We were guests at the Mona Lisa again today and were pretty disappointed the first time. The restaurant is actually characterized by friendly service and fast cuisine. Unfortunately, neither was the case at all. Orders were brought to the table incorrectly several times, food came at different times & the table wasn't cleared for a long time. We were also far too rarely able to order new drinks because there was no waiter/waitress in sight. In the end, the food was still just as delicious as always. That's why 5 stars for the food again, but unfortunately only 4 overall and that only because we were actually used to much better from the last few years. I really hope that things will get better on the next visits and that I can give 5 stars again. Update 7 months later: unfortunately nothing has changed. The service is still very, very bad. Orders are either forgotten or delivered incorrectly. Both drinks and food. Everything still tastes good. Very good by Arnstadt standards. But everything else was unfortunately catastrophic. Too bad. Update number 2: the situation has now improved significantly since a new waiter was hired. We have been there three times in the last two months and were once again very satisfied with the service. Everything went well again and just as well as before. I hope it stays that way in the future 👍🏻

Had dinner here with my girls today. Was very tasty and a lot. The staff is very warm. Clear thumbs up.

We spent a birthday here and were super happy with the food, got ours birthday candle in a steak which was impressive, but i liked the staff the most, so friendly, so italian, they are making this vibe inside the restaurant, everybody is satisfied and full😊

Cheap for breakfast. Simple furnishings but clean

I can only recommend this restaurant. Even though it is not large, it offers a good range of food and drinks at fair prices. The service was quick, the food was freshly prepared and served in a short time. Jenny, the name of the waitress according to the bill, spread a good mood and was very friendly. If you want to eat well and cheaply, you should come here.

Delicious food, good beer, nice innkeepers.

The ambience is really well done 👍 but what's not particularly good is that the conditions can hardly speak German and the prices for the food are exorbitantly expensive. Furthermore, there are potatoes and salad with every meal where you can't even choose which side dish you want, which was much better before.

It's been almost 5 years, but the roulades and the extremely charming hostess will always be a pleasant memory! Thanks
