Reichhaltiges wohlschmeckendes Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl, die frischen Zutaten sowie Obst wurden in äußerst ansprechender Optik serviert, es wurde seitens des Personals mehrfach aufmerksam und freundlich nachgefragt, ob etwas fehle oder nachgelegt werden könne - was dann bei Nachfrage umgehend kurzfristig durchgeführt wurde. Wir haben heute mit vier Personen einen fast zweistündigen Aufenthalt bei einem hervorragenden Frühstück in einer angenehm ansprechenden Location mit überaus freundlichen und aufmerksamen Servicekräften genossen - DANKE!

Where should I start? The Ratskeller has been our favorite restaurant for years. How many evenings have we spent there with friends? How many celebrations have we celebrated there? Whether we celebrated there with 16, 50 or 80 people. Words cannot describe how the team responded to our wishes. Whether it was a flying dinner for 80 people or an Oktoberfest for our company or the most difficult task for 16 people where it felt like half of the guests had allergies to everything. Very good food, disadvantage you have to order the table and food a day in advance but the portions are large compared to others.

A great steak tasting with great service and very good meat. Since we had few German-speaking guests in our group, a special meeting with English moderation was organized for us and carried out by one of the bosses. Thank you for the great insights into the world of the perfect steak.

Very nice pub, good food and friendly staff.

During the week there is a great lunch menu with two dishes. Good home cooking. Just like it tasted with mother and grandma. Plus a simple starter soup, super tasty. They used to be served at weddings or on Sundays and a delicious dessert. Simply perfect and affordable. Anyone who is hungry will be really full, as you would expect. I can only recommend it. Very good all-round package. The service was very friendly and quick. The food was very good and beautifully prepared.

We like being guests in the "small" steakhouse and would describe the price-performance ratio as good. There is a deduction for the service because card payments are only accepted for orders over €100. In a restaurant where a meal for two people including drinks quickly exceeds the €50 mark, this is no longer up to date. If you consider that even in Heinsberg you can now pay by card at almost every bakery, with significantly lower sales.

The business was not open yet, I think because the business has changed owners. Even though the business was actually closed, the friendly employee prepared a delicious steak. Communication was a bit difficult because the Ukrainian employee did not speak German very well, but he did his utmost to help me. I'm definitely curious about the other dishes on the menu, but the steak was great. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back here again.
