We got to the point through a podcast. Became aware of the eatery and then really wanted to get to know it and its founders. Last weekend the time had come. We had a very successful evening in terms of both culinary and atmosphere, carried out and implemented by a unique kitchen and service team. Because of our seat at the counter, or rather at the chef's table, we had a direct view of the open kitchen, which invited us to look and chat. The menu sequence was perfectly coordinated, every course was a pleasure and, together with the wine accompaniment, it was like a wonderful autumn walk. Thanks! This, is truly what a family business is like. The name KONG, comes from the owners boxing tag. The owner is a boxer, and his aunt is a waitress here. Just a happy family serving incredible food. We ordered 3 things for two people, a Salad with beef strips, Steak, and a Hamburger. The meat was grilled to perfection and we absolutely loved the marinated flavor. Their menu options are now limited because they are unfortunately closing down and moving which is a shame, but they shared their experience. The owner described the conditions of leasing a building here, €4-5k euros a month. I am seriously hoping they move to a better environment because their food is incredible. A little hard to find, but if you enter through a narrow road with a building by your side, you’re in. Bless this family’s heart.

Quite slow service for a fast food. The food per se is not good, these manti are tasteless and the sauces/sides are completely off with flavours. Almost no ingredient blends well. Insanely overpriced. You can have excellent turkish food around the corner for cheaper.

I've only eaten there once. It tasted good. The service was nice and friendly. Today I will be there a second time and let myself be surprised.

Can't beat the cleanliness. All dishes are prepared by the chef himself. Top ambience and high-quality furnishings. The food is excellent and even the flatbread is freshly prepared. Anyone who has something to complain about here is disgraceful.

A sensational beer parlor or pub. Actually, something like this is threatened with extinction, but the Schützenhof has been in the family for over 50 years and the boss does an excellent job. Freshly tapped Königsbacher, I would even say the best thing to drink in the city. Great indoor location and when the sun is shining you can make yourself comfortable on the terrace. Definitely worth a visit.

We were there for the first time today and I have to say it was really tasty. The portion was very good and the bread was Hmmmm. Highly recommended.

We were there with a larger group and had breakfast. The offer is unbeatable in terms of price/performance. We'll be back.
