Everything is perfect, except that you have a real problem when it comes to jobs. You can't say you need some and then 2-3 days later say you don't need any more because there are too many of you after the person has been hired. Is very annoying

Never again!!! Hair in the baguette 🤢almost puked and my baguette had almost no toppings. Hardly any lettuce maybe 2 tomatoes. Really bad and the owner is very rude and apparently doesn't like to see vouchers!

Quality has deteriorated a lot. I used to go there often back then and the subs still tasted good, but now they don't taste good anymore. It has also become expensive

I know the store from my childhood since it was founded in the mid-2000s. Back then there was an “all you can drink” bar for soft drinks and meatball sandwiches. Unfortunately, the fact that both no longer exist is due to the headquarters... The owner in Saarlouis is super laid-back and also takes part in “hot coupon” promotions, where - especially with the “2 for 1” coupons - a trip to SubWay is often really worthwhile. The employees are also friendly. Special praise goes to an employee who was a little more generous with a box of 12 cookies in the morning because they were still too soft. ;) Of course, the subs and cookies are still unique selling points compared to other fast food chains.

We've been to a few Subway's, but we've been happiest in Saarlouis so far. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant and plenty of subs. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, price-performance is no longer good. Very expensive. Paid €25 for 2 subs. Unfortunately there is little coating on it. It was definitely better. Very unfortunate.

I love subway sandwiches the problem is that the service they offer there is very bad, even once we had to wait more than half an hour with four workers working there so yes the food is very good but the problem is that the service in others places are much better and this makes me not want to go back there again

Always fresh, good to take something home with you or to eat there if you have to or have to go quickly. Recommended, you can put together your own sub or order one of the suggested subs. If you're feeling a little hungry, you can get half a sub and, for a little more, you can get a whole sub. Always my pleasure

The food is okay, prices too. Tables outside were not cleaned as often.

Employees cleared everything away at 9:40 p.m. and were unfriendly when we asked.

The grated cheese used to be better back then, it was partly out of Cheddar's nerve to change that

Staff 6-...... Extra onion please... Apparently it doesn't work because she can't bill it. I have never experienced anything as limited as today at Subway.

A typical subway, it's like any other in Germany. Everything tastes the same as always. The staff was absolutely helpful and responded to special requests. Since it is in a pedestrian zone there is no traffic.

Super Laden, Mut der besten Chefin 😘

War heute dort und eine der Mitarbeiterinnen war total super! Obwohl der Laden voll war, wegen der Kirmes, war es trotzdem sauber und mit einem sehbaren Taktik von den Mitarbeitern überwältigt. Die Kellnerin namens Helena war Top, super Beratung bei den cookies gegeben und mich für den double choclate entschieden, nochmal danke dafür☺️☺️ wäre super wenn alle Mitarbeiter noch so gut in ihrem Job wären, großes Lob!!!!😍😍 LG

Wenn die Chefin da ist,dann sind alle sehr nett hinter der Theke...wenn sie Mal nicht da ist sind sie sehr genervt und unfreundlich.... zumindest mal die eine an dem Tag,die andere an der Kasse gab sich sehr Mühe.

Gutes, schnelles Essen und netter Service

Selten eine so unfreundliche Person erlebt. Ältere blonde Frau an der Kasse. Kids Pak bestellt. Nachdem alles zubereitet ist, motzt sie rum, dass es das ja gar nicht gibt. Komisch, wird aber in der digitalen Anzeige über ihr beworben. Zu dumm die Anzeige zu ändern? Der Mitarbeiter wird von ihr erstmal voll zur Sau gemacht, weil er Salami auf das Kinder Sub gemacht hat (was es ja laut ihrer Aussage eh nicht mehr gibt, schon seit Corona nicht mehr!). So geht man ganz sicher nicht mit Mitarbeitern um. Als ich nach einem Cookie fragte antwortete sie patzig „Nä! Die gibts ja schon lange nicht mehr!“ Wow, Entschuldigung, dass ich nicht alle paar Tage vorbei komme und die Karte checke. Das KidsPak wurde mir dann als irgendwas anderes verkauft, wofür ich letztendlich mehr bezahlt habe. Solch eine Inkompetenz habe ich selten erlebt. Zwei Sterne, weil die anderen Mitarbeiter sich wirklich Mühe gegeben haben.

Wir aßen beim Subway ein leckeres Sandwich. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Die zwei Sterne Abzug gibt es für die nicht so gemütliche Einrichtung. Obwohl es ein Lokal mit Selbstbedienung ist, würde uns ein gemütlichere Gestaltung des Essbereichs besser gefallen. Das ist aber vermutlich nicht so geplant, damit man sich nicht zu lange darin aufhält....

Das Subway ist sehr klein. Mich störte, dass halt erst gekehrt wurde , Jemand der erst den 2 Tag da war , alleine gelassen wurde und der wusste nicht, was zu tun war . Das hatte alles mega aufgehalten. Ansonsten war alles super, man war nett zu den Kids und es ha geschmeckt.

Lecker und frisch mehr braucht das Sandwich nicht😉. Hier kommt ne tolle Chefin mit nettem Personal dazu.

Das Essen war top, sehr schnell zubereitet und alles sehr frisch. Die Preise inkl. Getränke sind allerdings alles andere als "günstig". Für 2 Baguette inkl. Getränke und Brownie knapp 23euro. Die Brownies sind ebenfalls sehr lecker, man sitzt dort angenehm. Gerne wieder, sobald ich das nötige Kleingeld dabei habe💫🙏

Essen war gut, es gibt Hochstühle für Kinder, leider keine Wickelmöglichkeit.
