Since the operator changed, the quality has fallen significantly. Less service, smaller, worse schnitzels, fewer side dishes, sauces and ingredients replaced, but the prices were sharply revised upwards. Nothing like what it was with Uwe anymore. Just a shame.

Except for one lady who saves everything, the store is really bad. Slowly tw. Not hot and not clean.

After being told at the entrance that there was still enough space and you could choose one, the garden was overcrowded and there was no space anywhere. After being kindly pointed out, the confirmation came that three orders would first have to be processed then they would be taken care of. After 2 minutes of disregard in the middle of the restaurant we left. Unfriendly, inexperienced, and far too young staff. An absolute disgrace. We ordered through Wolt (for the second time) and they called us saying the distance was too far and we should cancel the order. When I said that I didn't have that option in the app and that they would have to do that, they told me to call Wolt. You're really in the mood for a Sunday evening when you're watching a film and just want some peace and quiet and something to eat. Well, let's see when I get my money back. The lady on the phone was also incredibly rude. That's not how you treat customers. But the first time I ordered, the food was delicious.
