The service is very attentive and friendly and the ambience is very nice. The outdoor area is quiet and invites you to linger for a longer period of time. I was a little disappointed with the food. The meatballs were crumbled and wasn't seasoned well. The fried potatoes were weak and limp. Unfortunately the carrots were only lukewarm to cold. The onion sauce also had little taste. All in all, the dish just lacks pizzazz. Maybe add a bit of finely chopped parsley to the carrots. There is definitely still room for improvement. Luckily the meatball flat was taken off the menu. The warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream and raspberry sauce is very tasty and recommended. Unfortunately the bowling alley will be closed at the end of the year.

Typical Harz restaurant in the town of Sieber. Nice hosts with good German cuisine. Good beer, good drinks. Everything clean. In summer with a beer garden. Highly recommended.

Modern and chic ambience in a historic building. The Marktlücke is beautifully located between half-timbered buildings and offers everything you could want in the evening. In the entrance area there is a lounge area with leather sofas, behind it is the open counter and in the back area is the restaurant. Everything is very charmingly modern and yet furnished according to the building. The food was excellent and the price was absolutely okay. A special thank you goes to the very nice and fast service on site ✨️👍

We were there today for the buffet. We were assigned a table with plenty of space for our son in the stroller. A nice, tasty selection of food and very attentive service staff. A big compliment to the lovely owner who also took the time to talk to us. We really felt very comfortable.

It was a perfectly round evening. Quality and service are right. Was delicious! We'll be back.
