We were there with a large group, the food was very tasty, the meat was very tender. The fries were sometimes a bit hard. The staff was very attentive and nice, we felt very comfortable. The restaurant is lovingly and beautifully furnished. The toilet was really cold due to the open entrance door, but clean. We can recommend it.

Today was liver dumpling day. There were by far the best liver dumplings that we have ever eaten. Were allowed to enjoy. Simply a great pleasure.

Unfortunately I ate the last pizza there yesterday. The restaurant is open from February 15th. permanently closed. Very unfortunate.

We were here for the first time. The service was friendly and the atmosphere is rather rustic. The portions are large, but I found the taste of the food to be average. My schnitzel wasn't entirely convincing, so I only ate half of it. Unfortunately, the starter salad was very oily, which is why some of it went back. It's fine for an occasional meal, but it's not a place I would return to regularly. The price-performance ratio is average, and one small negative point: no EC card payment possible.

Dining room (in the photo) was terribly loud. We were then asked to go next door. Bare tables and walls there, terrible. I didn't order my food that spicy, but I was disappointed that there was no spice at all. My companion's food was also bland, like the rest of the pub

Legend has it that this is a great place. So I came from the UK to try it! And wow it was good for a simple and rather small food place. Firstly the aromas really hit your nostrils and send that warm and I'm hungry feeling through your body, ordering was nothing extravagant but the simplicity added to the street food quality. The food did not disappoint and the choice of chilli condiments was a real touch. A thoroughly good experience.

I can only warmly recommend the Mayer’s Rheintal restaurant! It is a family-run establishment known for its warm atmosphere and excellent service. The schnitzels are simply a dream – perfectly fried and incredibly tasty! Here you can tell that cooking is done with a lot of love and passion. The portions are generous and the price absolutely matches the offering. If you are looking for a cozy restaurant with great dishes and a family atmosphere, you should definitely stop by here. I'll definitely be back!
