Today we first went to the thermal baths in Bad Bederkesa. Afterwards we had something to eat at Jaspatho. You can't say anything against the food. That was fine overall. What me and my wife noticed was that it was just dirty there. The floor was neither vacuumed nor mopped. Many surfaces had not been cleaned for a long time. You could also quickly discover various spider webs. I don't think that's right for a restaurant. Cleanliness is a must.

On Sunday lunchtime we were the only guests...ordered Jägerschnitzel. Mushrooms were sliced ​​and canned. Sauce was ready-made. Food was very salty. We have been customers there for several years and have noticed the change. And I/we have to say that the level of eating and drinking has increased significantly after the change to the positive. The waiting time also makes you realize that this is not fast food but rather freshly prepared dishes. The staff, although there are not many, do everything they can to make the customers happy. You shouldn't forget that the restaurant works in two directions: into the swimming pool and into the restaurant. And we have to say that not everyone can do it in terms of effort.
