Unfortunately, it is not a good restaurant, the food is good, and the meals are very few. Appetizers are served in tea dishes. Yesterday, I had a very bad experience in Al-Shami Restaurant, and the price on the screen is one thing, and the reality is another thing. I do not recommend it.
We were there for lunch.
The waiter served us in an incredibly unfriendly tone. At times he spoke to us using command language and pointed his finger at us.
We really couldn't explain why he treated us with such unfriendliness.
A meal was given out incorrectly...when we spoke to him in a friendly manner, only the soup bowl was taken away and a dollop of coconut milk was drizzled in.
When we wanted to pay, we were rudely ordered to the counter and checked in one after the other.
We wanted to have some soup packed for us.
The waiter maliciously said he would bring a container, but he wouldn't pack the soup.
We have to do this ourselves...
To say goodbye, we had to pay for the packaging of the soup on top.
We really weren't aware at all why the waiter treated us so badly.
We will definitely not visit this restaurant again.
The food wasn't even really tasty.
Why exactly do people go there?
We'll probably always be puzzling about it.
Really super super terrible!!¡
We decided to come here on a weekday after a short phone call. It was not very busy, so we were able to enjoy the exceptionally good service more individually. Since our little extra requests were also taken into account very well, we felt very comfortable. The prices are appropriate for the level. We were very pleasantly surprised with the taste.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and gets our recommendation.
I haven't eaten something so delicious in a long time! You can taste every ingredient incredibly intensely in the dishes and it was worth every step of walking to the restaurant.
The food is simply great and the service is friendly. I can only recommend that you take a look at it. But calling beforehand is a great idea - it's a small shop with little space.
