This is my new favorite place. Absolutely delicious food and very friendly staff. Everything is top-notch. I highly recommend it.

Very tasty food. Served fresh and hot. Portions were generous. The following points need improvement: 1. Empty plates are cleared first before new food is brought, and you have to pick up your used plates and hold them. 2. Asking if balsamic vinegar is OK in the salad... I don't like it. 3. Asking how the meat should be prepared. 4. Not clearing the table while someone else is still eating. 5. Ice cream should be served frozen. Ours was already melted, and that doesn't taste very good. 6. Criticism should be addressed instead of simply walking away, which wasn't nice. At least the ice cream wasn't free (which would have been the least of it), especially with a bill of €170.

We visited this restaurant for the first time today and were completely thrilled. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything tasted excellent – fresh, delicious, and lovingly prepared. The staff was warm and attentive, and their friendly manner created a particularly pleasant atmosphere. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather outside in the cozy outdoor area. A truly wonderful experience – we would love to come back!

A high-quality restaurant I heard from my relatives that this restaurant was supposed to be very good. They were so enthusiastic that I decided to go there with my family. We received a warm welcome right away and were impressed by the stylish decor and the truly Italian ambience. The menu selection is extensive, and the food tastes very good. Furthermore, it is of high quality, and the prices are definitely fair. After eating and paying, we were offered a drink on the house. What also pleased me was that the restaurant is child-friendly and always has a non-alcoholic alternative. Another aspect is that you don't have to wait too long for your dishes and drinks. However, there is a reasonable time between courses. So we were all the more happy to come back today. Getting a table at such short notice was possible due to the early hour. A warm welcome was not long in coming. We were once again satisfied with the restaurant overall today and will be happy to return again. I can only recommend the restaurant to everyone. I hope that this restaurant has a long and rewarding future.

We were so impressed by the excellent food and great service that we went back for dinner the very next day. Even the needs of our small children are catered to individually. We live almost 40 km away, but we'd happily come back and make the long journey.

A lovely little restaurant run by a truly Italian family. You'll be greeted with fresh bread made from pizza dough, herb butter, and marinated olives on the house. Very tasty. Very good, fresh pizza. Absolutely top-notch value for money. The staff is very quiet but friendly. All in all, perhaps an insider tip.

We stumbled upon Trattoria Rossini by chance. We're on vacation in Wassenberg from Switzerland (Basel). We ate there twice and highly recommend the restaurant! Very good food, beautifully presented, and very friendly and attentive service. We'll be back 👍🏻😉

Great restaurant! We spontaneously visited this place and this restaurant. I had the lamb chops and the tiramisu. They were the best lamb chops I've ever eaten. The portion was also fantastic, with plenty of meat on the bone. The dessert was also excellent. My three colleagues were all thrilled with their meals. The ambiance was modern-chic and very pleasant. The service was very friendly, and the view into the partially open kitchen inspires confidence. The value for money is fantastic.

We've been to Trattoria Rossini several times and have never been disappointed. The food was outstanding again this time. I ordered a truffle pasta with shrimp, and it was absolutely delicious! A real recommendation for all truffle fans. We also chose the Pollo al funghi dish (No. 104). Wonderfully tender meat in a creamy mushroom sauce, also highly recommended. To finish off, we treated ourselves to a tartufo and a cassata. Both desserts were delicious and a perfect end to the good food. The service was, as always, friendly and attentive. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Visited this place for the first time, service from owner was ok, ambiance ok. We came at 18.00h so not so crowded yet. We ordered and the food came quick. Ordered Pizza Calzone which taste terrible, the dough not completly baked and the peppers inside not fresh but from jar which gave it a very sour taste. Also ordered the pasta with shrimp/gamba, also not ok, it was missing tomatosauce and the shrimp were poor taste. They dont use fresh tomato to make the sauce but some kind of butterish paste to create that effect. My Son had the lasagna and yes, this also not ok....too salty and very small. The only thing that was ok was the wine. The dessert was tiramisu and this surprised me that as an italian you cannot make it, it was awfull and no taste at all. I cannot recommend this place.

I was at Trattoria Rossini and absolutely loved it! The pizza was just perfect – crispy base, fresh ingredients and an incredibly delicious taste. The pasta was also a dream - cooked al dente and refined with a delicious sauce. To top it all off, there was a dessert that was simply heavenly. Everything was fresh, homemade and prepared with a lot of love. The service was super friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting. You simply feel good here! If you love Italian food, you definitely shouldn't miss this restaurant. Absolute recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

We were here on a Saturday evening with a group of 8 people. The restaurant was completely booked, I think it would be difficult here without a reservation. I really liked the atmosphere, the service was friendly, the menu was good overall, but I was missing a small side salad, for example. Especially since my portion, I had the 51 cannelloni, was significantly too small. I'm a small woman with a small appetite, but I too would have needed about 25 - 30% more and would have been happy to pay accordingly. Alternatively, I would have had a small salad with it, but the menu only listed the large salads that serve as the main course . The service was friendly, but there were several small mistakes at our table, an entire main course was forgotten, drinks were forgotten, etc. However, the place was also packed and I think it was just at or above the limit overall. Prices good, but as I said, my portion was too small, I'd rather pay more and then be full! Nevertheless, I would come back at any time, a good Italian was missing in Heinsberg

It used to be Picasso, it was great, OK now it's just an Italian restaurant, but unfortunately there are much better places, sorry, nothing has changed at the restaurant, which is nice, and 1/2 of the wait staff is still there, too. very nice. But the food wasn't great. Salad was nothing, swam in vinegar and oil, not nicely presented, cold hard pizza rolls without butter, just olives from the supermarket jar. Salmon was Dust dry, ok, the rest is similar, sorry. The best was the Lambrusco. And if they had Bitburger, they could have still made sales. It's a shame, but still a lot of success, you learn from criticism.

Eating out with family, group of 9 people. Food was fine, nothing to complain about, good portion at a fair price. The place was quite busy, and the table arrangement meant that you could only have a conversation with your immediate neighbors. It was too noisy for some nice Italian background music. Attentive service and a glass of wine on the house offered afterwards.

New Italian restaurant in Heinsberg. The food there is highly recommended, we had a seafood salad as a starter, which would actually have been a main course. The children had a well prepared children's pizza, which caused a lot of enthusiasm. Main courses were pizza, lasagne and pasta dishes, very tasty and tasty. The whole thing was served very friendly by Nessi, the owner, it couldn't be better. After the meal there was either an espresso from the house or, as in our case, a Sambuca or Amaretto for everyone, great. Please keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

Went to Rossini for the first time yesterday. It was great. Food was super tasty. We also really like the restaurant itself. Service was also very nice. The two of us paid €70. 2 starters. 2 main courses including 1 steak. 3 drinks. Totally fine. We'll definitely be back. Has what it takes to become your new favorite Italian. Lg to Nessi

Finally a good Italian restaurant in Heinsberg again. Went there with a group of 6 on a very busy evening and the food was still at the table quickly. Very tasty pizza and pasta at really reasonable prices. What made the evening unforgettable for us was the fantastic service. The obliging gentlemen were unpretentiously friendly, careful and simply excellent hosts. We'd love to come back.

Since I've never been to this restaurant but saw it on Facebook, I thought I'd give it a try. When I saw the menu, I was disappointed. For me it's more or less a pizzeria with a few additional dishes. Nevertheless, our food was tasty and the price was okay too.

We ate there for the first time today. (3 adults and 1 child)The service was very attentive and the three courses were served in a pleasant sequence. Our child was also included and was completely satisfied in the end... All in all, happy again

Unfortunately not an authentic Italian restaurant. The food you get has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. There are cold, dry rolls WITHOUT herb butter. You are only asked at the beginning if you would like something to drink and then not again for the entire evening. You are ignored - as if the boss doesn't want to make any money :-) .. we would definitely have ordered 3-4 more drinks. The carbonara is cooked the German way, not the classic Italian way. The Aglio Olio portion is way too small and as a woman you will hardly be full. The pizzas are okay but there are far better ones. There are about 7 fries with the scalopina and 3 cauliflower florets, very carelessly prepared. No request for mayo or anything like that. Service is very inattentive and unfortunately comes across as listless. You can tell that “gastronomy” has not been learned and the owner is not an expert - or at least knows something about Italian cuisine or service.

We were here for the first time today and we really liked the very friendly service. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, we were given a small wine tasting when we couldn't decide on a wine. The food came to the table quickly and was very tasty. After dessert there was a digestif on the house. After the current change of ownership, we tested the restaurant yesterday. When you arrive you are actually asked for drinks, but not here! After a while, rolls and olives arrived. But there are no plates! We asked for herb butter since we don't eat olives. This came too, but in frozen form Condition ! So inedible 🫤Food was ok. (pizza, pasta dish and meat). However, you had to look for the scampi on the scampi pizza and the lamb had a lot of fat 😏. We would have loved to have had dessert or had something to drink. However, no waiter came anymore. When paying we had to go to the checkout. Since the boss couldn't handle the cash register, he printed out a receipt where we had to pick out our drinks and food ourselves and add them up. I think we won't go there anymore and won't recommend it to others. It's a shame, because the atmosphere is really nice......Almost forgot, NO card payment possible, only cash payment possible!

Food could have been warmer, but was also a bit flabby. For the other meal, fries were served instead of tagliatelle. There is still a lack of staff. But it can still happen.

Very good selection of dishes, we ate very well. The dishes were beautifully prepared and tasted very good, my linguini with lobster sauce and prawns had a wonderful taste. The second dish was colorful salad with chicken strips which was also beautifully decorated and my friend really enjoyed it. As far as the ambience is concerned, my impression was a bit too dark but it was still pleasant. Very nice service and price performance for the dishes was appropriate.

You can comfortably stay in the Picasso for several hours. The ambience is appealing and the service is simply great. The food is delicious and always fresh, and requests for changes are also taken into account here. Two thumbs up, we'll be back!!!

The restaurant looks somewhat inconspicuous from the outside, but the ambience inside is stylish and elegant. The menu is manageable, Mediterranean in style, but everyone will find something. The food is excellent and beautifully prepared. The staff should be better trained, were very friendly, but didn't know how to prepare the dishes.

We ended up here by chance and with the help of the online review 😊 and discovered a really great restaurant which is by far, of course, at the top of our favorites list 😋 Very nice atmosphere with fine cuisine and friendly, very attentive staff. (But still needs a little professionalism 😉) It's a shame that only cash payment is possible, this should be reconsidered these days, then more business customers would probably come here during the week 🤔 Another small note... the supply of wine shouldn't be a problem either 🤔 We'll be back soon.

Ein wunderbarer Abend in einer schönen Lokation. Ein Fünfgang- Menü, welches nach Absprache mit der guten Seele des Hauses, von dieser perfekt umgesetzt wurde. Preis/Leistung stimmig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit 4 Freundinnen im Picasso ,wie immer ein toller Service und phantastisches Essen ,Preis Leistung stimmt und die Atmosphäre ist einfach klasse . Auch das Publikum ist sehr angenehm. Außer eine Familie am Nebentisch ,aus Versehen (kann jedem passieren )wurde eine Kerze umgestoßen und auf dem Boden und Stuhl eine Riesensauerei veranstaltet,kein Wort der Entschuldigung dem Personal gegenüber ,einfach nur schlechtes Benehmem !

Das Essen war sehr lecker und wir gehen da gerne hin.
