We are absolutely thrilled and would love to come back again and again! 😋 We are vegetarians and eat here almost regularly. We always receive very attentive and helpful service. Special requests are handled very satisfactorily. We look forward to spending time here again and satisfying our appetites with delicious Sicilian cuisine. NOT recommended! Two vegetarian dishes (described on the menu as spinach tortelloni) were served with meat fillings (without any prior consultation or request). As two vegetarians, we immediately noticed this mistake and pointed it out. The waiter didn't even apologize initially, but simply asked accusingly what was going to happen with the food. After asking twice for a replacement, our request was granted, but the food was left sitting in front of us for another 10-15 minutes. A different waitress then came, apologized for the mistake, and announced the new order. However, even when paying, there was neither an apology nor compensation from the waiter; instead, at this already inappropriate moment, someone in our group was laughed at because he had dropped something. All in all, the service was unprofessional, and the mistake is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. In my opinion, this was absolutely unacceptable behavior and a mistake that should never happen! We used to enjoy going there often, but tonight was our last visit to this restaurant. The waiter was a different person. Furthermore, it is generally questionable why vegetarian and meat dishes are not clearly separated by labeling. (However, this is not relevant in our case, as the food description clearly stated spinach and no meat.)

Poor service. Guests were laughed at and mistakes weren't acknowledged. Unfriendly staff and vegetarian dishes were served with meat. One mistake too many to go back.

The food here is good, and it tastes great. The only thing that bothered me personally was the waiter. He was sometimes pushy and interrupted conversations. This wasn't my first time here.

We visited the restaurant while passing through and sat in the beer garden next to the fountain. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was very prompt and friendly. The food and drinks were served quickly, and our two pizzas were incredibly delicious. The hollandaise pizza with Parma ham, broccoli, arugula, and cocktail tomatoes was particularly excellent.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The service was terrible. The manager ignored us and preferred to chat with other people at another table. The other waitress was clearly overwhelmed by the sheer volume of her work. The food was okay, but the wait was far too long.

Best location, best food, super friendly and fast service. The portions are generous, delivered quickly, and of excellent quality. Here, you feel a little closer to Italy and enjoy lingering. We'll be back to try the rest of the menu. The free parking on weekends right next to the town hall is a very nice bonus provided by the city of Arnstadt. Other cities could follow suit.

We stumbled upon this little restaurant today on a day trip, and what can I say? I'm BLOWN AWAY! ❤️ The vitello tonnato was amazing - the tuna cream couldn't have been better, and the selection of bruschetta was simply perfect🫶🏻 The vitello tonnato was served with crispy toasted baguette slices with a kind of rosemary butter - I could have fallen in love 😍 no, I DID! The two chicken breast dishes were also amazing, and the portions were huge - not only is the quality amazing (because NOTHING tasted like off-the-shelf food, and the hollandaise sauce on the bruschetta was definitely homemade!), but also enough to really fill you up❤️ And I've never had Amarena ice cream like this! There were REALLY huge, real amarena cherries and amarena syrup (in which the cherries are pickled) inside - we drive 1-1.5 hours to Arnstadt, but we will definitely be back ❤️🫶🏻🥰

Looking for a delicious pizza, we came across Osteria Bella Ciao. Very comfortable to sit in... The pizza was world class. And the pizza bread with garlic is also highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Was there for dinner with colleagues. The food is delicious and the service was top.

We went for dinner last night. We had a salad with cheese, ham, tuna, etc. So there was a lot of iceberg lettuce, you had to look for the rest and the salad wasn't dressed. Very annoying, people are not used to that in Germany. Afterwards pizza was ordered, one with ham and one Diavolo. We are of the opinion that these were forgotten and only when we complained because we noticed that guests who came when we had already had the salad had already finished eating did the comment "we haven't forgotten them" come up. We then waited another 30 minutes for our pizza. I would actually have expected an apology, but no, it was just presented to us in a somewhat annoyed and unfriendly manner. The toppings on the pizza weren't that extensive, apart from cheese and tomatoes. The Diavolo had 3 small pieces of salami on it, but lots of onions and peppers. We then asked us to pack the rest of the ham pizza. EVERYTHING was packed. Also the remains of the diavolo (the used serving dishes and cutlery were on there) and the edges that we didn't want to eat. What we would also like to complain about is the lack of hygiene. The little doilies on the tables were really stained and unhygienic. The "rack" of vinegar, oil, etc. was just sticky and unappetizing. The waitress kept fiddling with her hair and then reaching for the cutlery, plates, etc... and and and. We then didn't leave a tip because we weren't happy with the service. Then we weren't told goodbye or anything like that. We definitely won't be eating there again.

The pizzas were very tasty and filling. The salad also tasted good, but was carelessly presented on the plate. Unfortunately, just one service for the entire restaurant is unfortunately not enough. Looked stressed a lot. But maybe it was because of carnival 🎊. The restaurant itself is cozy.

From the moment we entered the restaurant we were warmly welcomed. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made our evening very special. You can immediately tell that the team attaches great importance to hospitality. I would particularly like to emphasize the child-friendliness of the restaurant. Our children were not only treated to a great children's menu, but were also served with a lot of patience and attention. The entire atmosphere is very inviting and ensures that even the little guests feel comfortable. The food was delicious – freshly prepared and served with a lot of love. Another highlight was the excellent price-performance ratio! For the quality of the food and the first class service, you really can't go wrong. For lunch we chose from the lunch menu, which not only offers a great selection but also very fair prices. Drink prices are slightly higher, but absolutely reasonable for a restaurant of this class. We would particularly like to highlight the service: it was extremely courteous, quick and always friendly. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was totally worth it - so we could be sure that everything was freshly prepared. Our starters and main courses were served hot and were incredibly tasty. The portions were generous and the value for money is unbeatable. Overall, an all-round successful experience that we can only recommend! We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately, when we were there today we couldn't get a seat outside because the weather was great and of course everyone wanted to sit outside. Then we just sat down. We felt a bit sorry for the service when people complained about the long wait or that they couldn't reserve a table for the next day because they were fully booked. Some people eventually forget that there are only people working there and that they are doing their best.

Super nice service, food price-performance-technically top. We had the rump steak in Gorgonzola sauce with potatoes. And as a starter, various soups, I can only recommend them all. The ambience was very nice and appropriately decorated in Italian style. We all enjoyed it very much and we will definitely come back again. :D

Vor 2 Monaten hatte ich bereits eine Pizza Proscuitto, die war sehr lecker, auch die Nudelgerichte die ich bereits probiert habe sind gut. Doch beim letzten Mal war ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich dachte ich probiere mal was exotisches, Pizza Frutti die Mare. Ich hab noch nie erlebt das man die ganze Muschel (mit Schale) auf eine Pizza macht. Wie zu erwarten sind diese zerbrochen und die Schalen haben sich unter dem Käse über die Pizza verteilt und somit war diese ungenießbar. Auch die Öffnungszeiten sind nach Gefühl hier eher nach Lust und Laune ausgelegt. Dinge die man zusätzlich auf seine Pizza machen möchte werden garnicht erst drauf gemacht aber groß berechnet. Sehr schade für einen guten Laden.

Wir waren schon zwei Mal dort und worden freundlich bedient. Ob Pizza, Nudeln oder Gerichte mit Fleisch waren sehr lecker und gut angerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
