Das Essen wie auch die Bedienung waren sehr gut. Gerne beim nächsten Ausflug wieder.

Ein Besuch in der Triglismühle ist jedes Mal ein echtes Highlight. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Qualität des Essens. Man merkt sofort, dass hier nicht einfach Standardküche serviert wird, sondern mit viel Leidenschaft, hochwertigen Zutaten und echter Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Vor allem bei der Zubereitung und beim Anrichten der Gerichte erkennt man die Handschrift des Chefs. Jedes Gericht wirkt durchdacht, sauber abgeschmeckt und optisch ansprechend serviert. Hier kocht jemand, der sein Handwerk versteht und Wert auf Qualität legt. Auch der Service ist absolut top. Die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und schaffen es, dass man sich als Gast willkommen fühlt. Der Umgang mit den Gästen ist herzlich und professionell zugleich. Dazu kommt das rustikale, sehr gemütliche Ambiente, das den besonderen Charme der Triglismühle ausmacht. Sowohl innen als auch im Biergarten herrscht eine entspannte, einladende Atmosphäre, in der man gerne länger sitzen bleibt. Wer gutes Essen, ehrliche Gastfreundschaft und ein stimmiges Gesamtpaket sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Sehr tolle Gaststätte zum Essen beim Vorbeikommen. Auswahl gibt es genug und das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Tische reservieren kann man nur drinnen, dies ist jedoch meist schon ausgebucht. Dafür gibt es dann den Außenbereich, hier kann man nicht reservieren, weswegen man vor oder nach den Stoßzeiten kommen sollte, um sicher einen Platz zu kriegen , sonst ist es wahrscheinlich voll. Die Kellner sind meistens schnell und höflich, es kann aber manchmal zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, wenn man bestellen möchte oder aufs Essen wartet.

Die beste Biergartenerfahrung seit langem. Liebe Kollegen aus der Gegend waren mit uns dort und wir waren begeistert. Tolle Atmosphäre, sehr aufmerksamer Service und extrem leckeres Essen. Die große Portion hat uns gefordert, aber Aufgeben war keine Option 😋

Leider wohnen wir nicht in der Nähe, nutzen aber immer die Chance, wenn wir an Erfurt oder Arnstadt vorbeifahren, und machen dem Umweg um in den Genuss des leckeren Essen zu kommen. Leider haben wir vor Ort immer das Problem uns zu entscheiden, welches Essen wir genießen wollen. Und schmeckt halt alles dort so gut. Tolles Restaurant, toller Service, tolles Essen, ausreichende Portionen. Jederzeit wieder

Wir waren nur im Restaurant hier, nicht zum Übernachten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service und würden auch wieder kommen. Die Speisekarte ist sehr vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas zu finden. Auch vegetarische Gerichte. Einzig die Preise sind teilweise etwas hoch. Manches ist preislich super, manches zu hoch. Mit dem Geschmack sind wir absolut zufrieden. Man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass man nur bar oder per Echtzeitüberweisung bezahlen kann, aber nicht per EC Karte.

Eigentlich nicht mal einen Stern... Was ist passiert... Ich rief heute um 10 Uhr an und wollte einen Tisch reservieren. War leider schon ausgebucht aber im Biergarten ist Platz und da wird nicht reserviert. Einfach kommen und dann geht alles seinen Gang, sagte die doch freundliche Dame am Telefon. Wir fuhren ca. 2h mit den Fahrrädern und waren drei Erwachsene sowie drei Kinder. Kurz vor 13 Uhr erreichten wir die Mühle und haben uns nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit vorgestellt und gefragt ob wir draußen unter der Raufe bedient werden könnten. Antwort Mitarbeiterin: "Ja, kein Problem..." Nach weiteren 10 Minuten, ohne Bedienung, haben wir uns die Karten über eine Mitarbeiterin an der Bar besorgt und darauf hingewiesen das wir bereits längere Zeit warten und noch etwas essen wollen. Antwort Mitarbeiterin: "Ja...." Wir warteten wieder 10 Minuten und gingen erneut hinein. Gegen 13:30 Uhr kam dann eine Mitarbeiterin und versuchte uns nun zu erklären das es keine Möglichkeit mehr gibt etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Sie könnte Eis anbieten und verwies auf zu viel Zulauf an diesem Tag. Mit zwei achtjährigen und einem knapp vierjährigen Kind und nach dieser Strecke (10km) hatten wir leider kein Verständnis. Das Angebot unsere Trinkflaschen kostenfrei aufzufüllen konnten wir nur noch enttäuscht zurückweisen. Es sollte das erste mal sein und so wird es vermutlich das einzige mal gewesen sein. Wir fuhren hungrig wieder in Richtung Arnstadt davon und konnten im Bella Sicilia ohne Probleme etwas essen. Nach ca. 30 Minuten standen das Essen und die Getränke bereits weit davor auf dem Tisch. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren der Triglismühle, ich wurde selten so enttäuscht.

Hier kann man wirklich ganz toll essen gehen. Es ist gemütlich, das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und die Portionen sind völlig ausreichend. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich, auch wenn man die Ladys vielleicht etwas stresst. Hier war es wieder mal wunderbar! Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren über Himmelfahrt mit einer 7 köpfigen Mopedtourtruppe angereist und wurden von einem vollen Hof mit Live-Musik, Fassbier und verschiedenen frisch gegrillten Speisen begrüßt. Wir wurden auf die sehr nett eingerichteten Zimmer gebracht, in denen alles vorhanden ist was man braucht und konnten den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Zum Frühstück wurden wir mit einem fantastischem Frühstück versorgt und konnten somit gestärkt weiterreisen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert mit freundlicher Bedienung und aufjedenfall ein Besuch wert.

Das Essen ist sehr hochwertig, lecker und schön angerichtet. Zudem ist das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir würden es jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen!☺️

Gestern hatte ich meine Familie zu meinem Geburtstag zum Essen in die Triglismühle eingeladen. Vor einem Jahr habe ich das schon einmal getan und war dort sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung war top das Essen kam pünktlich war heiß und besonders lecker. Dieses Mal war der Empfang mit einer gratulation zu meinem Geburtstag erstmal gut. Der Tisch war eingedeckt und wir konnten uns gleich setzen. Als erstes fiel mir auf dass die Flasche Wasser auf dem Tisch fehlte die voriges Jahr dort stand weil ich den Tisch feierlich habe eindecken lassen wie letztes Jahr. Okay wäre nicht so schlimm gewesen kann man ja mal vergessen. Ca 12 Uhr haben wir dann die Bestellung aufgegeben von unseren 5 Essen. Soweit so gut, die ersten Getränke waren auch schon da und jetzt freuten wir uns auf das Essen. Als 13:30 Uhr das Essen immer noch nicht da war, habe ich mir erlaubt zu fragen was mit unserem Essen sei, und dass die Beurteilung wahrscheinlich dieses mal nicht so gut ausfällt wie das letzte Mal. Große Augen und ansonsten keine Reaktion. Kurz darauf kam eine andere Bedienung, stellte sich an den Tisch mit gesenktem Blick, und sagte mir in einem Ton der gar nicht ging, "ich brauche hier niemand mit einer schlechten Bewertung zu erpressen wenn es eben dauert dann dauert es eben". Wir waren fünf Personen, der Tisch neben uns besetzt mit zehn Personen sind ca 20 Minuten später gekommen als wir und waren zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon fertig mit Essen und der Tisch war auch schon abgeräumt. Auch andere Gäste die sehr viel später kommen wie wir sind mittlerweile schon zur Tür heraus. Man erzählte uns dann noch dass die spinatknödel eben 25 Minuten dauern und wir doch keinen Grund hätten uns zu beschweren. Ich war, und bin es heute noch, ziemlich fassungslos. Ja fehler können passieren und man kann auch mal einen Tisch wirklich vergessen. Alles nicht so schlimm bin ja ein sehr geduldiger Mensch auch wenn die Gäste bald vor Hunger vom Stuhl gefallen sind. Aber ist es nicht möglich zwischendurch mal an den Tisch zu kommen sich für die Dauer zu entschuldigen und vielleicht ein Getränk anzubieten kostenlos? Also auch mich hat dieses Restaurant das letzte Mal gesehen. Aber wie ich in anderen negativ Bewertungen schon gelesen habe sind Sie ja auf einzelne Kunden nicht angewiesen da die dreckiges Mühle ja eine sehr gut besuchte Gaststätte ist. Ach ja, obwohl ich sonst immer sehr großzügig mit Trinkgeld bin gab es diesmal nicht einen Cent.

Die Triglismühle liegt geradezu idyllisch im Tal. Von der Chefin bis zur Kellnerin sind alle außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir waren zu fünft zum Essen dort und waren begeistert. Die Forelle einfach nur hervorragend, Schnitzel wunderbar auf souffliert und die Mühlendipper (Pommes) mit geräucherter Mayo absolut zu empfehlen. Die Mühle war sehr gut besucht, was zu einer kleinen Wartezeit geführt hat, die durch die Handwerkskunst des Kochs wieder wett gemacht wurde.

Zum wiederholten Male habe ich die Triglismühle mit meinem Vater besucht. Es war wie immer sehr gut! Service ( insbesondere Luise): immer freundlich und kompetent. Essen: ausgezeichnete Wirtshausküche. Diese Gasthaus kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir kommen bald wieder.

Zu unserem Hochzeitstag wollten wir wieder mal lecker essen gehen. ‼️Richtige Wahl ‼️ Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Alle Portionen sind eigentlich mehr als ausreichend, sehr ordentlich angerichtet und außerdem schmeckt es richtig lecker. Die Preise sind vollkommen gerechtfertigt für solche Portionen und den Geschmack. Der Service ist auch sehr gut aufgestellt, zügig, freundlich und kompetent. 😊 Ich muss leider sagen, das das wieder mal ein sehr geiler Abend war und kann nur meine beste Weiterempfehlung ausdrücken !!!!! 👍😉‼️

Service war bei Abweichung der Karte, also statt Kroketten lieber Bratkartoffeln, statt Kroketten lieber Pommes usw, leicht genervt. Essen war sehr gut, die Preise waren schon ziemlich Hoch. Schnitzel mit Championrahmsoße für 23,90€, wow. Selbst die Verpackung, vom Kindermenüh das nicht geschafft wurde kostete 1€, Nudeln mit Grillgemüse für 19,40€ schon überteuert.

Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und waren sehr begeistert. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen war qualitativ sehr hochwertig und lecker. Man merkt, dass hier keine Fertigware serviert wird. Außerdem wurden die Gerichte sehr schön angerichtet. Einzig die Preise sind etwas hoch, dafür bekommt man aber auch was und hält eine lokale Gaststätte am Leben.

Topp Gasthaus der deutsche Küche. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, aber auch ausreichende Parkplätze. Waren im Winter dort. Im Sommer gibt einen Biergarten mit Spielplatz. Eine Reservierung wird empfohlen.

Sehr gutes Essen, Klöße sind selbstgemacht und riesig, wie früher. Sehr gepflegtes und gemütliches Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir waren alle durchweg sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Zum Hotel können wir nichts sagen.

If you're looking for a really good meal, this is the place to go! Prices are reasonable, considering the circumstances, but fair for the quality. It's definitely recommended if you're not in the mood for Italian, Chinese, or similar cuisine, but prefer German food. Our deal-breaker is the dumplings; these are absolutely top-notch for our Thuringian tastes!

November 8, 2025 After a rather long break, we visited the Triglismühle again. Since we hadn't made a reservation, there were no tables available at first. Luckily for us, guests from a reserved table didn't show up, and we were able to enjoy our usual delicious meal. The service was very attentive, the restaurant was packed, the food was delicious – and despite the high demand, it didn't take long for everyone to become attentive, friendly, and efficient. We certainly won't have to wait another year for our next visit! Many thanks to the wonderful team! --- August 18, 2024 Eight people, everything was perfect again! A fantastic buffet with salmon trout, duck legs, beef shoulder, and the ever-present classics that are always on offer! Attentive service, everything was excellent! ... --- Update June 16, 2024 - ten people, buffet, very delicious with asparagus and many other delicacies --- Even today, March 29, 2024, spectacularly good again. Thank you so much... January 25, 2024 and February 16, 2025 - repeated visits to the Triglismühle - always a delight. Friendly and attentive service, fantastic food, beautiful ambiance. Sunday dinner at the Triglismühle. We ordered ox parcels and a schnitzel with mushrooms, and our food arrived after over an hour. The ox parcels were 70% fat. After we complained to the waitress, the chef came. He was extremely arrogant and told us he was okay with such complaints; after all, the Triglismühle had enough customers and didn't rely on individual customers like us.

Very unfriendly, lacking in enthusiasm. We arrived at 1:30 p.m. and asked for lunch. Apparently, the staff were tired of serving us or no longer needed it; we were sent away despite having free tables.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is fresh and delicious.

We received several recommendations for this country inn and were not disappointed. EVERYTHING is just right here. The food selection, presentation, and taste are top-notch. The staff is very friendly, child-friendly, and attentive, so it's also top-notch. The ambiance is top-notch. I had the Mutzbraten (roasted pork), see picture. There's also a nice selection for children. TOP TIP: the mayo with the homemade mill dippers. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the rooms.

Waitress very nice even though we didn't have a reservation, she offered us a table, very polite and nice. The starter was also very well prepared and like the main course, incredibly tasty. We stumbled upon this idyllic beer garden/restaurant in the middle of a beautiful hike and quickly took a break to refuel. The service was very friendly; we had to wait a moment for our order, but we had time. We ordered a trilogy of dumplings and three spinach dumplings with a tomato sauce 😁 It was very good and delicious. They're also currently offering draft beer from a small brewery in Tannroda! For dessert, I had to treat myself to a homemade apple strudel. A definite recommendation

Today I'm giving it only one star. The meal, Rostbrädel with fried potatoes and onions, was inedible. The entire plate was returned, and there was no response from the waitress. No apology when I took the checkout either. It's a shame. It's actually a nice atmosphere.

Yesterday, my grandparents celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary there. I've never been to the Triglismühle before. It was simply fantastic. Delicious food, great service, and a fantastic atmosphere. We were given a separate room. The children's play area was especially great for the younger guests and was also the first time I'd ever seen a play area at a party. The food was delicious and the portions were very large. Very few people could finish it all. All of the 40 guests yesterday were thrilled with the Triglismühle.

I've visited the Triglismühle several times, and the food has been delicious every time. They also offer a few guest rooms.

At a family celebration with a sad occasion, you don't really expect to wait 90 minutes for your food. This was very, very disappointing, even though the food was very good. Furthermore, the staff weren't able to remember the orders accurately or even forgot to take all the guests' (drink) orders. Furthermore, some items on the menu were apparently out of stock or not available in the requested quantities, but it later turned out that this wasn't true either. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant in this form. A shame!

Very good food and always friendly. I can only recommend it, as I've been there several times. However, you should make a reservation in advance, as many people know it's good, so it's often busy. The beer garden lightens things up a bit, though. I'd be happy to go again... *Just read that card payments are apparently no longer possible! A definite no-go in 2025

A very nice restaurant for the start and end of a hike through the Jonastal Valley. It's also easily accessible by public transport. The food and service here are truly excellent, and the value for money is even suitable for families. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back.

We spent a wonderful afternoon in this charming, rural restaurant. I ate there with my child, a colleague, her child and a colleague - and we were all absolutely thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, just the right thing to escape from everyday life for a bit. The children were able to move freely outside and have fun, while we adults enjoyed the delicious food and the quiet environment. The menu is down-to-earth, but with attention to detail - everything was freshly prepared and tasted excellent. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly service: attentive, warm and at the same time unobtrusive. You can tell that people work here with passion. We will definitely be back – it was a thoroughly successful visit!

The Triglismühle in Siegelbach is a real treat! The fresh salad with homemade dressing was colorful, creative and simply delicious. Absolute highlight: the schnitzel with cream mushrooms – juicy, perfectly seasoned and the sauce is a dream. Great food in a lovely atmosphere – highly recommended! We went back there specifically for the delicious ox cheeks after December. But this time it was a disappointment. Tough and riddled with sinew. What bothers me most about it is that the chef hopes he won't tell me he didn't notice it when he cut the meat. And then serving it to the customer for €22 is, to put it mildly, inappropriate. Besides, if he didn't notice, he's doing something wrong.

Update: August 21, 2022 Since the restaurant was unfortunately brought to its knees during Corona, it is all the more pleasing that it reopened in May 2022. As a native of Siegelbach, even more so as I share many memories with the restaurant. Be it the well-known cycling festival, carnival, fair and so on. Hoping that something like this will happen again. But the highlight is still always the food. Simply delicious, both then and now. We were here as part of a family celebration. I didn't know the new owners yet. So it was a first for me. The rest of my family has been and is thrilled. Me too now. I had a small salad as a starter and as a main course the penne with grilled vegetables, tossed in wild garlic pesto. The salad was very fresh and tasty, topped with a few blueberries, cress and a delicious dressing. The penne was also very tasty, only the onions were a bit too much for my taste and the wild garlic pesto was quite interesting in August. But all in all very tasty. The chef definitely knows his craft. I think it's great value for money for what you can eat and drink there. Locally just as great, much earlier and the employees are all very nice, even when things got stressful. Compliment. All in all, I can recommend the Triglismühle to everyone. Whether for a quick lunch, a quick stop for a beer in the beer garden or or or. Perfectly located on the cycle path between Plaue and Arnstadt. The only thing that falls a bit short are dishes for vegetarians. There are 2 on the map, which I find a bit small. You could possibly offer 2 alternatives Two years ago: Top food, cozy atmosphere and moderate prices. In summer there is a beautiful beer garden.

Very, very good food, beautifully prepared. Really great and attentive service. There is a play area for children and even an outdoor playground. We would have preferred to order everything from the menu. 😄

We visited the Triglismühle for brunch on Sunday. The attentive and friendly service led us straight to our table. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The buffet was very diverse and delicious. It was constantly being refilled. We look forward to your next visit! Unfortunately we cannot comment on the rooms.

We were here for lunch with 13 people. It was just fantastic. Fresh, tasty, Thuringian food. The service is always friendly and humorous, fast and focused on good service. Everyone very satisfied. Large portions. Good value for money. We'd love to come back.

We waited 1 hour for the food we ordered. That's not okay. Then our grandchildren were warned to be quieter, even though they were busy in the play area. That doesn't work at all. This is anti-children. We won't come anymore. We pass on our experiences. Oh, the salad plate was nothing either, the dressing ran past it and there weren't any fried turkey strips either, it was a pile of cooked turkey! Inedible.

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews on Google. The food was neither tasty nor the service friendly. On the contrary, the waitress was cheeky, rude and completely unprofessional for the restaurant. Overall, we could have saved ourselves the visit.

Good conference atmosphere with appropriate food

Went to the beer garden with my friends during a bike ride in the summer. Great food, great service, great location... You have to feast again 😋

We were invited to lunch during a birthday party. All of the food was consistently great and plentiful. The dumplings in particular are great and so big that you “only” need one as a side dish. We will be happy to come back!

The food is incredibly good, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. A culinary must for anyone who likes home cooking.
