Dammstraße 19, NiedersachsenI had some serious bad luck. I had reserved a table for two by phone on March 14, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. We arrived on time, but there was still no table available for us. Initially, it wasn't a problem, but we were standing around in the entrance area. After more than 10 minutes, a wobbly table was set up for us in an adjoining room. The table was drafty because a doorway to the basement stairwell was right next to the table, and it smelled of toilet block from the toilet in the basement. We weren't given a menu, nor were we asked for our drink order. We could see the bar area from the table and realized we were being ignored. We watched for another 15 minutes and then left the restaurant. Just before we left, the young lady who had been "looking after" us up to that point told us she'd be with us shortly. We left anyway and probably missed some delicious food. I can't comment on the food, but I can comment on the poor service. We won't try eating there again. What a pity!
