A good place to stop for a break for a Sunday afternoon. Prices are not too high. You sit comfortably and always meet nice people. Always nice, especially with children.

I wanted to have a relaxing evening, then drank €70 and was really stoned and didn't come home, 10/10

Family business run with a lot of love and passion. Nice ambience; you feel comfortable all around. We really enjoyed the food: We had "Pute da Tano (ham and cheese in garlic sauce) and "Pizza Parma" (Parma ham, rocket, parmesan cheese). We would love to come back 😊

I visited the Roter Hirsch on the occasion of an event. A rich breakfast buffet was presented to us and we were able to start a hike around Heusweiler. Since the route was too strenuous for me that day, I went back to the restaurant at lunchtime to enjoy Frank Hens' cuisine. I started with the excellent fish soup. Since Friday is fish day, I was able to eat the main course of the “tribal meal”, also fish, and a very tasty dessert. Match it with an open Grauburgender and later a nice Bordeaux. I was served and advised by a very nice lady, who turned out to be Sandra Junker, sommelier. What is impressive is how Frank Hens and Sandra harmonize and complement each other in their service. After the restaurant closed, I was able to taste the wines and top advice from Sandra at her wine shop “Weinseelig”. So it's not surprising that I barely managed to get a seat in the restaurant at lunchtime. Mostly regular guests were present, my neighbor B. even comes to eat every day. In talking to Frank, I could tell that a complete professional with heart and soul runs a restaurant that you would be happy to go back to at any time and feel comfortable there. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the Roter Hirsch with Frank Hens.

We were never convinced about this place until a friend put us on. Since then we have been ordering there very regularly! Each of us orders the Diavolo (goat) pizza. I can only recommend these. In addition, the driver and the owner of this place are very, very nice. We love Amalanatan!

I always go to the Sunday buffet. It's always very good. Unfortunately there is usually only 1 service. You're already waiting for your drinks. The ambience is ok. Due to the size of the room, it has more of a hall atmosphere.

Ich war schon öfters im Casa de Franco und bin dort immer sehr gut bedient worden und das Essen war auch hervorragend!!!!
