pleasant atmosphere, polite, competent staff, my re-entry into the shisha world since the 90s couldn't have gone better! The vintage, unusual music playlist also had style. gladly again!

Great shisha bar with a great ambience - extremely friendly staff

A nice lounge, unfortunately with inadequate service. After being brought to the table by a member of staff, we had to wait 20 minutes until a young, very friendly waitress came. This was immediately followed by a second waitress who said that she should serve another table first. When I politely asked to be allowed to order because we wanted to get to the theater on time, the second waitress snapped at me: "Other people want that too!" We also had to wait a long time for the food (2x pasta & 1x salad) and the bill.

Extremely unfriendly and rude service, drinks ok. Card payment not possible, nothing about it online. If you don't order shisha, you're in the wrong place, you'll be sold out, and there's nothing about this online either. If you have any questions you only get an annoyed answer and eye rolling from the staff. All in all, terrible experience.
