Absolutely outrageous! I wanted to redeem the "2 for 1 bowl / salad / curry" deal I had previously successfully booked using the NeoTaste app. Once I got there, I was suddenly told that a maximum of three NeoTaste deals could be redeemed per day – an internal rule of the manager, which isn't mentioned anywhere in the app! This is not only extremely dubious, but borders on fraud. Why offer deals if you can't use them? The waitress couldn't or wouldn't do anything and simply told me to complain online. This isn't how you treat customers!

I ordered there for the first time a few days ago and am very satisfied. The citizens' menu I ordered was very tasty and also attractively priced. What struck me as particularly positive: In addition to the possibility of ordering a veggie citizen, you can even order vegan! The staff was also very nice. 1-2 little things (which are probably due to the fact that the store is still quite new): - Unfortunately you can't select veggie/vegan individually in the delivery app, only the classic hamburger and so on. The option for veggie and vegan can only be clicked in the menu. I called them to let them know that the individual burger I had also ordered should also be vegan or veggie, which worked without any problems. You would have to set this up briefly in the app :) - The opening times would have to be updated in Lieferando and Co. and on Maps, as I believe that they are no longer 100% up to date. Conclusion: Very tasty, recommended!

We ate there for the first and last time today. We decided on the buffet. Unfortunately, all of the containers were partially empty and were not refilled. It was lunchtime and the shop was well stocked but not full. The ambience leaves a lot to be desired. The Christmas decorations are still on display in an aquarium and fully lit. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The dirt in the floor/corner areas and on the glass aquarium hasn't just been there since yesterday. We have 18.90€ per person. Paid for the buffet, which we couldn't enjoy because, as previously mentioned, the food was empty. When you go out to eat, you expect the food to be stocked and replenished. This was not the case during our stay. A complete disappointment for the price.

The Food was great, i saw the reviews after i ordered and i was a little worried but this restaurant exceeded our expectation. The schintzel with champignon was exactly as in switzerland and very tasty, lot of french fries, the wienez schintzel should be more cooked inside but this is just a preference, but the carbonara were the best pasta i ever eat. The Food was very tasty , fast delivery (30 min) and hot just ready to eat. Thank you for the good service 🙏🏻

The food there is 1a, prices are very fair. However, the opening times are a minus. Because they now know when they are funny.

We waited over 80 minutes for our food, and then the wrong food arrived. The waitress didn't manage to bring cutlery to the table the entire time we were waiting. I'd rather not say anything about the condition of the restrooms; every train station is cleaner. Absolutely ridiculous for the price.

A very nice garden restaurant. Nice service, not intrusive. Good food great service. Everything clean and tidy. We were definitely not here for the last time.
