Döner Imbiss in Salzgitter

Wir waren heute bei Lokma Berlin und sind wirklich positiv überrascht worden. Man merkt sofort, dass dort vieles mit Liebe und Mühe selbst gemacht wird. Die Speisen waren frisch, geschmackvoll und nicht wie bei vielen anderen Läden einfach nur Standardware. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alles sehr hausgemacht wirkte – vom Teig bis zu den Beilagen. Genau so stellt man sich gutes Essen vor. Auch geschmacklich war wirklich alles top. Die Portionen waren ausreichend, das Essen kam frisch und warm an den Tisch und man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass irgendetwas lange herumlag. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, wodurch man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Die Atmosphäre im Laden war angenehm und entspannt, sodass man dort gerne sitzen bleibt und in Ruhe essen kann. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird und nicht nur auf schnelles Geld. Gerade solche Läden unterstützt man gerne, weil sie sich Mühe geben und sich von vielen anderen unterscheiden. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können den Laden definitiv weiterempfehlen. Wer frisches, leckeres und handgemachtes Essen mag, sollte dort unbedingt einmal vorbeischauen.

Well, that was a total disaster. It wasn't open! Everything was locked...and that's why I drove a detour of more than 30 kilometers! I feel...ripped off!

I was there recently, everyone was very friendly! The food was also very tasty! Despite it being busy, the wait was less than 10 minutes! Great!

We were here for our staff Christmas party. As a vegan, I was very worried beforehand about whether there would be a suitable dish for me. I contacted the restaurant several times – by email and later also via WhatsApp (as indicated on Google) – unfortunately without any response. Since the menu didn't explain the listed ingredients, it wasn't clear to me in advance what might be vegan. A colleague therefore inquired at the restaurant beforehand and was told that a vegan dish could be arranged. However, on the evening itself, there was no mention of this. My meal was initially missing entirely, and only after repeated inquiries was something improvised. What was finally served was braised vegetables in a clay pot, which tasted okay, but was rather average for almost €20. Overall, the evening was unfortunately characterized by uncertainty, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism. Especially for group events and special requests, I would like to see significantly more reliability and transparency.

The food is actually good, but the delivery times for orders are almost never adhered to, which is a shame!
