Wir waren , 2 Paare, am Weltfrauentag im Solaire essen. Es war ein Menü mit Getränken speziell zum Weltfrauentag. Die Weine, das Essen , der Service einfach ausgezeichnet. Der Abend wurde von zwei Musikern begleitet. Es sind diese Abende die in guter Erinnerung bleiben!

Good restaurant with delicious food, including both vegan/vegetarian and meat dishes, always flavorful and never boring. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, depending on the weather, it can be a bit cold in some places. This is a well-known problem and probably difficult to change. Hence, one star deducted. Otherwise, an absolute recommendation! 👍

This is the tastiest butcher shop in Herdecke and the surrounding area with a small snack! There are also a few tables outside! 👍

We ordered Pizza Funghi and asked beforehand whether the mushrooms were fresh. Of course....was the answer. Unfortunately for us, canned mushrooms are not “fresh” mushrooms. Totally failed in terms of taste. And if you're not honest, you're not worth coming back.

Good and tasty portions, good prices

I have never come across a nicer, better-maintained restaurant. Food is great, price very good, the commitment of the staff cannot be better. Highly recommended, I will definitely come here more often.

Super tasty burgers, very friendly service. In warm weather you can sit outside very well and if you want, you can sit inside in bad weather and otherwise.

I tried the Herdecker Schnitzel. I got a loveless piece of meat that had been raped in the deep fryer on neutral-tasting farm fries with old dried-out lettuce from the bag without dressing. Oh yes, 4-5 mushrooms with onions dripping in oil were the “Herdecker decoration”. It’s a shame that the name of this pretty little town had to be used as an eponym. Now the answer to the question of what could be done better: It's best to close it!

We've been enjoying eating here for years now. The gyros are homemade by the chef and are always perfect. The two of them are always super friendly and the food is always consistently good quality at a good price.
