The ordering kiosks are an absolute disaster. Today was my last time at Subway. You can't see the ingredients anymore. I struggled for 20 minutes to order two subs. The customer after me gave up during the ordering process and went to eat next door.

Today I was here for the first time in a long time and discovered that you now have to order at (very clunky and slow) terminals and can no longer watch the food being prepared. Is everything done correctly? I have no idea. Would you like a little more pepper or just a few olives? Well, it's not possible. In fact, the preparation can now be done in a small room out of sight. That's not what Subway was all about for me anymore, and that has nothing to do with "getting used to it." As long as they don't return to the old concept (and I doubt that ever will), I won't be visiting this or any other Subway again. What a shame.

After my recent visit, I have to revise my very positive review from two years ago. Since then, they've installed self-service kiosks that are neither easy to use nor do they speed up the ordering process. Furthermore, they block the view of the fresh food counter behind it, which used to always be a comfort to me to see that all the ingredients were in perfect condition. I also find the kiosks unintuitive to use; they have some peculiarities when ordering that apparently sometimes overwhelm even the Subway employees working there. Apparently, they're now also processing online orders, so when ordering in person, it's unclear how long you'll have to wait for the food to be prepared. In any case, we (wife, daughter, and I) waited significantly longer than we did a few months ago...and I also found that not only the taste of the food, but also the cleanliness had deteriorated. During my nearly 45-minute visit, the tables, which were still occupied when I arrived, weren't wiped once. Overall, I'm not convinced by the new Subway concept. Maybe I'll try it again in a few months. Currently, I don't find it very appealing.

Loved coming here, great subway location and above average staff. That’s still all true but: I won’t be coming here again. The completely destroyed the thing that made subway great: ordering and watching your sandwich get assembled by your service personnel. Now it’s just 4 screens (with bad user experience) and you just wait around after your order. Very disconnected and weird, especially if you have specific things like an allergy.

The screens are terrible; it was much better before. If we hadn't watched closely how our subs were being prepared, half of them would have been forgotten. Also, the bread was completely dry and not as fluffy. For that kind of money, you're starting to think about making it better at home. We don't know if we'll come back.

These ridiculous order boards make the original Subway concept disappear. Based on response time, the operating system falls somewhere between Windows XP and Vista. The only thing that really slows down is deleting orders if no input is made for a few seconds, for example, when you're looking for the QR code to scan in the really poorly designed Subway app.

We were there today, June 10th, in the evening – it was super quick. The terminal is a bit clunky, but I heard it's still in the testing phase – so that's completely understandable. A young blonde woman then called the number and, when I asked, explained the drinks to me (it was my first time at Subway). My boyfriend and I will definitely be back! ☺️

The contents of my sub were indefinable. It used to be fresher, crispier, and truly delicious. You won't see me there anymore; I think the money is too precious for that... 32 euros for two people....

A super annoying visit to Subway in St. Ingbert. These new ordering kiosks are a nightmare. The first kiosk didn't work at all. The second one took a long time to load and only responded to every fifth tap. Ordering three subs took almost 15 minutes, not including preparation time! The customer next to us got annoyed after 10 minutes and left without ordering. The food itself was good; the apparently new plant-based teriyaki finally tasted good again, but the labeling of the vegan subs was so poor that we had to swap back and forth several times until everyone had their order. The service wasn't particularly friendly either. We won't be doing this again.

Unfortunately, ordering kiosks have been used here recently. No more direct "personalized" subs, just modifications through complex, laggy menus. No more "just a few tomatoes" or "a lot of cucumber"... The kiosks are also clearly used for upselling – popups for upgrades are everywhere, and the paid options are always listed first. In addition to very sharp price increases in recent years, coupons are only accessible via a semi-functional app – with no way for employees to intervene in the event of app errors. Overall, simply disappointing.

I'd like to give zero stars, but unfortunately that's not possible, so I guess I'll have to give one. I've never written a bad review before, but today's visit to Subway in Sankt Ingbert made me so incredibly upset that I just can't help it. I was in such a bad mood while eating that I was really annoyed afterward that I didn't just go to another restaurant. I used to really enjoy coming here, but after today's visit, it will definitely be my last. The new ordering machines are an absolute disaster. Just ordering today took me at least 15 minutes, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. The service is extremely inconvenient, and the discounts barely work. The manager wasn't particularly friendly and couldn't even properly explain to me why you can't combine discounts anymore, even though it was possible just a short while ago. What's also extremely inconvenient: The machines are so close together that you can't even stand next to each other in front of them. You have to stand in line, which is just chaotic and annoying. We had ordered extra meat, but there was almost no sign of it on the sub. And since you can't watch the subs being prepared anymore, it's hard to understand why. Trust is obviously no longer a priority here. On top of that, we had to wait another 15 minutes after ordering until the food was ready. Conclusion: Unfortunately, the visit was not worth it at all.

I always enjoyed going to Subway St. Ingbert. But from today on, I won't be there anymore. The big screens mean I can't see what's being prepared. The ordering system is terrible and you're not guided through. The app with the discounts didn't work the first time, even with help from the staff. Then I was told, oh, now everything has been debited and the discount is no longer valid. I had to place a second order, which was then debited from my card. All in all, it took me about 20 minutes to order a sub. When I paid, they didn't even give me the cancellation receipt for my first order and I had to go back to the store and ask for it separately. To top it all off, my sub was cold. Everything I liked about Subway St. Ingbert is gone: relaxing and ordering, staff who respond to my wishes and seeing what's being prepared. I deleted the app and Subway lost me as a customer. I have rarely felt as uncomfortable as I did today and just wanted to relax and have a nice meal like before. It was neither delicious nor relaxing. The man at the front tried to manage things, but was completely overwhelmed, trying to help several customers at once as best he could. Despite his efforts, my first order failed, and I didn't receive any receipts. He rifled through countless order slips and asked customers for their order numbers, having lost track of everything despite his outstanding commitment.

Good Subway Restaurant in St. Ingbert near the highway. So sometimes it's a little busier and you have to wait, but the queue is always clearly visible from the outside so you can decide whether to queue. Baguettes and cookies are stable, service is nice and fast.

Last week I was in a Subway branch and was very disappointed with the hygienic conditions. All the employees had their hair over their faces, which I think is very unhygienic, especially considering it involves food. My husband and I therefore decided to leave the store as we couldn't feel confident about the cleanliness. When something like this happens right at the counter where you can see everything, I wonder what the kitchen looks like. I hope Subway pays more attention to maintaining hygiene standards to gain customers' trust.

The best subway in Saarland. The staff is always friendly and the subs are prepared in such a way that they don't fall apart when you look at them or you end up completely soaked in them. In other subways in the region you can't do this even if you ask. So, everything is great here!

What's going on in the Subway IGB? Just got there, took a whopping 21 minutes to prepare 2 half subs. And then the things were still cold. It's no wonder if you put them in the oven for a moment and then leave them outside for almost 5 minutes until you top them. Telephone orders apparently take precedence. Never seen such slow incompetent staff. Do something, otherwise no one will come soon!!!

Unfortunately I have to give a really negative rating here. On Monday evening we wanted to get a sub. The service was already less than great. The cheese was thrown on the sandwich and the staff behind the counter talked about how they were tired of it, which the customer could clearly sense. The sub I got was inedible. The bread was like stone. I was already irritated before when the gentleman who was filling my sub pressed the bread and then turned around and then put it on me, but unfortunately I didn't question it. I've never had such a bad meal at Subway. The bread was not only hard but also tasted old.

every time I decide to eat on site the tables are not clean. even when there is little going on. and this is the only Subway that has problems charging for wraps or salads instead of the usual bread. They advertise that wraps and subs are the same and then you keep hearing "no, that doesn't work that way". But it just doesn't work for them. It suddenly doesn't matter that you want different surfaces, which actually makes a difference in price.

Every few weeks I get it and go to the subway during my lunch break. I'm always amazed at how little you actually get for a lot of money here. The taste is okay, at least for the quality of the food. The employees seem to change quickly here, some of them almost fall asleep while occupying them.

Die Preise werden, wie alles mittlerweile, immer teurer dazu kommt dass man die Brote sehr schmal belegt. Da ist mittlerweile so wenig drauf, es ist eine echte Frechheit. Dazu kommt dass dort fast nur noch unfähige Menschen arbeiten die selbst mit geringem Kundenaufgebot vor Ort maßlos überfordert sind. Kommt man mal auf die Idee vorzubestellen dann ist man selbst dann nicht dazu in der Lage alles fehlerfrei zuzubereiten wenn man es schwarz auf weiß auf einem Zettel stehen hat. Früher war ich mal Stammkunde hier aber ich werde nicht mehr herkommen, es lohnt sich einfach gar nicht mehr. Und bestellt am besten nichts vor, da werdet ihr noch mehr verarscht was die Menge des Belags angeht als wenn ihr vor Ort seid (dann könnt ihr ja nicht kontrollieren wie viel draufkommt). Schon witzig, man hat Geld um das ganze Jahr auch im Winter die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen aber den Kunden möchte man am liebsten fast keinen Belag auf die Brote packen. Sehr sinnvolle Unternehmensphilosophie.. Ihr werdet den Laden bestimmt bald schließen können weil keiner mehr kommt bei dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich fahre gerne mal abends dorthin, entweder nach dem Dienst oder mal kurz ein Sandwich kaufen. Subway St.Ingbert ist einer der wenigen in meiner Nähe, die mir die Möglichkeit bieten, etwas Glutenfreies nach 21 Uhr zu bekommen. Der Laden ist sehr sauber, Handschuhwechsel, alles super. Ich weiß, dass eine Kontamination nicht immer ausgeschlossen werden kann, aber dort wird sich wirklich darum bemüht. Ihr macht mir den Kampf mit weizenfreiem Essen echt ein bisschen leichter und gebt mir die Möglichkeit zumindest ab und zu mal wieder Sandwiches außerhalb zu essen. Bitte weiter so!

Ich liebe den Subway. Ohne zu reden 10/10, der beste im Saarland. Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr nett. Auch sehr sauber. Wir sind Vegan und auf uns wird sehr viel Rücksicht genommen. Man wird gefragt ob sie die Handschuhe wechseln sollen etc. Zudem ist der sub immer schön voll und Wünsche werden immer beachtet. Schmeckt auch sehr gut. Sind stammkunden :)

Im Endeffekt ist jedes Subway beinahe gleich, natürlich kann es vom Service her stark variieren, eventuell auch vom Geschmack sowie von der Ambiente her. Jedenfalls ist dieser hier kein schlechter! Das Essen, wie typisch für Subway, sehr schmackhaft. Und selbst wenn nicht, gibt es noch 100 andere Möglichkeiten wie man sien Sandwich belegen möchte. Oder man nimmt sich ein Wrap oder Salat. Service absolut korrekt, nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Die Ambiente kann jeder für sich selbst entscheiden, ich persönlich kann Fast Food Restaurants leider nicht wirklich leiden, vor allem von innen. Subway macht das ganze aber doch vorbildlich. Es ist gemütlich, und sauber. Sieht tendenziell sogar gut aus..

Ein großes Lob: sehr liebe und freundliche Mitarbeiter! Trotz enorm viel Ansturm und Betrieb (war gegen Abend dort, Stoßzeit) sind alle ruhig und entspannt geblieben und waren trotz Zeitdruck und ggf Stress extrem freundlich und nett! Weiter so, ein tolles Team vor Ort!

Manchmal etwas längere Wartezeit, was aber ganz normal ist bei Subway. Parkplätze vor dem Haus und auch daneben. Direkte Anbindung zur Autobahn.
