Last week I was in a Subway branch and was very disappointed with the hygienic conditions. All the employees had their hair over their faces, which I think is very unhygienic, especially considering it involves food. My husband and I therefore decided to leave the store as we couldn't feel confident about the cleanliness. When something like this happens right at the counter where you can see everything, I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I hope Subway pays more attention to maintaining hygiene standards to gain customers' trust.

The Phili Cheese Steak Sandwich was a real taste explosion. Freshly made, nice thin strips of beef and a perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Sensational. Price in my opinion a little higher, but still ok. O., because the quality and freshness presented is convincing. The only minor criticism: In my opinion, the portion of fries could be a little larger for the price. With a good appetite that was a bit too little :) Still 5 stars.

I am always very satisfied. Unfortunately I'm very shocked this time. The 2 young employees behind the counter behaved badly. One of them was permanently alone and asked for help, and the other made fun of it and stayed away from the counter. Not only did she let her colleague down, but she also made a mess of it in front of all the customers. Constant nagging and arguing in front of the customers hasn't stopped. They also accused each other of stealing money from the cash register. Simply impossible.

So you can forget about the male staff!! .Totally rude and throws the food back into the counter! He touches everything with his gloves without changing 🤢. Luckily there was another woman there who continued to fill in. She was super friendly, thank you very much.

We wanted to order here on January 15th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. When we arrived the shop was busy. Of the 3 existing ordering machines, only 2 worked. Unfortunately, when we wanted to order and scan our code, it didn't work. (FAMILY MEAL DEAL) When the stressed staff first asked, I was told I had to enter it exactly as it says in the app. OK . Unfortunately, trying again didn't work either. The second time I asked if the employee could please help me briefly, he replied with “No time.” So no time to make sales and satisfy the customer? I can understand, it was busy and maybe the timing of my order was wrong. However, the employee's reaction was more than unprofessional. If he had said "No problem, I'll finish the order quickly and then come to you" it would have been absolutely fine. For this reason, I will avoid this branch in the future and strongly recommend training in dealing with customers. By the way, I don't usually write negative reviews. However, this is probably the only way to improve something.

The staff is extremely unfriendly! I had a voucher and it was simply not accepted even though the voucher was for the branch! I then ordered at the normal price (twice as much as with a voucher), the sub didn't taste that good, the ingredients tasted a bit dried out and the hygiene in the store is questionable. Never again in this branch!!!!!!
