I'll never go there again in my life, because of the salad my wife had a stomach ache ever since she ate it and the meat wasn't fresh at all. Kebabs were burnt and I didn't even get a shishek, they were rude, asked for the menu and said you have to come here Ordered at the cash register, salad was not fresh and the meat didn't taste good at all it was very salty and spicy

We were in Dortmund for the day and found this snack bar. It was after 1pm and we were the only guests. We ordered three dishes and several different drinks. The food was very tasty and came in a decent portion. We all got well fed. The price was good and the service was patient and efficient. The atmosphere is similar to a company canteen, but it is a snack bar and not a star restaurant. Nothing to complain about. We would like to come back.

Delivery was ready quickly in 10 minutes, the delivery was also nice and correct. The food was really tasty so you can't expect more. Many thanks.

Catastrophe. They say they close at 1:00 a.m. and I was just sent away on Saturday evening (!) at 9:30 p.m. (!) with the words that the kitchen was closed, the cash register was closed and I couldn't order anything else. They do whatever they want, no wonder customers rarely come there. Will never eat there again 👍🏽 By the way, if you're underage but still want to smoke a shisha, you've come to the right place.

The pizzas are good and you can't complain about the meat. Looks good and can only be recommended!

Very impolite! There were three of us, we ordered a small kebab plate, a skewer plate and a grill plate. It took 40 minutes for our food to be ready even though no one else was in the store. The food was tasteless, the fries were oversalted and hard. We paid almost €20 for the grill plate alone - Apart from the tastelessness, you didn't get full either. I mentioned it and also said that we wouldn't eat here again. But the boss wasn't interested in that!!! Very unfortunate. The almost 50€ we paid was definitely not worth it!!

Really great kebab, good tea, super nice service

We just completed an order, the food tasted great, but the order wasn't quite what we wanted. When we called, we were promised a pizza or nuggets the next time we would get it. We are excited. If Phönix Grill keeps its promise, I will change my rating to a full 5 stars. ------ Well, the next time I ordered, I didn't even remember it. Not recommended !

Sicherlich einer der besten / leckersten Döner in Dortmund !!! Immer wieder!!!!

Man kommt ins Restaurant keiner wird beachtet . Man wartet 25 Minuten auf jemanden um etwas zu Bestellen nunja es kamm natürlich keiner .Die Frauen laufen durch das Restaurant als ob sie auf der Straße sind ,der Blick sagt schon alles aus . So dan dürfen wir bestellen nachdem wir nachvorne gegangen sind. Dies was angeboten wird ist natürlich nicht vorhanden nur teilweise . Bestellt und essen kommt Nudel mit Tomaten soße erwarte gekommen sind Nudel mit angeblich Tomaten soße es war nur Tomatenmark mit Öl angebraten und auf die Nudel die im Öl sogesehen schwimmen . Bei der Bezahlung den Teller abgeben nichts davon gegessen und den gesagt das wir kein Öl essen wollten sondern die soß . LEIDER KAMM KEIN SORRY ES TUT DEN LEID ODER SONSTIGES SONDERN NUR EINMAL SO UND SOVIEL . SO DA ES DAS 2 MAL IST DAS ES VORKOMMT IST DAS DAS LETZE MAL DAS ICH ODER MEINE FAMILIE FREUNDE DORT ESSEN WERDEN . UNFREUNDLICHES UND NICHT HILFSBEREITES PERSONAL KANN ICH AUCH AUF DER STRAßE FINDEN

Falafel ist super schlecht. Die Tomaten haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt. Wir gehen nicht mehr hin. Döner war aber ok.

Aufgrund der anschließenden Shisha Bar in der mein seinen Döner essen kann ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal der sich von anderen stark abhebt. Sehr angenehmes Personal.

Wir bestellen sehr oft. Da wir vorbestellen, wundern wir uns dennoch für teilweise bis zu einer Stunde Verspätung. Wenn es heiß ankommt, ist es lecker. Kalt ist es nicht so mein Fall

Essen war kaum bis gar nicht gewürzt! Der Reis hatte zwar Farbe aber leider fehlte es an der Würze hat sehr lasch geschmeckt.. das Fleisch viel zu lange auf dem Herd gewesen wodurch es trocken und etwas gummiartig wurde muss nicht sein! Das einzige was geschmeckt hat war die mini Portion Salat

Zwei mal Dönerteller bestellt. Ein mal mit Pommes und ein mal mit Reis. Ausreichend grosse Portion, schmackhaftes Fleisch und Reis, knackiger Salat und die Pommes waren nicht matschig. Die guten Sossen waren extra abgedeckt. Top. Alles war noch warm und der Lieferant sehr freundlich. Hier werden wir definitiv öfter bestellen. Danke an das Phoenix-Grill Team

Lecker 😋😋😋😋essen +bestellen pünktlich

Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber wir waren 5 Personen die bestellt haben und 4 davon waren unzufrieden. Döner komplett in Öl eingetaucht, Sucuktasche war ne Salattasche mit zwei Sucuk streifen und der Geschmack war dementsprechend nicht sehr gut. Schade.

The Burger I had was ok, pizza was as well ok, like a pizzahut style. The problem was with pasta after which my friend felt bad and needed to vomit. Not sure if it was the chicken or cream. Probably one of the two.

Haben dort bestellt Lieferung ging sehr schnell das essen war sehr lecker. Und preislich auch top lohnt sich

War heute Mittag da, die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich und das Essen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Gerne immer wieder :)

Dönerfleisch trocken und klein gehäxelt keine gute Qualität pizza halb verbrannt und kleiner als angegeben

Leider nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Die Preise für die Portion viel zu weit hergeholt. Lieferung kam nach 1 1/2 Std angegeben waren 30-40min. Essen war kalt ,Pommes waren überhaupt nicht gut und das Hähnchen leider verbrannt und ohne Geschmack sowie auch das restlichen Essen. Für uns war es leider das erste und letzte Mal.

Essen geht, Döner ok. Vom Burger war der Patty abgebrannt. Döner Teller groß entspricht von der Fleischmenge her einem normalen Döner. Etwas Pommes und mehr Salat dazu und gleich 9€ 🤔 Etwas übertrieben.

Einer der besten Shishas, essen schmeckt auch. Alles top ☝

Wenn man in der Nähe ist und Appetit verspürt, auf jeden Fall einkehren. Guter ,schneller und individueller Service, schmackhafte Döner und... Ein preiswerter und freundlicher Grill.

Hatte einen wirklich guten Döner-Teller. Leider war ich etwas zu früh da, es waren schon seht viele lecker ausehende Spieße vorbereitet, der Holzkohle Grill wurde grade angefeuert, als ich fertig war mit essen.

Sowohl Dönerteller vor Ort, als auch die Dönertasche zum Mitnehmen waren einfach köstlich. Große Portionen, dafür faire Preise. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich habe Schckokuchen mit Eis probiert und war sehr lecker 😋 Der Service war gut und nett. Die Atmosphäre draußen war sehrschön und die Sofas sind bequem.
