If you don't have any dark or wheat beer in stock for Friday lunch and only buy sparkling water after the customer has ordered, then you should just close the shop. If you had answered the question about lunch menus by saying that only 70% of the food was available, we would have saved ourselves the whole fuss. Add to that the way the communication here is absolutely abysmal!

In my cafe there was water that I didn't like as if I was drinking water

I have to say, just from the exterior design, I can tell that this cafe isn't very accessible to people with disabilities (especially wheelchair users). Please make it more accessible!

Unfortunately I have little positive things to say

The cafe was supposed to open at 2 p.m. today because of an event beforehand. I didn't see any customers around 1:30 p.m., but the lights were on. When I arrived after 2 p.m., the sign on the door said "Closed." Not exactly good for a Saturday afternoon.

Not recommended!!!!!!! As a guest, you're treated like a rat 🐀, the staff are treated dubiously by the non-owner of the local establishment, who claims to be the owner but isn't. Furthermore, dubious employment contracts are signed that later no longer exist or can no longer be found, dubious payment, if any, is made, cakes are advertised as freshly made, which they aren't. Don't believe that everything they offer is homemade.

I had coffee and cake there, but unfortunately, the piece of cake was at least from the day before and was dry and hard. I can't recommend it, because I expect fresh cake in a café. I don't need to visit the café again, and I won't.

Today, the four of us went there for coffee for the first time, and it will remain a one-time visit. It's a shame, really. We went there in high spirits; I'd read a lot of less-than-encouraging things, but I wanted to form my own opinion. The cake selection was impressive and delicious. Unfortunately, the communication was "difficult," snappy, and unwelcoming from the start. The handwritten sign on the counter, "please be very friendly," shouldn't just be facing the customer. Unfortunately, there's no sign of the statement that the waitress "has been working in the restaurant industry for many years." I work in sales myself and know that "the customer is king" still holds true, and we thrive on repeat customers and their word of mouth, not on the one-hit wonders that get put off. A smile never hurts. 😊

The coffee and cake were delicious, and the atmosphere was very cozy. Unfortunately, this positive impression was marred by the service when paying. When a new waitress, who had just started her shift, brought our bill, we decided to leave a 25% tip due to the good quality. To our surprise, she didn't thank us and left our table without comment. This was very disappointing, as we had decided to give her appropriate recognition. We had the impression that the waitress was overwhelmed because several tables were paying. A simple "thank you" would have rounded off the visit on a positive note. We hope that management responds to this feedback and improves the quality of service." There was also no proper bill.

A quick coffee before 9 a.m. in Salzwedel near the train station - that's what I was looking for here and I found a delicious coffee.

Whether you're a flea market fan or a cake lover, you'll get your money's worth. Besides fair prices, visitors can expect friendly hosts and a small play area for the little ones. We'd love to come back as a family! :-)

A nice, simple cafe with homemade cakes. A small lunch menu. Friendly service. Located 1 km past Salzwedel train station, across the small railway bridge at the memorial.

So I was very disappointed. I just wanted to eat some coffee and have a piece of cake. I had to walk through a pile of junk before I got to the coffee shop in question. The café was very cold so I personally would never go there again

Needs improvement. Coffee was cold, but cake was very tasty.

The owner was very nice, and the homemade cake was delicious. We'll be back.

Pretty courtyard. I just don't think it's nice to walk in amongst so much junk everywhere in the doorway. Service was friendly, ice cream sundaes could be prepared more lovingly. Inappropriate: Cream from a spray can!
