AquaMoor in Geestland

The AquaMoor in the Moor-Therme still offers a lot of room for improvement. The staff thinks it's particularly funny and you can certainly argue about the quality and quantity of the food and drinks. Currywurst (which even worked) with fries (five fries, I have no idea who specifies the quantity here) costs €7.90 and a small chisel with 20ml mayo costs another €0.50 extra. Everything tastes so good, but there are definitely not enough fries for the money. No matter, we won't let this ruin our vacation and we'll eat somewhere else soon.

We go swimming there more often and also go to the bistro every now and then. Unfortunately, the experiences are not so convincing. No matter how crowded it is, you wait an extremely long time for the food to be prepared. It also happened that we waited 10 minutes for the service person who was supposed to sell us a packaged ice cream. The staff has a very rude tone when dealing with the guests. Last Sunday we decided to eat there. In front of us there was a table of four. There, three guests received their food, the fourth person only after the others had already eaten. (Respect for their patience and waiting.) We waited about 25 minutes for 2 portions of fries and a potato. The fries were in the deep fryer too long. (No complaints due to time resources are made). The potato for just under €10 with a ready-made sauce and a salad (which admittedly had a lot of fresh components) also came across as rather tasteless, unfortunately not worth the money. Recommended from the past is the baguette and the currywurst. Because price and performance are okay.

Absolutely disappointed, we were there today with 2 children and waited forever for our food. I'm completely disappointed. The staff was totally overwhelmed and completely unfriendly... after you pointed something out to the good lady several times, she ignored you. It's not enough to stand behind the counter with a top where everything falls out if the rest doesn't fit. Unfortunately, some of the fries were very wobbly and not salted enough. Even when a store is busy, the staff has to be on their toes. Whether we'll eat anything the next time we visit is anyone's guess.

We've been there several times in the last few days. The food is okay for a bistro, but the staff (a gentleman with a mustache) is to say the least unfriendly when taking orders and clearly poorly organized. Both times the mayonnaise was forgotten and today it was assumed that we had received it/so we were accused of lying. Impudence! But I know that there are also good and motivated staff there. The gentleman should learn a lesson from this. Edit: We saw the same employee at work on multiple days. He didn't respond to the bell ringing or to the large queue in the swimming pool to take orders. After about 20 minutes he took pity on him and attacked some of the visitors. Others had already decided against ordering because of the waiting time. It should be noted that the sauna area was already closed at this time due to a lack of staff and therefore the workload could not have been increased. Due to the quick and responsive response, I am increasing my rating to 3 stars. More than that is possible if there is an improvement in this area.

A really nice and fresh menu for a swimming pool bistro. The preparation takes a little longer, but you can tell that a lot of things are made as freshly as possible. But the classic fries are also very tasty. The prices are typical for such a restaurant and reasonable. There are also very tasty cakes here.

Service was very friendly, my pizza was very tasty and the ketchup was free, which is absolute service, elsewhere you pay a lot for a portion of ketchup. My ice cream was very tasty and beautifully presented. In terms of price, it's definitely okay, you can't get anything for free anywhere. So keep it up, I'll eat again next time I go to the sauna :-)

I was here for the first time today and it was very tasty, I really recommend it, especially the burger and the Sucuk pizza.😋🍕 The staff was also very friendly.

The staff is really very friendly, but unfortunately the nice woman works in the wrong bistro The food was INEDIBLE!! We had currywurst that wasn't quite cooked through with a clumpy curry sauce and wobbly fries :( The baked camembert tasted like it had been left in the microwave for a maximum of 2 minutes and that's what it looked like!! And it's expensive too!! Guys, spread some bread before you set off ;-)

A cozy place in the Moortherme, where you can get delicious food at moderate prices.

Unfortunately too expensive, service is okay, quality is snack level.

Neuer Imbissbetrieb in der Moortherme Bederkesa. Die Preise sind etwas höher als bei den vorherigen Betreibern. Nervig ist leider immer wieder, das Besucher ihr Fahrzeug nicht in dem dafür vorgesehenen Parkraum abstellen können. Wird etwa die Brille beim einparken abgesetzt??? Eine ausführliche Rezension folgt
