portions could be a little larger.

Ich bin früher ganz gerne ins My Thai in Bad Soden gegangen, und vor alles war es auch immer gut für Take Away. Wie ist das beim Asiaten, da kriegt man diese Aluschalen mit dem schneeweißen Reis und Fleisch und Gemüse in dieser leckeren Soße. Jetzt hat das MyThai aus irgend einer verklären Klimakleber Wahn auf Pappkartons umgestellt, die nur noch halb so groß wie die Aluschalen sind. Und damit alles reinpasst, wird es der Einfachheit halber alles zusammengerührt. Das muss man sich mal beim deutschen Lokal vorstellen, ich nehme meine Rindsrouladen mit Rotkohl und Kartoffeln zum Mitnehmen, also jagen wir doch alles durch die Moulinette dann passt es in einen kleinen Beutel - natürlich biologisch abbaubar. Also von mir 0 Punkte für das neue Take Away Konzept.

We normally order here. The food is also consistently good. Today we ate in the restaurant and, despite the nice atmosphere, it unfortunately feels a bit like a snack bar. You order directly at the checkout, you get your food at the table, but you then have to get the cutlery yourself. It's a bit of a shame, but we'll still order and collect.

The food tasted very good. Personally, I don't think it's a bad thing that you have to order and pay at the counter. Enough customers have probably cheated the bill. You can easily disappear over the terrace. The service was friendly and quick. I find the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable, but that's a matter of taste. I will gladly come again.

We ordered two main courses, one rice with chicken in curry sauce and one fried rice with beef. There was very little meat in both dishes. The chicken in the first dish was partly inedible and therefore spoiled and had to be spit out! We are disappointed and cannot understand the positive reviews. This was our first experience with MY THAI and the last.

Us again!!! Sundays are more common in Bad Soden for lunch at My Thai!!! The taste is really very good!!! My wife in particular, who often eats vegetarian food, really likes the food there!!! You always have to order at the checkout regardless of whether you are there or taking the food with you!!! 13€ For fried mud noodles swimming in soy sauce. Disgusting and an outrage. Service was also a bit rude, but that could be tolerated. There is no Thai chef cooking here anymore… That was the second disappointment, now there is a bad review. If you like eating Thai because you know Thai food, you should go to Oberursel to Bangkok Street Food. This is unacceptable and not edible.

I like the food. Prices have been raised...for to go it should be cheaper than if you stay seated as VAT is only 7%. There is usually free parking on site. Tables are wiped down regularly.

MY THAI gets a good rating from me because it's not special but not bad either. The dishes just taste good. In my opinion, the portions have become smaller as the price has increased, but maybe I'm wrong here too. The service should be mentioned positively, especially when picking up everything is super fast.

Das Gericht - Nr. 67 etwas scharf - war superlecker - zum "Reinlegen" und dann nochmal bestellen - die Beratung der jungen Mitarbeiterin bei der Bestellannahme war hervorragend - ich war begeistert!

Mann bitte darum dass das Essen nicht gezuckert oder versüßt wird, und das Essen wird trotzdem gesüßt raus gegeben... Also wirklich nicht korrekt und essen direkt weg geschmissen

Ekelhaft, ich habe mich beeeita mehrfach beschwert. Nie kann jemand helfen. Unterstes Niveau und bei dem Preis einfach unverschämt

Wir waren Abends zu 2 hier essen. Wollten gebratene Nudeln statt Reis und es wurde abgelehnt. Dann haben wir uns extra für ein Gericht umentschieden, wo gebratene Nudeln angeboten wurden. Was kam- GEKOCHTE TAGLIATELLE!? Sorry- keine Spur von gebratenen Nudeln. Das Gemüse war roh/nicht frisch. Das knusprige Hähnchen war so schlecht frittiert, dass der Nachgeschmack nach vebrannten/verkokelten Öl nicht mehr weg ging. Einer von uns musste sich nach dem Verzehr 10-15min, übergeben. Mit Magenschmerzen sind wir heim. Und das man GEKOCHTE TAGLIATELLE als gebratene Nudeln bekommt- seh ich als schlechten Scherz? Oder wollte man uns verärgern? Nie wieder!!!

Thailändisches Fastfood Restaurant mit leckeren Essen und sehr netten Personal

Bei meinem vierten Besuch im My Thai in Bad Soden wurde ich erneut nicht enttäuscht. Das Restaurant überzeugt durch seine ansprechende und gepflegte Location. Jedes Mal, wenn ich hier esse, bin ich begeistert von der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Gerichte. Die Speisen sind authentisch und köstlich zubereitet. Hinzu kommt, dass Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Restaurants vorhanden sind, was den Besuch umso angenehmer macht. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch und kann My Thai jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach ausgezeichnetem thailändischen Essen ist.

Nice ambience with very helpful service crew. Food was nice but can be a little too salty, especially the fried rice. Overall still a nice place for dinner in the evening. :)
