My birthday was an unforgettable experience in this location! From the warm welcome from Flo and Jenny to the last dance, everything was just perfect. The location itself exudes a unique atmosphere that captivates every guest. The food was not only delicious, but also prepared with love and served to perfection. The service was absolutely professional and always personal and attentive. Flo and Jenny really read our every wish and made our evening something very special. I can highly recommend this location and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for unforgettable moments and a celebration that far exceeded my expectations.

Restaurant located in the athletes' home with surprisingly good and fresh cuisine. Small guest room with the charm of the seventies. All clean. Fresh flowers on the table. Extremely friendly and attentive service. You have to deal with the fact that the family dog ​​has its bed in the dining room, the waitress is barefoot in Birkenstock sandals and someone in the kitchen has a very rough cough If you don't have a problem with that, you get fresh food that tastes good and is actually too cheap for that. The menu has lots of classic German cuisine including toast Hawaii, currywurst and schnitzel. Additionally a daily menu with asparagus dishes. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside with a view of the football field. If you don't let the ambience put you off, you will receive friendly service and delicious food at extremely fair prices.

We took a short bike ride to the Northen sports field because the operator of the associated restaurant had been advertising a family festival plus live music for weeks. On site, however, there was shock at the family-friendly prices for food and drink... Beer 0.3 for 4 €uro, Soft drinks 0.3 for 3 €uro and bratwurst etc. from 3€uro upwards...... This is a pure rip-off and apparently the operator only wants to enrich himself at the expense of the guests The live music of the band “KellerKind” It was okay, they played well, but that doesn't justify the organizer's high prices. If we go to a local event again, we will definitely bring our own drinks and food, and you should too...

Absolutely amazing staff at this family run business. We came here by accident and ended up coming back for the entire week of our business trip. We can recommend to all lovers of good food and desserts, good beer and good mood. Thank you!

On Tuesday, as part of a business trip, I looked for local and affordable places on Maps and stumbled across the sports center. Reviews looked promising, so we got in the car and went. 😉 It was easy to find and parking was plentiful. We were warmly welcomed and served. The portions were perfectly fine in terms of quantity and price and tasted good too. I had “Hungarian-style schnitzel with fried potatoes” and thought it was really good. 🙂 In terms of ambience, it's not a star restaurant, but it's exactly what you would imagine a tidy and well-kept athlete's home to be, hence 5 stars. 🙂 When I'm around again, people will stop by again. 🙂

If you don't like a chic atmosphere, you've come to the right place, great and attentive service, very good food, prices on the menu suggest less than what you actually get, special requests are no problem at all... it's a shame we live too far away... But... twice a year is mandatory at least 😉

We happened to end up at the Northen-Lenthe sports home on our hike. We were very surprised by the menu, which promised a lot and by the very friendly service. We had Kaiserschmarrn, tomato soup, onion soup, Strammen Max and cake. Everyone at the table was very enthusiastic about the presentation and taste of the food. Unfortunately there was no soy or oat milk, but that only slightly spoiled the picture. The ambience still looks very much like a sports center, but the decorative touch is clearly visible. We would definitely like to come back.

Auf Empfehlung von Nachbarn mal ausprobiert und für gut empfunden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich auch wenn man ein paar extra Wünsche hat. Das Essen war frisch und super lecker. Preis + Leistung stimmt hier. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wir waren hier als Gesellschaft nach einer Beerdigung. Die Bedienung war super. Flott und sehr freundlich! Kuchen, Brötchen und Suppe waren gut. Das Ambiente war ok, es ist halt ein Sportheim. Die Möglichkeit, die Terrasse zu nutzen war klasse.

Der Besuch war wie in einen ****Resturant .

Sehr nette Bedienung, super leckeres Essen und lange warten muss man auch nicht bei einem top Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Absolut spitze. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Seit Corona nicht mehr zum Essen dort gewesen. Die Speisekarte war etwas ausgedünnt. Trotzdem war das bestellte Essen ein Schnitzelgericht super lecker und auch relativ schnell am Tisch. Der Beilagensalat frisch und saftig. Wir haben beschlossen nun wieder öfter dort zum Essen zu gehen.

Nettes Lokal Mit einer Gruppe alles Okay gewesen

Wir waren für einen Beerdigungskaffee dort. Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Service waren ausgesucht freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Brötchenplatten waren lecker, auch vom Ansehen her, und der Kuchen war auch gut. Es wurde regelmäßig Tee und Kaffee nachgeschenkt. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass man fröhlichere Anlässe dort gut feiern kann.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Ambiente ist nicht so ansprechend.

Nette Bedienung gutes Essen schönes Ambiente. Dazu viel Platz auch für Kinder. Gerne wieder wenn man in der nähe ist.

Nette Leute, toller Fussballclub mit engagierten Trainern. Die Currywurst ist 1a. Da kann man mal am Samstag Amateurfussball gucken, macht Spass!

Tolles Restaurant im Sportheim! Das Essen ist hervorragend... "wie bei Muddern" 🥰! Sehr faire Preise für qualitativ sehr gutes Essen! Gemütliche Atmosphäre mit Biergarten. Herzliches Personal, das den Servicegedanken wirklich lebt! Hervorzuheben ist auch die erstklassige Sauberkeit und die perfekten Parkmöglichkeiten.

Wir waren gestern dort. Wir erlebten eine sehr freundliche Bedienung. Das Essen (Nudelgerichte) Top! Klasse Atmosphäre.

Es gibt super leckere Ente in der Adventszeit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine super Gaststätte mit sehr gutem Essen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Der Service war einwandfrei und das Essen auf hohem Niveau! Immer wieder gerne. Unser Essen war super!
