Hey everyone, I ordered food through Lieferando. It was supposed to be there after 30-45 minutes and still hasn't arrived after 60 minutes. On tel. When asked in the branch, a lady did not want to provide any information as to whether the order had already been prepared or was on the way. It's just one click in the system... I don't even need to start talking about the rudeness... Before that, no one had answered the phone for 10 minutes... which is absolutely not possible. I can't recommend it more!!

The service was truly excellent, especially thanks to the friendly and professional store manager S.U. She made the experience even better. The team was attentive, quick and implemented all requests perfectly. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, just as you would hope. Definitely one of the best Subway stores I've visited!

The boss should be checked or even fired. Pure disappointment and pure embarrassment for Subway and Lieferando. I received an incomplete delivery because the printer in the restaurant apparently printed incorrectly. Then called and was told that nothing could be done. I was also informed that I could pick up a new order myself. First I spoke to the boss and then she gave the phone to her employee. In the background you could hear her telling him that I SHOULD CALL DELIVERED AND GET IT clarified through DELIVERED?????????? Dinner was over, I was stuck in a traffic jam, my nerves were frayed.
