I can only warmly recommend the bathtub. I go there often and have never been disappointed. The food is very tasty and the dishes are fairly priced due to their size. The owner is very friendly and everyone will find something here.
Anyone looking for a typically Westphalian, traditional inn will find it here. Unfortunately there are only a few of this type left. The kitchen prepares delicious Westphalian specialties, the bread balls with mustard being particularly noteworthy. The service is quick, friendly and competent. The tour is based on local values and consistently practices Westphalian traditions. Please keep it up.
Late evening, passing through to reach our destination in northern Germany.
Very few restaurants are still open, we entered here more out of desperation than out of a specific choice.
Despite the hour, we found an excellent welcome and availability, even if for us the place remained open beyond the established closing time.
But what was surprising was to discover that there is also excellent cuisine here!
The pumpkin soup, the gnocchi with broccoli, the fish, the meat and even the dessert are excellent: a Catalan cream that we will remember for a long time.
Not a cheap place, but the quality/price ratio is certainly advantageous.
We can recommend this snack bar without reservation. Everything is super clean, everyone is always friendly, the food is very tasty and attractively prepared.
A public parking lot is directly opposite.
It was one of the few shops where you could eat well and receive friendly service.
Unfortunately closed and that's where Haus des Döners comes from...Euskirchen
Great food, large portions, very accommodating staff. I had a paprika schnitzel and as a starter, at no extra charge, there was a very tasty salad with lots of fruit and salad variations. Everything fresh! Just like the schnitzel (2) and fries. All in all, the best thing I've eaten recently - thank you!
It was a really lovely evening New Year's Eve! The food was gigantic, the staff was very friendly. (The waiting times between courses could have been shorter and the seating was uncomfortable after 4 hours.) 4.5 stars. Totally recommended!!
We looked out for a nice dining in Cologne and discovered Prunier, a restaurant we known from Paris. We decided to book a table and went for dinner. The place is not far from the cathedral and is very nice. It is very small but cosy.
Their speciality is caviar. We had a nice portion as a starter. It was served with small lemon pancakes (blini’s), sour cream and chives. It was delicious.
As a main dish, my partner had a steak Rossini, with a niece piece of baked duck liver on top. I had the fresh made linguini with caviar. No words about it.
This restaurant is the place to be in Cologne.
We ate very tasty food. We enjoyed the Zurich Geschnetzelte better here than in Zurich itself. The service is extremely nice and friendly. Plus you sit very nicely.
