This, is truly what a family business is like. The name KONG, comes from the owners boxing tag. The owner is a boxer, and his aunt is a waitress here. Just a happy family serving incredible food. We ordered 3 things for two people, a Salad with beef strips, Steak, and a Hamburger. The meat was grilled to perfection and we absolutely loved the marinated flavor. Their menu options are now limited because they are unfortunately closing down and moving which is a shame, but they shared their experience. The owner described the conditions of leasing a building here, €4-5k euros a month. I am seriously hoping they move to a better environment because their food is incredible. A little hard to find, but if you enter through a narrow road with a building by your side, you’re in. Bless this family’s heart.

You don't feel like a guest in a restaurant, but rather like you're at a private dinner party, where the host pampers you with genuine devotion. Professional, attentive, warm – without a hint of intrusiveness. An evening at Schlicht is not just a restaurant visit. It's an experience. And one that lingers in the memory. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to not only enjoy culinary delights, but truly experience them.

The food is delicious, but I find it very expensive, especially the toppings. However, I think the current prices for a portion with three toppings of your choice would be very reasonable.
