Nudelranch in Schwalbach

On October 14, 2025, we once again picked up pasta (double cream/double cheese). Unfortunately, I discovered that it was just a tomato sauce with a bit of ground meat. Nothing like the old days. The recipe definitely needs to be improved.

We've eaten here for the first time since it reopened, and we can honestly say: It's still delicious and definitely worth a visit! We're super happy that there's a successor to the Nudelranch. We'll be loyal to you :-)

This was our first time here. I found the noodles very well seasoned (peppery). It's fine for adults if you like it. However, I think you have to be a bit careful with small children. Our granddaughter couldn't finish it.

We picked up food for home today. The salad dressing is most similar to the old pasta ranch, but the macaroni and cheese wasn't really as good as it used to be, and there was just as little ground meat in the sauce. The spaghetti sauce had very little flavor and needed a lot of salt added, which wasn't necessary before. All in all, I think it's good that the shop is still operating, but unfortunately, the food just doesn't taste the same as it used to. At least I don't have to drive far, and I can have it delivered to my door by my trusted pizza place, with similar quality and taste, for less money.

We tried the Nudelranch again today after a long break after it reopened! We're thrilled! Great taste, a good portion of salad, and very tasty. If you're in the mood for some really good baked macaroni, you should definitely stop by. The new owner and his team are very nice and friendly. We wish them much success and will be back often.

Hooray!! It still tastes good... We visited for the first time since the takeover and were thrilled. We were very pleasantly surprised when the restaurant reopened. The salad dressings aren't as sour anymore. The ground beef sauce really does have a lot of ground beef, and the double cream and double cheese options also contain exactly the amount you ordered. All in all, it's fun to go back to the Noodle Ranch. Hats off to them, and keep up the good work.

Great new team!! Super friendly, clean!! And open to improvements. Nobody's perfect; it's important to accept criticism and implement it positively. There were four of us, and everything went perfectly: no long waits, no empty glasses. The food was good, sometimes even better than before. Keep it up 👍

So, I saw a Google review that the sauce was apparently too preppy. I went to try it today and found the macaroni absolutely top-notch 👍. The sauce was simply perfect and almost better than before. The sauce certainly wasn't perfect the first two days, but the owners seem to have found a good balance. The new management is also very friendly and accommodating. I'd love to come back. See you then 👋

I've heard it's very peppery. I can't confirm this at all; I found it truly outstanding and will definitely come back.

I absolutely loved the macaroni with double cream and double cheese. The entire team was very attentive, friendly, and has settled in well after the change of ownership. I was particularly impressed by the value for money – getting such a good meal and a drink at such a reasonable price isn't something you can take for granted these days. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back!

Very delicious food. I had the vegetarian rigatoni with cream and cheese and loved it! The new owner seems to have settled in quickly, as the service was well-coordinated, courteous, and very friendly. Excellent value for money! I'd love to come back :)

We were there at the opening too..., disaster! No one had a plan, at least 8 people in the kitchen and waiting staff, and we waited 1.5 hours until the "greeting from the kitchen" came and, after requesting it, the ordered salad as an appetizer :-((( All pickup customers were fobbed off for 2-3 minutes, and probably many more orders were taken than could be made. In the kitchen, a man was running around frantically with a measuring cup and a household-sized pot...you'd think they were making each portion separately?!?!?! Completely unsuitable and inexperienced staff. We paid for the drinks and salad and left. The bill wasn't quite right either!!!!, even though it was calculated on a cell phone. And, just like the previous owner, it was declared as a small bottle of Coke, even though they were serving stale stuff from liter bottles. We're not going there anymore!!!!!! They could learn a thing or two from Cater Carlo or Sandmännchen!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember the place from when my parents and I used to go there during the old owner's time. So I can only vouch for the fact that the food is just as excellent as ever, and the service—the staff—was very pleasant and hospitable. I'll definitely be back.

They need to put in some effort. Too much variation in seasoning from one day to the next. Noodles too soft, not enough baking.

Great noodles if you like it rustic you are in good hands there

Yesterday we ordered four double cream, two double cheese, and four salads, and we were extremely disappointed. There was nothing left of the original. All four pasta dishes were peppery, and the salad wasn't even a hint of what it used to be. Sorry, that wasn't good, we won't get any more.

This is purely my personal opinion... If you like spicy food, you'll enjoy it. The pepper makes up for it, but my son couldn't eat it, despite the double cream. The service was chaotic at times, but since my son got a free ice cream as compensation, and the people were still nice, it was fine. But it would be better to change the recipe now, because I think there will be others who will find the peppery spiciness unpleasant, especially children.

Very nice shop. I was there for the opening and got my food quickly. Fair price and full of flavor. It was absolutely delicious, and the shop owner is also a sweetheart 😘

Yesterday was definitely the last time we ordered food there. Ordered double cheese and double cream and realized at home that it was just plain macaroni. A rip-off of the customer.

I've been coming to this restaurant for 40 years, always the same quality

Ambiance similar to a pub. Staff very friendly. Price/performance okay. Pasta and salad have tasted great for 40 years. Points deducted because the pasta was too soft and the cheese was a bit burnt.

It used to be absolutely delicious, but the last three times it's been an absolute disaster. Once there was too little sauce, twice there was hardly any cheese and the third time the cheese was completely burnt. All things come in threes, and we won't do that to ourselves a fourth time. Very unfortunate

Very tasty noodles - our absolute favorite. Only the parking situation on the shoulder of the main road is not always ideal, depending on how busy it is. But all in all great! 👍🏻

Super Lecker ... Bin seit über 35 Jahren Kunde der Nudelranch.. Anfangs war die Ranch noch in der Bousstraße ... Zwar ist die Nudelsosse leicht Maggi und Knoblauchlastig, sowie die Salatsoße extrem voll Knoblauch ... Aber trifft daher voll meinen Geschmack... Mmmmmmmmmhhhhhhh 😉 Muss leider meine Rezession von vor einem halben Jahr heute ergänzen. Vergangenen Dienstag, 18.04.23, hatten wir wieder Nudeln zum abholen bestellt. Diesmal allerdings eine totale Enttäuschung. Nudeln waren verkocht und die Salatsauce vollkommen anders und geschmacklos. Einfach nur wie ein Joghurtdressing. Für mich als "Knobifan" war das leider nix. War das Granulat evtl aus?🤔 Hoffe daß es ein Ausrutscher war und es beim nächsten Mal besser ist. Sonst ist's für mich keine weitere Bestellung mehr wert.

Ich habe nichts zu meckern. Das Essen war topp, die Soße perfekt gewürzt und die Nudeln genau richtig gekocht. Vorneweg gab es noch frisches Brot mit Knoblauchdip, auch sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam, flott und sehr freundlich. Einzig das Ambiente war nicht das Tollste. Trotzdem immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Zum ersten Mal dort gewesen jo war nicht schlecht meine Nudeln waren etwas zu Weich vielleicht wird es nägstes mal besser mal schauen

Ein toller Service. Mir war der Salat zu sauer. Das Ambiente ist okay.

Zum Abholen: Mag ich sehr gerne, Geschmack seit Jahren toll, aber leider nicht immer gleich. Super, dass auch in Zeitungspapier verpackt wird, hält viel länger warm. Vegetarische Alternative auch super lecker, ich empfehle Macaroni mit doppelt Rahm und doppelt Käse. Klingt viel, ist es auch :p Leider keine Lieferung möglich, und zum dort sitzen nicht zu empfehlen, eher eine Art Imbiss.

An sich ganz gut hatte es von früher anders in Erinnerung. Soße war leicht scharf trotz doppel Rahm.. Ist da vielleicht was schief gelaufen ? Für doppel Rahm war die Soße auch sehr dunkel.. Trotz allem üppige Portion guter Preis und geschmacklich gut.

Sehr gute macaronis nur etwas zu scharf gewürzt aber wenn man bescheid sagt sollte das kein problem sein deshalb nur 4 Sterne

Heute gab´s Nudeln von der Ranch. Lecker, einfach nur lecker und der Salat mit Knoblauchdressing ist der Oberhammer.

Es gibt keine besseren überbackene Nudeln

War schon irgendwie enttäuscht. Zuviel Tomate in der Hackfleischsoße, schmeckte irgendwie wässrig , die Würze fehlte. Früher hatten die Nudeln viiiiiel besser geschmeckt.

Köstliche Gerichte für wenig Geld. Sehr nette Bedienung. Lockere Atmosphäre.

Nicht übel. Freundliche Bedienung, preiswürdiges Essen. Nicht nur Nudelgerichte, aber hauptsächlich. Kleiner Freisitz zur vielbefahrenen Straße raus.

Essen gut, aber Platz ist wenig. Lieber mitnehmen und Zuhause essen.

Sehr gutes Essen. Schmeckt sehr gut und man wird satt. Nur die Frikadellen und die Würstchen als kleine Vorspeise passen nicht zu den Nudeln,lieber Brot oder ähnliches. Sonst gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Seit Jahrzehnten die besten Makkaroni und Salat.

Es ist herrlich einfach und normal hier. Nicht besonders gemütlich, ganz und gar nicht hip, dafür sauber. Die Attraktion besteht eindeutig aus den mit doppelt Käse überbackenen Makkaroni, auf Wunsch auch mit extra Rahm. Ich denke diese ordinäre Sündenkost sucht in diesem Sonnensystem seines gleichen. Absolut einzigartig!

Essen gut Räumlichkeiten und parkmöklichkeiten naja also für einfach mal gut essen zu gehen gerne aber für fein oder romantisch dann lieber wo anders

Einfach aber gut. Vor allen Dingen gut gewürzt.

Leckere Nudelgerichte und eine Knoblauchsalatsauce die unereicht ist . Das schon seit vielen Jahrzehnten. Komme immer wieder gerne dorthin. Freundliches authentisches Personal .

Wenn man auf gute Nudeln mit Hackfleischsoße steht überbacken mit Käse. (Hausmannskost) Dann ist man hier genau richtig. Die Salatsoße ist auch der Hammer. Man sollte jedoch Knoblauch mögen, den davon ist nicht zu wenig dran.
