If you're looking for a restaurant in the Erfurt area with an Italian atmosphere, Mona Lisa is the place to be with pizza, pasta, and more. Whether inside or outside, I ordered the Pizza Capricciosa 😋🍕🍴👌 from the stone oven with freshly tapped Krombacher draft beer 🍺 and can highly recommend it. ✅️ It's definitely worth a visit and I'd gladly return. The hospitality is very accommodating.

Good restaurant with good service.... The food is always good and plentiful. The service is very friendly and very fast. Everything is fresh and clean. Unfortunately, there is no direct parking, so you may have to walk a bit, but after a hearty meal, that's a plus. We'd be happy to come back.

Aglio e Olio alla Arrabiata, otherwise everything was good. My feedback that even though the menu says chili and I like spicy food, I still want to enjoy and taste the oil and garlic at Aglio e Olio was actively taken on board. Since I'm only visiting, I unfortunately can't test to what extent this is implemented, but the service and the food were otherwise consistently excellent. It was delicious, and the prices are at the usual restaurant level. Definitely a place where you'll go home (or back to your accommodation) happy, well-rested, and full.

We've been regulars for 8 years and will continue to be. Update: We were guests at Mona Lisa again today and were quite disappointed the first time. The restaurant is supposed to be characterized by friendly service and fast food. Unfortunately, neither of these was the case at all. Orders were brought to the table incorrectly several times, food arrived at different times, and the table wasn't cleared for a long time. We were also unable to order new drinks very often because there was no waiter or waitress to be seen. The food was still just as delicious as always. Therefore, 5 stars for the food again, but unfortunately only 4 overall, and that's only because we've actually been used to much better food in recent years. I really hope that things will improve on our next visits and that I can give it 5 stars again. Update 7 months later: Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The service is still very, very poor. Orders are either forgotten or delivered incorrectly. Both drinks and food. The taste is still good. Even very good by Arnstadt standards. But everything else is unfortunately disastrous. What a shame. Update number 2: The situation has improved significantly since a new waiter was hired. We've been there three times in the last two months and were once again very satisfied with the service. Everything went smoothly and just as well as before. I hope it stays that way in the future 👍🏻 Update number 3: Everything was perfect again today. The restaurant seems to have returned to its usual standards. Service, cuisine, taste, and friendliness were all very good again. With this standard, it's once again the best Italian restaurant in the area. 👍🏻

Food was very good and the staff was friendly. The Ramazzotti was a bit watered down, probably sitting with ice for too long before it came to the table. But that was the only thing to complain about.

You can recognize real Italians by spagetti carbonara, and it was really Italian-tasting. Some things I can blame is that I had to wait a long time for dessert, but the chocolate was such a delicious art that it is worth it and we can forgive and forget. Absolutely to visit if you are looking for excellent Italian cuisine at reasonable prices.

The food was super tasty, fresh and can only be recommended. Unfortunately, we personally, two younger men, were not served as well as the rest of the store. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't come to us often and was only as friendly as necessary. The seating in the aisle as the two of us wasn't that advantageous. Personally, I would have preferred to sit in a comfortable place, which was more like a place in the aisle that wasn't really comfortable. But all in all it was good, friendly and tasty. The atmosphere itself was really nice and cozy

The waiters were dull, the service was poor and there was no service. We ordered bread and asked the waiter three times but he never brought it. We ended up going in and getting it ourselves. When we wanted to pay, we waited a long time at the cash register and in front of the door and no one paid us. A waiter was chatting with guests, another waiter was at the bar and no one paid any attention to us. We have been there more than once, but each time we have been treated very coldly. We were very disappointed and this will be the last time I eat at this restaurant.

We have been here several times. The food always tasted very good. The antipasti in particular is really good compared to some of the other Italian restaurants in the area. Your own meal combinations and requests are also very well taken into account. The same with the drinks. Very tasty today: the ice wine. We are happy to recommend it. Thank you!

Our class had a great end to the school year today at the Mona Lisa. Niko, the boss of the pizzeria, fulfilled our every wish. The pizzas were delicious and we felt very comfortable in the beautiful outdoor area. Thank you for the nice and friendly hospitality. Gladly again:-)

We had lunch, starter cold even though it should have been warm. Main meal was brought incorrectly. I couldn't eat my food like that. The waiter then just said he could offer me a cappuccino. I politely declined 👎 we won't be coming back.

The location is nice but the seating is far too tight, if someone from the next table needs to go to the toilet, you are forced to get up... The pizza was okay but the price was borderline. For the other dishes (bruschetta, lasagna, salad) the price-performance ratio is a disgrace. For the maximum mediocre quality, the price corresponds to an upscale restaurant. However, the child schnitzel was the crowning glory of the whole thing: €9.90 for a few fries and a schnitzel the size of an 8 year old's palm is simply outrageous. The waiter was nice, tried hard and very forgetful - he seemed like it was his first day working in the restaurant... Wrong drinks, forgotten extras, several reminders were necessary... Well...

Dishes are sometimes completely overpriced (children's schnitzel €9.90 for a portion that is far too small, even for smaller children). Overall, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate. High prices for very small portions or inadequate quality. The guest room is comfortably furnished, but the seating is far too narrow. The service was nice, but rather clumsy (apple juice instead of apple spritzer, orders forgotten...)

The food is OK, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the decorative strawberry for my dessert was cut with a knife or on a board that had previously been in contact with onions. In any case, the strawberry tasted very distinctly of onions. That should not happen.

We order a lot there to take away. The pizza is great! The noodles were a disaster. The first Italian to kill a carbonara with cream - absolutely inedible. We also got the wrong dish. You can't see the pasta dish so well packaged - then you're disappointed when you get home. Wrong sauce, instead of meat it was fish, other vegetables. What a shame!

Wir waren jetzt schon ein paar mal dort und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist schön , das Essen ist sehr gut und die Bedienung nett. Wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ich kann es jedem Empfehlen, der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und Reden kann man mit ihm wenn es erwünscht ist. Zu den Bedienungen: junges Team aber sehr freundlich und haben immer ein lächeln drauf. Im ganzen war ich verwundert das ich wieder ein gutes Italienisches Pizza Restaurant gefunden zu haben mit einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre.

Für mich die beste Pizzaria der Stadt, lecker Essen, nette Bedienung, hat Spaß gemacht, und wir kommen freilich wieder.

👎Heute da gewesen, unsymatische Kellnerin, lange Wartezeit, das Fleisch der Kinder war aus der Friteuse und innen noch roh!!! Die Pizza, war die schlechteste, die ich je bei einem Italiener gegessen habe. Da würde ich den Dönerladen nebenan bevorzugen, bessere Pizza, durchgebratenes Fleisch und mindestens die Hälfte billiger.

Wir wollten das Restaurant schon lange mal besuchen. Da unser Lieblingsrestaurant in Arnstadt erst abends öffnet, haben wir es gewagt. Und was soll ich sagen: Pizza kalt, mit fettiger ranziger Wurst und die Lasagne hat den Namen auch nicht verdient. Die Weinschorle war eher Wasser. Nie wieder! Eines Italienischen Restaurants nicht würdig!

Super netter Service, auf den Tischen im Biergarten gibt es Tischdecken und Stoffservietten. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das ist Esskultur. 👍 Der Biergarten liegt an der Straße, ist aber gut abgegrenzt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Musik waren klassische italienische Arien, kein Radio Pop-Rock- Mix. Hat für uns gut gepasst, war mal was anderes. Die Pizzen waren heiß, gut belegt und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Salat war sehr schön angerichtet, bunt und ausgezeichnet. Vielen Dank wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ich komme aus der Hauptstadt wo mann super Pizza macht ... aber diese Pizza ist wirklich gut das ist die beste Pizza die ich in Arnstadt und Umgebung gegessen habe. Ist zu empfehlen. Am besten mit scharfer Salami usw. Immer wieder.

Wir waren am Sonntag draußen essen. Tisch war dreckig. Hatten einen Salat und jeder von uns eine Pizza (so toll waren die geschmacklich garnicht) der Kellner war freundlich aber die Kellnerin ging garnicht. Sie war total unsympathisch desinteressiert und zu guterletzt hat sie noch den Teller abgeräumt obwohl mein Gast noch am essen war, der noch sein letztes Stück Pizza noch schnell vom Teller genommen hat den sie ohne zu fragen einfach abgeräumt hat. Einmal und nie wieder!

Waren gestern dort zu Viert essen. Hatten unter anderem Rumsteaks die man kaum bzw garnicht essen konnte. Das Fleisch war so durchwachsen, sehnig und knorpelig das man es weder schneiden noch kauen konnte. Zumal es nur normale Messer gab und keine Steakmesser. Nachdem wir uns beschwerten bekamen wir 2 Ramozotti aufs Haus was aber unsere Laune nun auch nicht mehr steigern konnte.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Restaurant, das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, die Auswahl an Wein und Spirituosen ist sehr groß und kann rundum der Bar angesehen werden. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich. Ich habe mir 2 Pizzen zum mit nehmen gekauft diese waren frisch, heiß und sehr lecker. Die Auswahl der Zutaten ist sehr gut, die Qualität schmeckt man. Während ich gewartet habe wurde mir ein Espresso angeboten und für die Kinder gab es etwas süßes. Ich werde wieder kommen. 😃

Beste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. Komme jetzt seit knapp 2 Jahren regelmäßig hier her und es ist immer wieder sensationell. Die Preise sind absolut fair, das Ambiente ist toll und die Angestellten sind absolut klasse 😊 bin und bleibe hier Stammkunde!!!!
