Orienthaus 3 in Heinsberg

What's been going on lately? Has there been a change of ownership or something? I order from here regularly; it's one of my favorite takeaway places! (usually) I especially appreciated the generous portions and the special fries that were delivered in a large container. This time I ordered them again, and a very small portion arrived, much smaller than usual! It was only 2 cm bigger than the little sauce containers! I'm disappointed. My baked doner kebab leaked, and everything was covered in grease! This is so catastrophic; it's never happened before! I'm dissatisfied for now and won't order again until I can see from the reviews whether the old owner is still there. Everything was always great then, and there wasn't a single problem in all these years! Furthermore, the "actual Orienthaus" is no longer listed as open in my order overview on Lieferando.

The wrong pizza arrived, the owner was very nice. The staff arrived over an hour later and were completely unfriendly. Otherwise, the people were very nice, but I still wouldn't order from there again. Edited later: I ordered a fried doner kebab with pepperoni, but unfortunately, the pepperoni was also missing. But, as I said, the owner was very nice and understanding, but the second delivery person was a disaster.

Ordered food at 7:40 PM, arrived at 10:00 PM, and the explanation was "40 orders today, sorry." At 8:40 PM, we were told the delivery person was on the way, and at the same time, we received a message asking how was our food. Absolute rip-off, and the taste wouldn't be recommended. But at least the Coke was cold 🙌🏼

Had it delivered for the second time today, and once again I was completely satisfied. The food was delicious, and the service and staff were top-notch. I can recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for the culinary delight. I'll definitely order again. Regards, Dirk

Never again. I got a kebab 15 minutes ago, you can't eat it. The meat is like rubber. When I left, I noticed the entrance door was very dirty.

So...last week I got food poisoning there and I'm still sick from it. I went personally to address this. He couldn't explain it at all....was then told off that I would get a free rotisserie bag...WTH? I don't think the Lord knows exactly what it's like to get so sick from "eating" that you have to put your life on hold. Since I'm still not feeling better and now I have to pop pills, I decided to write a review because I didn't care anymore and because of his argument. Don't greet me if we see each other somewhere Bro, just ignore me. You can imagine what you can do with your free rotisserie bag 👆🏼.

I just ordered the Düren via Lieferando and threw it away, the sauce doesn't taste extremely sour at all, the Pizza Luna tastes quite good, but the Dürüm kebab is not to be enjoyed at all and the bread is like dough

Food delivered cold. Herb butter was missing. Long delivery time - 70 minutes despite ordering during the week with no lunch breaks. First of all - I can only comment on the delivered order, not on the food as it is on site! I was really looking forward to the food because of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, my Pomdöner felt like it only had 6 fries in it, the rest of it was meat (all cold) and completely mushy... It might have been a little tasty warm. I thought to myself “then I’ll take pizza rolls” and the herb butter was missing from pizza rolls that cost €4.00. They're not that tasty when they're dry either. Unfortunately I won't be ordering there anymore.

Unfortunately, I haven't been there for a long time. I was there again two days ago. I got kebab. And as always it was great! The price and the size are also great. Above all, there was delicious sheep's cheese on it. Which is no longer available everywhere. Then I'm happy to give a tip. The owner is always very nice. I will go there more often now if I can manage it. And for everyone who speaks badly, then cook yourself!
