We ate there one day and we really enjoyed it. For the price, a decent portion of fries and nicely garnished with pickles and fried onions. The service was also super nice.

Food was very tasty and staff very helpful. What bothered me, however, is the barrier-free access to the restaurant. This point could perhaps be improved a bit, but otherwise it's okay

Super good breakfast buffet - rooms were clean and tidy. Just a little noisy, so you often heard your neighbors. Completely sufficient and recommended for a business trip.

Food was delicious, unfortunately the quantity was very modest. You won't get full without an appetizer. It's a shame given the price.

However, if something goes wrong with an order, it can happen, then you should correct it and be done with it. And don't slam down the receiver when caught and then making a phone call. This is outrageous and cheeky. Maybe this comment will help you think about and deal with customers.

It seems closed to me. Actually, it's a shame. I've been there a lot with my grandma. I wanted to have coffee there with my mother and found myself in front of the locked door.
