Except for one lady who saves everything, the store is really bad. Slowly tw. Not hot and not clean.

Just sitting at Citizen King haven't been here for 2 years. What is served here is a disgrace for the price. You should adapt the meat to the bun, the child was disappointed because the wings were spicy.

I rarely go to Burger King but that was an absolute joke and the last time....! We ordered 4 burgers, one fries and nuggets. We got 2 burgers and 2 fries, so it couldn't be more ridiculous... (there were only three people in there). Why can't you get the hang of doing your job properly?!?! Paying a lot of money for such rubbish, getting absolutely crappy food... makes me sick. The 2 castles were black and cold, the fries were just as crappy. Never again!🤢

It's a shame that at least. Must give 1 star, this Citizen King can't deserve a single one! Despite ringing the bell little, the staff gets nothing baked! Citizen content is not properly declared and doesn't taste good. The nuggets are fried toe soles and are not edible. The sauces aren't good either. Everything is paths and not recommended.

Drive in review. Had to wait a little longer today, but from my point of view everything was within limits. The store was full. The service person at the counter was friendly and even apologized. Class. The food was warm. It doesn't get any better.

After we had stood in line for a while and had already prepared the coupons, we were informed at the checkout that unfortunately only poultry products could be offered at the moment because the other grill was just heating up. We then went to McDonalds...

The last shop. Dirty, EC terminals broken, customers who are annoyed and want to exchange their food... Thank you. I left without ordering and will not enter the store again.

Unfortunately very disappointing! The shop was very dirty, some of the rubbish was on the floor and there was no disposal. We had two larger orders, both of which were missing something or were placed incorrectly on the tray. I've actually never experienced anything like this at Burger King. The burgers are delicious as always, but the price is now almost outrageous. But definitely not going to this branch again.

Today we were once again at BK Mastbergstraße 3 in Hildesheim and grabbed something to eat. I should have been alert on site because there was only one customer in front of us and he got the wrong burger and the wrong milkshake. Unfortunately I don't have our order I checked it immediately and only realized when I got home that something was missing again. This time it was the 2 hot brownies. But I didn't really feel like it anymore to go back again. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time that something was missing. We won't go there anymore either.

I have never experienced such incompetent employees. No matter how small the order is, they are unable to complete a list. NONE of 10 orders were correct! Sad to see so much incompetence...

It doesn't have much to do with fast food. Citizens good fries too greasy this time. It wasn't the same with the calculations at the checkout. I got all my change when I asked. What was noticed negatively was that men scratched their bags from time to time.

I was here with a friend. 1. We had to wait forever for our order. Others were more likely to be served. 2. Did the saleswoman I paid to stand in line when I accidentally gave her a euro too little. (she still got it but didn't actually deserve it) 3. The ice cream my girlfriend ordered was the wrong one. 4. I had to go back because we didn't get any mayo with the fries. 5. The ice cubes we ordered were not in the cola 6. The saleswoman sat down while wiping the table.

Went to Burger King today and there were a few mistakes with the orders that were wrong or forgotten, which isn't a bad thing at all. If you can't cope with a bit of stress at work then you should become a cleaner, so having zero knowledge of German isn't that important.

After more than a year, I spontaneously gave the store another chance at the drive thru. You can forget. Nothing has changed in the methodology of “we save the extra patty for large burgers, the customer won’t come back”. Must be a system or required by management. The 3-5 times a year that I get something to take away there, exactly that happens more than every other time, and that's definitely not a coincidence. Stay away or just eat locally where you can see what you are getting or where this systematic fraud is of course not attempted. And no: I'm not driving halfway across town again because of two double Whoppers. It was the last time for a very long time.

To friendly staff. Ice cream was made and left to stand in the warm weather and only then were the fries prepared. By the time they were finished, the ice cream was already half eaten.

Ate here once and it was great, but NEVER has an order been 100% correct when I used the DriveIn. Starts with the order, which is not possible through the hands-free system, only directly at the window. (Technology outdated / broken for years) Sprite and Fanta syrup are apparently never checked, so far only water has been given. At least with the Fanta it should be noticeable because of the color? Sauces for fries and nuggets? Apparently there isn't either. Burgers carelessly slapped together. Unfortunately, you usually only check it more closely at home. I know it differently and much better from other BK branches. The branch in Hildesheim should be avoided.

Staff very very slow and were always annoyed. The sauce was ALWAYS missing from the chicken Louisiana and things were often missing from the order.

I wouldn't describe this Burger King as a "fast" restaurant. A 20 minute wait at a drive-in - without high traffic and now for the umpteenth time - is unacceptable.

Hardly any German-speaking staff. I'm not a racist. But I would still like to be able to exchange ideas with the person opposite when paying or ordering. The food took too long and then the wrong thing on the tray. There wasn't even much going on.

Order half wrong after asking where the right one was, the lady doesn't understand a bit, then with change she couldn't even count correctly that someone had to come, then at 1 o'clock at night children in the store ▪︎WITHOUT▪︎ parents, mind you. Food was lukewarm despite some ingredients that weren't supposed to be on it. I used to go there several times during my apprenticeship, but things have really taken a turn for the worse.

Service is catastrophic…… you hardly understand it and you fall asleep…… so if more than 5 guests order something at the same time, they are overwhelmed!!!!! This is how I sleep like I work!!! At least the majority there!!! Was there last time!!!!

First time at Burger King, app downloaded for free, no mobile ordering possible. The staff are friendly, but they barely understand German. I had no idea what was vegan and what was vegetarian, so I had to quickly research it myself in the app, so you might think that downloading it was worth it. The plant nuggets and fries tasted like nothing and were just soggy and completely disgusting. In the future I would rather go to McDonalds if I ever need something unhealthy.

I placed an order at the local restaurant on Saturday evening. I ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay at the checkout. I gave him the money and the gentleman at the checkout threw me the money and the receipt. He was relatively unfriendly and didn't really speak German and barely understood me, so I don't understand why the employees at the checkout did stand, well. The food was completely cold and completely unmotivated to put together. The burger was put together in a different way. When I was home I wanted to call them after the 4th time and it was too stupid for me if you have a phone but it doesn't answer then you can leave out the phone number. In summary it was terrible and it wouldn't be a second one either. Do it.

Citizens are not recommended. The meat has nothing to do with quality, it was partly burnt, not at all juicy, just dry. The water was actually the best🤓. In my opinion, fast food should be banned in Germany🙏🏻.

Update on April 2024 I don’t understand why they always give me only one ketchup no matter how many ketchup I actually ordered. And when I ask for more ketchup, the staff is always unfriendly. ——————————————— Food was okay, but service was not so great. 1) My pommes had 3-4 wedged potatoes in it. 2) They didn’t give me a straw. 3) I ordered two ketchups but only got one.

Ordered at the terminal, paid. Waited half an hour for the food and what can I say, fries were cold and so were the citizens. Something like that shouldn't be the case if it's freshly prepared. Pomeranians and citizens should be hot. Then you just don't go there anymore.

When we ordered, the drink syrup (Sprite) was empty, which can happen. But when a double cheeseburger is ordered and chilli cheese comes and instead of the 9 nuggets there are only 7 in it, it really stops...

Luckily I'm not allergic, I just didn't want any tomato on my burger... but the extra cheese was missing and the extra bacon was on the wrong burger... Quality looks different.

The atmosphere is quite nice for fast food and the parking lot is also nice and big. There is nothing more positive to report. Unfortunately, the employees often seem very bored or disinterested, don't know the burgers or forget half of the order. The tone in the Drive Inn is sometimes cheeky. I don't demand any training in rhetoric, but the simplest forms of politeness would be nice. Somehow I always have the feeling that nobody enjoys their job here and that doesn't make the visit particularly pleasant.

First visit to this branch Mastbergstr. Hildesheim. The saved favorites were not recognized by the terminal. An employee's explanation was incomprehensible. The solution was incomprehensible. Desolate ambience despite a fast food restaurant. The service, well I took more sleeping pills than the horses could tolerate. Basically their motto is, the main thing is to forget something with every order. I can recommend the food with the bitter aftertaste, but please check the bags before leaving.

Essen hat viel zu lange gedauert.

Kurz was zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Burger, Pommes und Whopper. Essen war okay. Leider ist das elektronische Bestellterminal ausgefallen. Ich musste due ganze Bestellung nicht mal neu der Bedienung ansagen. Bargeldlos zahlen ging auch nicht.

Leider ist mir nur etwas negatives aufgefallen. Also ich finde, dass man nicht unbedingt Kaugummi kauen muss in einem „Restaurant“. Wenn man es dann jedoch mit dem kauen übertreibt, dass man da hingucken muss obwohl man gar nicht will, ist dies etwas extrem. Wenn man dann auch noch Hustet, vor der Ablage der Burger, sich nicht weg dreht oder zumindest die Hand vor den Mund nimmt, ist dies schon echt frech ! Traurig !

Sauberkeit ist echt ein Fremdwort in dieser Filiale. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit immer dreckige Tische .Und wenn man fragt ob man doch mal die Tische abwischen könnte gucken die Mitarbeiter einen an als ob man eine nicht verständliche Sprache spricht . Da fragt man sich manchmal echt wie es denn erst in der Küche aussieht.

An die etwas Adipöse Mitarbeiterin mit Gefärbtem Haar, wenn man schon im Küchen Bereich isst (was meines Wissens eigtl nicht erlaubt ist), dann wäscht man sich die Hände und wischt sich nicht noch 10 mal durchs Gesicht und baut dann weiter Burger!

Совершенно нормальная еда и это удивительно! Честно - я был тут первый раз в жизни и как будто гамбургер сам сделал на кухне и скушал, так сказать, это по ощущениям на вкус еды. То есть, обычные продукты, без посторонних привкусов и запахов. Ещё заметил, что используют приправы, которые лично я бы не применял. Но сочетание вкусов достаточно любопытное. Вердикт - мне понравилось!

Burger King ist einfach unschlagbar! Die Burger sind mega lecker, und das Personal ist immer fix und freundlich. Die entspannte Atmosphäre im Restaurant macht alles noch besser. Einziger Wunsch: Ein Lieferservice wäre echt der Hit! Die Konkurrenz in Hildesheim macht es seit langem vor. Dann gibt es auch mehr Sterne ;)

Ab wann wird FASTfood zu SLOWfood? Hier heute mal gut 11min auf die bestellung grwartet. Zum glück hatten wir uns schon mal gesetzt da wir eh vor ort essen wollten. Als es dann so weit war waren die brötchen der burger leicht hart und das da zwischen irgendetwas zwischen warm und kalt. Zum schluss haben wir npch einen burger bestellt zum mitnehmen. Dieser war so schnell fertig das ich nicht mal eine zeit sagen kann da ich über die schnelligkeit verwundert war. Wäre schön wenn ich hier das nächste mal wiedee mehr sterne geben kann.

Das Display mit Wartenummern funktioniert (mal wieder nicht). Wie oft werden eigentlich die Bestellterminals gereinigt? Sie waren voller Fingerabdrücke und echt nicht angenehm, benutzt zu werden. Die Wartezeit ist ganz okay; geschmacklich kann man das erhalten, was man von Burger King erwarten kann.

Über 20 Minuten für 1 Menü Zu wenig Personal, zumal die alle total überfordert sind. Bestellterminals wie immer defekt/Störung Müll wird auch eher selten augelerrt. Sauberkeit ist hier ein Fremdwort, aber mit 4 Mann in der Küche „chillen“ Außerdem ist hier die Muttersprache des Landes noch nicht vollständig angekommen.

ich kenne dieses fastfood restaurant seid dem ich klein bin und noch nie habe ich so schlecht wie heute hier gegessen; der big king xxl den ich hatte er war kalt, voll mit knorpel und das brot war alt, die pommes auch nur lau warm, die chili cheese nuggets haben so geschmeckt als währen sie schon das zweite mal frittiert sein; noch nicht mal die normale coca cola hat geschmeckt, man kann doch sprudelwasser mit einen hauch von sirup nicht coca cola nennen…nie wieder

Die Burger waren schon besser und der Laden sauberer. Klebrige Tische, volle Abräumwagen. Aber scheinbar ist es wichtig mit noch weniger Personal auszukommen, das dann leicht überfordert ist. Ständig bekam man mit, das Bestellungen nicht vollständig waren. Und nach der Umgestaltung hat der Laden keinerlei Flair mehr.

Also plantbased schmeckt auf jeden Fall besser als das normale hahaha Eis war auch ok und die Bestellung war relativ schnell fertig. Es gab an der Kasse keine Servietten

Merkwürdiges Publikum, Cola war warm und ohne Kohlensäure

Burger King....leider jeden Charme verloren. Die Burger sind nur noch halb (!) so groß, die Bestellung dauert ewig, das Personal ist unfassbar unfreundlich und das Essen insgesamt völlig überteuert. Ja, die Burger sind wirklich nur noch halb so groß. Ich dachte, man will mich auf den Arm nehmen. Aber es gibt quasi überhaupt keinen Unterschied mehr zwischen einen Whopper und einen Cheeseburger. Und das schlimmste - die Preise sind nach oben gegangen. Meine beiden Söhne und ich haben trotz Coupons mehr als 30,- Euro bezahlt.... Das ist übrigens der dritte Laden, bei denen die Bestellung nicht klappt. Hildesheim, Goslar und Braunschweig. Auch der Kundenservice ist ein Witz....man bekommt Standard Antworten aber ändern tut sich absolut nichts. Ich bin es leid und meide diesen Burgerbrater künftig und hole mir lieber einen Salat - ist eh gesünder!

Essen wie Burger King nunmal ist, lecker und gut. Service verdient keine Punkte mehr da der Kunde wie bei mcdonalds einsam und blöde am Automaten bestellen muss. Somit dauert eine Bestellung gefühlt 10x länger und man ärgert sich nur mit dem Bildschirm rum😤.

Essen und Service wie gewohnt. Wlan und USB Lader an den Stehtischen vorhanden und kostenlos. Mobile vor-Bestellung per app und auch Lieferung an den Tisch im Restaurant wird nicht angeboten. An den Tischen auch kein Strom für Laptop, Tablet, Handy etc. Das können andere franchise nehmer leider besser.

Das Essen kann leider mit anderen Fastfood-Ketten nicht mithalten. Wir hatten (mal wieder) alle mit Magenproblenen zu kämpfen nach dem Essen dort, sehr schade.

Haben 30 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet und andere Gäste offensichtlich noch länger. Personal wirkte überfordert und der Müll wurde nicht geleert sowie die Tische nicht abgewischt. Essen war Okay. Möglicherweise kronisch unterbesetzt mit unerfahren Mitarbeitern/innen.

Bisher nur am Drive geholt aber das Essen dort ist sehr gut nicht nur Qualitativ nein als ich nach Hause kam (36km) war das Essen nicht kalt, es war auch nicht heiß oder warm aber hab schon beim Konkurrenten ( 3km) und auch einem anderen BK (17km) die Burger zuhause wirklich kalt gehabt. Toller Laden, jedoch ist die Drive Ein und Ausfahrt etwas eng für unsichere Fahrer oder größere Fahrzeuge sehr sche... Aber Preislich (Coupons/Angebote) ist BK unschlagbar! Bitte so bleiben
