I was there on Saturday evening and the lady who takes the order and collects it should perhaps listen more sensibly and respond to customer requests. Never again, not recommended.

It's a shame that your customers dispose of the packaging waste in the surrounding area, in the green areas, on other people's properties, sometimes even with leftover food, which in turn attracts rats. Please make customers more aware of this.

We ordered with the company for one of the most important Islamic holidays. 170 servings within a week. The process and organization were virtually taken over from me. A call, "I need...", answer was "I'm checking...". 2 hours later I got the information that it wasn't a problem and we had 3 shifts with different numbers of portions (mostly at night) and in a variety of flavors in the station. Payment went smoothly with plastic. All employees agree that it is very tasty, has something for everyone and is visually very appealing. We will definitely come back to it again. Food was hot, cheap and on time at the times ordered. Thank you for basically taking the planning completely off our hands.

Food comes quickly, tastes very good and is completely okay in terms of price! You get a good portion for what you pay. It's a little too sweet for my taste, hence "only" 4 stars instead of 5. But the rest is perfect. The ambience is very nice and just looks good. I also liked the service. Gladly again!

I've been there several times now and can always tell you about the same thing. The employees are just plain rude, but only if you're not the type. If you are male, your table will be wiped and your food will be prepared and brought to you in a friendly manner. If you are a woman, you will be ignored, eat at dirty tables and have to wait a long time. Incredible !

The staff is extremely unfriendly, especially to women. Men get 100 napkins while women get 1 per person. Apparently you can't separate work and personal life in this store. Very unfortunate. Unfortunately, customer service is only important here for men, as they always get their food first, even if they ordered after you. At first I thought it was an exception, but every time the men are preferred here.

I think we tried almost everything (lookma with sauce, toppings, etc., lookma only with sugar syrup, pancakes) and everything tasted really good. Inside it is also very comfortable and beautifully furnished, you feel really comfortable.... always happy again 👍👍👍👍👍

Nothing to say, it just tastes bomb and the large selection of games is great! Definitely recommended😍

After a polite request to make the lokma fresh, unfortunately it was not taken into account, they always pre-fry it and then if you fry it the second time it is just like frying fries twice.

Super leckeres Essen, das man nur einmal in SZ und Umgebung erhält. Für die Kiddies immer etwas besonderes, für Erwachsene ebenso 😊

Sehr leckere türkische Süßspeise. Entweder traditionelle Variante ohne alles oder mit diversen Toppings. Wer Süßes mag, sollte unbedingt Lokma bei Lookma probieren.

Einfach geil. Schmeckt sehr gut.

Ein schöner kunterbunter Laden, wenn man reingeht wirkt es klein, aber wenn man genauer hinguckt geht es nach hinten rein, sodass man drinnen auch Sitzplätze hat, wenn das Wetter schön ist, kann man auch draussen sitzen. Die Wände wurden sehr gut genutzt und sind ein hingucker, auch gut für selfies :) Service ist nett und freundlich.

Das Lookma Restaurant war großartig! Das Essen war köstlich, das Personal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Zudem war die Atmosphäre gemütlich. Ich empfehle es jedem!😍

Definitiv 5 Sterne mehr. Sehr sauberer Laden und extrem Kundenfreundlich. Ausgezeichnete Ambiente. Ich konnte mich zwischen so vielen Lookma Kreationen kaum entscheiden!

Achtung Suchtgefahr 🤩 Sehr lecker und sehr nettes Personal, ein weiterer Besuch ist definitiv drin. Ein paar Tische und Stühle mehr für die Terrasse wären perfekt.👍

Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung. Ausgezeichnete Ambiente. Ich konnte mich zwischen so vielen Lookma Kreationen kaum entscheiden, mit der Hilfe vom netten Herren am Tresen habe ich mich letztendlich für Lookma mit Bueno Füllung und Himbeer Soße entschieden mit Pistazien und Blaubeeren Topping. Es war grandios. Meine Begleitung hat sich ein Wildberry Cocktail bestellt, was ihr auch sehr geschmeckt hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder..
