Döner Imbiss in Salzgitter

Well, that was a total disaster. It wasn't open! Everything was locked...and that's why I drove a detour of more than 30 kilometers! I feel...ripped off!

Where should I start…….. Staff correct, food bomb although something was forgotten, the reaction was understandable always happy

It wasn't the first time 'something was empty' and they just sent it out as they pleased. But then they tacked on things nobody wanted. No phone call, no discount, nothing. Just call and ask if it's okay or if you want something else. Everyone else manages that. It can happen sometimes, but it's happened to us four times now, which is really too much. And then they still keep the full amount. That's just brazen and lacking in competence.

A regular kebab costs €9.50, so either the prices don't match the price on the board anymore or I was blatantly ripped off.

I stayed here for work. Not recommended. The smell was unbearable. The bathroom floor was greasy. I have no idea what they use to clean it. Disgusting!!! See photos. I had to plug the drain to make it a bit more bearable. Otherwise, everything is in disrepair. Investment in renovation is urgently needed. It's a shame there's no TÜV (Technical Inspection Authority) for operating accommodations.
