Went there for the first and last time today. Starter buffet ok. Main course buffet consisting of sea bream fillet, wild boar goulash and stuffed pork fillet, spaetzle, apple red cabbage, napkin dumplings, seasonal vegetables. According to several guests, wild boar goulash and pork fillet were too dry. I don't eat fish, game or pork. So I was totally unlucky. I don't have to go to a restaurant for plain spaetzle. In my opinion, the buffet is in no way suitable for children. When I told the staff this as a little hint for next year and asked nicely for a portion of fries, an angry little man came running straight up and pointed out to me that it was definitely suitable for children. They've been doing it this way for 17 years and haven't made any mistakes. Except for me, there have been no complaints in 17 years. Not professional behavior. The host should have the customer's well-being in mind and even if it doesn't have to be fries for Christmas, you can express your regret that the buffet doesn't seem suitable for children for the customer in question. Snapping at a customer that things have been going according to a certain principle for 17 years is less likely to be good for business. In any case, it is clear to me that I will no longer go there because of this behavior. Other guests at the table made similar comments. Whether a catering establishment can sustain such behavior on a long-term basis remains to be seen.

Really damn well done steaks, I don't know of a single restaurant that delivers the cooking point ordered so precisely.

In contrast to our last visit, the food today was borderline. Loveless steak, with a consistency like rubber. Some of the food wasn't fried properly. What happened? The food of the others who were there with us wasn't really tasty either, only 2 were satisfied. Probably won't go there again.

Old-established restaurant in Schwalbach. Great side room for up to 40 people. Clubs looking for a quiet room for their meetings have come to the right place. Pure pub. Activities: Tuesdays: Skat club from 5 p.m. (guest players are welcome at any time). Training by the local dart club on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 p.m. No slot machines. Great restaurant that has been run by the Becker family since 1973. Restaurant "Redoute" one of the last in Schwalbach.

I have never experienced such unfriendly behavior (service/boss) and the behavior of taking orders and delivering them. My food was inedible and the meat had a very strange taste. Went back immediately! Never again !

You look forward to a delicious kebab pizza and then you get something like that. The answer I got on the phone was that it couldn't be that the lettuce looked like that, it had been freshly cut. At the end it was suggested to me that I should change pizzaria. Ordered there for the last time.
