Simply great. I'm really speechless about this incredibly good cuisine. Every dish is well thought out with many subtleties. The service is incredibly attentive and very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

So really quick snack is something different. We waited 1-1 1/2 hours for our food today. Ok, it's really crowded but not organized. Guests who arrived later received their food quicker. We waited half an hour for the menu and drinks. Never again

Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed, we waited a whopping 75 minutes for our food... We were not offered anything else during this waiting time! When asked, they said, well, there was a larger group there ;-( the food was over-seasoned, the fries were burnt and there were different side dishes than advertised.... The catering team didn't make any effort to change this.... It's a real shame and therefore absolutely underground

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our business stay and despite our late arrival we received an extremely warm welcome from the receptionist Leonie. Her friendly smile and helpful manner immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. We were particularly impressed that Leonie not only took care of our check-in, but also demonstrated her cooking skills. We were treated to a delicious wedding soup which was not only delicious but also a wonderful gesture of hospitality. It is rare to be treated so personally and warmly in a hotel. Overall, our stay was a completely positive experience thanks to Leonie's commitment and the excellent hospitality. We can only warmly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The Amadeus is a great restaurant. We have been there several times and have always been very satisfied. Even on Valentine's Day when the restaurant was very full, we didn't have to wait long for our food and the service was super friendly and courteous. The staff are warm, courteous and make the guests feel comfortable.

I ordered 3 pizzas today at 8 p.m. sharp, prices taken from the internet. According to the map it would have been around €30. Delivery time should be 30-45 minutes. At 9 p.m. the delivery person came and talked about €39.50. Takes the pizzas out of the thermobox, and then looks long and hard on the internet to see the price, and then suddenly says the price isn't right: €41 would be right. It probably can't be. I would have preferred to say take the stuff back with you. Then I have €39.50. paid. In any case, it was the first and last time we ordered in the shop! 👎

Not recommended!!!!!!! As a guest you are treated like a rat 🐀, the employees are treated dubiously by the non-owner of the local house who claims to be the owner but is not. Furthermore, dubious employment contracts are concluded that no longer exist or can no longer be found, dubious payment if at all, cake is offered as freshly prepared which it is not, not everything that is offered there believes that it is homemade
