The most beautiful lake view, great regional food, the best products, excellently prepared, homemade pasta, Rothaus Pils on tap - there's absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very tasty schnitzel, the citizens of Hammer also tried the tarte flambée. And homemade fries. Yesterday we went on a trip to Bad Bederkesa and were looking for something to eat by the water. It's a bit expensive but it tastes great.

Very good location by the lake. Friendly staff. Good prices. A great covered terrace. We'd love to come back.

Price performance is not right. The standards are very high, the prices are also average, but the food is average. Cod was tasty but burnt... You couldn't taste the wild garlic. Salmon dumplings one Catastrophe is stagnant, fibrous. Noodles also very dry. Dessert was supposed to be biset, but chickpeas were something. Here a little foam there a little foam. Sorry but given the prices it can be perfect.

Starter variations were super tasty! Very good quality and nicely presented. The crab soup was also very tasty. Very friendly service. Nice restaurant - it's a shame that the weather didn't allow sitting outside. One star deduction, which the restaurant may have no influence on, as the path from the parking lot is partly not lit. You step into a park and in the dark you can't see which direction you have to go. I first took a wrong turn and ended up at the brightly lit spa center. The path was very lonely and a bit “scary” for someone unfamiliar with the area.

One of the first sunny days of the year was the starting point for the trip to Bad Bederkesa in Dobbendeel! Ice cream, cake, sitting outside under the parasol with a view of the lake and very friendly service... a highlight!!

Wir haben es letztes Wochenende gleich zweimal vesucht, bei Dobbendeel etwas zu trinken zu bekommen und sind beide Male kläglich gescheitert. Der erste Versuch fand am Samstag statt, da der Außenbereich voll belegt war, hatten wir uns auf die Holzbank direkt davor gesetzt. Da uns klar war, daß die Bedienung nicht dorthin kommen würde, bin ich auf die Veranda gegangen und habe der Kellnerin gesagt, wir würden gerne 2 Alster trinken und da wir vorne auf der Bank sitzen, ob es möglich wäre, die Getränke gleich zu bezahlen und mitzunehmen. Wir hatten also nicht erwartet, daß hier ein Extragang für uns gemacht wird. Die Antwort von der Kellnerin:"Ich sage einer Kollegin bescheid." Tja, das war's dann auch. 20 Minuten Warten auf der Veranda, keine Kollegin, die unsere Bestellung aufnehmen wollte, absolut keine Regung. Am Sonntag dann der zweite Versuch, bei dem wir "ordnungsgemäß" auf der offiziellen Bestuhlung bei Dobbendeel Platz genommen hatten. Sage und schreibe 35 Minuten ließ sich absolut niemand vom Personal blicken. Als wir dann beschlossen hatten zu gehen, kam ein Kellner, der den anderen Gästen zunächst einmal lang und breit erklären wollte, warum niemand die Gäste bedienen wollte oder konnte. Anstatt diesen Ausschweifungen bis zum Ende zu folgen, haben wir eine andere Location aufgesucht und werden es bei Dobbendeel auch kein drittes Mal versuchen.

The food was great! Rarely in my life have I eaten such excellently seasoned soups (crabs - wow!, carrot-ginger with kimchi dumplings - amazing) and sauces... Meat and fish were both on point, and even my husband's schnitzel with mushroom cream was a whole dimension better than all the schnitzels before! We also had wonderful service, who came from Turkey and catered to our every wish - as well as tasty wine, delicious espressos and all in all an evening that was memorable in every respect! And the price was totally okay! Thank you very much!

We actually like the place. But today we desperately tried to order for over 15 minutes. After the waiter told us for the third time in a half-stroppy manner that he would be coming over soon and walked past us, we left. Yes, it was very crowded, but that was just bad service.

I can't understand the good reviews on TripAdvisor. The location on the lake and the view are great, especially during sunset. BUT the food wasn't good. The fried potatoes had obviously been kept warm for hours and were soggy and burnt. Simply pour plenty of oil over the salad. The salmon dumplings had a rubbery consistency and the noodles with crab sauce had no sauce and crab, really annoying. Conclusion: not recommended.

I was there as part of a family celebration, the location is excellent and the service was first class. The cakes are homemade and are massive pieces, but there is still room for improvement when it comes to eating them. It was good, but the special kick was missing.

We really liked it, the food was very tasty, the service was good, but slightly understaffed that day, I have no idea why, the ambience was almost unbeatable. Dogs and small children welcome. So we were very satisfied.

Rarely have we been served so rudely and condescendingly. Of course, it can happen that hair ends up in the food, but that's exactly when the staff shouldn't react rudely. The food also still has a lot of room for improvement when you consider the price-performance ratio. All in all, the store seems rather run down in some places! In the future, we will prefer other locations where guests feel welcome.

Very nice restaurant with a view of Lake Bederkesaer. We always enjoy coming here. The ice cream tastes very good, as does the coffee and cake. You will be served quickly and friendly. Highly recommended.

Wir waren dort zum wiederholten Mal und hatten uns sehr auf ein Mittagessen am See gefreut. Meine Freundin und ich bestellten Sauerbraten vom Rehbock zum stolzen Preis von knapp 30€ pro Portion. Nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit kam das Essen. Meins war oder sollte sehr hochwertig sein. Es war sehr nett angerichtet, aber satt wurde man nicht davon. Das Fleisch war nur sehnig und ich reklamierte es , denn essen konnte ich es nicht. Danach bekam ich anstandslos eine neue Portion. Jedoch waren die 3 anderen am Tisch schon fertig mit dem Essen. Da die Portion klein war, dauerte es bei mir nicht lange und ich hatte alles verspeist. Als Wiedergutmachung bekam ich nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung, von einem kostenlosen Schnaps oder Dessert ganz zu schweigen. Schade, aber zum Essen werden wir dort nicht mehr hinfahren.

Wir waren zu zweit zum Essen im Restaurant Dobbendeel. Grundsätzlich hat es uns gut gefallen, das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Die Speisen waren ok, doch es hat uns bei beiden Gerichten (Wasserbüffel-Burger & Schnitzel mit Pfeffersauce, Beilagensalat) das gewisse Etwas gefehlt (mehr Würze und mehr Pfiff). Das Dessert hat uns leider nicht gefallen. Das Anrichten der Gerichte könnte gerne noch optimiert werden, denn das Auge isst ja schließlich mit. Alles in Allem ok. Man könnte auf jeden Fall mehr draus machen.

Recommendation: Not really. Dirty table that was only cleaned after request; negligent service. The gin and tonic in a simple glass without a drinking straw and without lemon 🍋completely styleless, but at the proud price of €7.50. Very overpriced for that :-( We were disappointed

We had 2 cappuccinos and 2 scoops of ice cream each for 1.90 a scoop!! Be careful...the smallest scoops of ice cream I've been served this year. I pointed this out to the waitress. Seems to be the usual size there. But for the price half as big as everywhere else is pretty cool!!!

In addition to the beautiful view, you will be enchanted by the delicious food here. For example, the delicious water buffalo citizen with fries/chips. There are also delicious meals for children. As well as the delicious bread from the house.

Nach einem abendlichen Spaziergang wollten wir noch gerne etwas trinken und ein Eis essen. Nachdem wir an einer Bedienung vorbei gelaufen sind und uns einen schönen Platz gesucht haben, sind wir leider nach ca. 15 min wieder aufgestanden um zu gehen. Nochmals an der Bedienung vorbei, hat sie nicht mal dann Anzeichen gemacht uns zu beachten… sie war leider nur mit Tratschen beschäftigt

The Dobbendeel is located on an approximately 8 km long circular hiking trail between Lake Bederkesa and the canal. When we arrived there in the afternoon the kitchen was already closed, but the ice cream sundaes were large and delicious and the staff were very friendly.

The location is unique, the staff are really nice and the food is the best in town if you don't want to leave your change in the Bösehof. A menu with seasonally changing dishes made from local products ensures that you can try something new even if you come often.

The Dobbendeel restaurant, beautifully located on a lake, is always worth a visit, whether meat or fish or even cake, you can't go wrong when ordering, even if I tend to choose my favorite dishes. Whatever I've eaten there so far has always been good to very good and the quality has been good for more than two decades.

We went to Doppendeel for lunch today. And I have to say it was very, very tasty. The food was freshly prepared and presented very appetizingly on the plate! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake and the beautiful ambience rounded off the positive impression! We will definitely come back and say thank you!

Very nicely located on Lake Bederkesa, we enjoyed coffee and cake there, with a beautiful view of the lake. If the food matches the quality of the cake, you can definitely have a good meal there. A bit expensive, but if the quality is right, the service was definitely great.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Wanderung hier eingekehrt und haben Kaffee, Kuchen und Eis auf der überdachten Terrasse genossen. Der Service war ein wenig überfordert obwohl es nicht gerade voll war. Aber wenn er dann am Tisch stand, hat er auch Gas gegeben. Die bestellten Speisen standen im Handumdrehen auf dem Tisch und trafen unsere Erwartungen voll. Die Aussicht auf den See ist wunderschön, wir würden wieder einkehren, wenn wir in der Gegend sein sollten.

Even though it was incredibly full again... the service was super nice and attentive. The asparagus cream soup was very good as was the main course... fried cod fillet on green and white asparagus with wild garlic risotto... it took a while due to the mass but the service pointed it out beforehand... everything was done correctly and always with pleasure. .

The cleanliness of the room and toilet could be improved, it's not a tragedy, but... "Schwarzwalderkirschtorte with compote cherries and whipped cream... It's eatable, but it's not amazing. Very good coffee. The service was very nice and friendly. There is not enough service, there is no time for guests. The best of all is the view outside the window. If you are in the area - you can come for something sweet. It's not worth going here.

Wir waren zu 6 Personen dort. Besonders Fisch Liebhaber sind hier gut aufgehoben. Die Scholle ist besonders gut angekommen. Die Fleisch gerichte wie Schnitzel und Hamburger waren ebenfalls klasse. Ebenso der Service.

Went to the restaurant for lunch with our dog... To eat: We had the Wiener Schnitzel with homemade fries and the schnitzel with porcini mushrooms as well as tagliatelle and salad Price and quality were appropriate. The schnitzel with the mushrooms tasted great, both in terms of taste and quality, the other one wasn't to my taste but also good. Keder just the way he likes it and definitely worth a visit again. Friendly service and that too Dog was welcome

The food is incredibly good, high quality and first class, you feel like you are in a star restaurant! The prices are of course high, but in my opinion it is absolutely justified given the quality and taste! The view of the lake is also great and the staff is always friendly and helpful! :)

Sehr schöner Ort direkt am Bederkesa See

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten nach 14 Uhr etwas essen. Da wir das Restaurant schon von Kaffee und Kuchen, was sehr lecker war, kannte dachten wir uns, dort könnte das Essen auch ganz lecker sein. Nein war es nicht. Der Hamburger auf dem Bild war für 18€ zwar schmackhaft, aber klein und leicht über gewürzt Jetzt kommt, warum nur 2 Sterne. Meine Begleitung hat sich Leberkäse für 16€ bestellt. Die dazugehörigen Bratensoße war extrem versalzen, die höflich junge Bedienung brachte, als das Essen kalt war eine Ersatzsoße, die nicht ganz so salzig war. Als Entschuldigung gab es eine Kugel Eis in einer dreimal angeschlagenen kleinen Schüssel. Hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Für eine gehobene Gastronomie, hätte ich den Koch erwartet, der sich für sein verliebt sein entschuldigt und zumindest zwei Kaffee oder Kuchen als Nachtisch offeriert. So aber zwei enttäuschte Kunden, die nicht nur hier ihren Unmut äußern sondern auch jeden Freund davon anraten dort essen zu gehen. Kaffee und Kuchen gerne, aber.....

Wunderschön gelegen und für jedes Wetter tolle Sitzgelegenheiten.... Strand bei Sonne, Wintergarten ( auch aufzuschieben) für kühleres Wetter!

Super Ambiente, Service und köstliches Essen

Besuch am Sonntag Nachmittag; wenn man nach 30Minuten Wartezeit (andere Gäste sind früher wieder aufgestanden) eine Bedienung anspricht, ob wir auch bestellen dürften ist „Wenn Sie dran sind“ definitiv die falsche Antwort. Wir werden den Betrieb durch unsere Anwesenheit zukünftig nicht mehr stören!

Tolles Restaurant und Cafe am See Bad Bederkesa. Nettes aufmerksames Personal. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Wir waren dort am Sonntag mit Freunden und mehreren Hunden. Schade, dass es nicht zum Service gehört, den Hunden zumindest eine Schale mit Wasser hinzustellen. Allgemein hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Bedienung Angst vor Hunden hatte oder diese nicht mag , denn obwohl alle Hunde friedlich auf dem Boden lagen, hat sie Speisen und Getränke immer von sehr weit weg auf den Tisch gestellt... Insgesamt wirkte der Service total überfordert und unmotiviert. Am Nebentisch verwiesen 3 Servicekräfte auf die Kollegin die für den Tisch zuständig sei ...Diese war aber anscheinend vom Erdboden verschwunden. Die Torte war sehr lecker , der Kaffee kam leider sehr spät nachdem 3 der 4 bestellten Tortenstücke serviert wurden... wenigstens war es nicht umgekehrt, sonst wäre der Kaffee wohl kalt gewesen. . Aufgrund des schönen Ambientes (haben draußen gesessen) und des leckeren Kuchens 3 Sterne. Für den Service 1 Stern. Denn als unsere Freunde mit Karte zahlen wollten, bekamen sie sehr unfreundlich gesagt, dass es der Bedienung lieber wäre, wenn sie in bar bezahlen, denn so müsse man extra rein gehen....So geht Service definitiv nicht. Vielleicht sollte man auch nicht das Tablett mit dem benutzen Geschirr direkt vor dem Gast auf dem Tisch abstellen während man über die Zahlweise diskutiert!? Ich bin wirklich nicht empfindlich, aber schmutziges Geschirr vom Nachbartisch, direkt vor meiner Nase mag ich nicht.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit Seeblick in Bad Bederkesa. Schöne Speisekarte, guter Service und das Essen war wirklich ansprechend angerichtet. Von der Qualität auch sehr gut. Preis-Leistung allerdings nicht ganz gerechtfertigt meiner Meinung nach. Daher 1 Stern im Abzug.....aber dennoch eine klare Empfehlung.

Mit Blick auf den See seinen Kaffee genießen, herrlich. Es wurde Sand angefahren und Strandkörbe aufgestellt. Leider gibt es um 14:00Uhr kein Mittagessen mehr, so gab es für mich nur Kaffee

Wir haben nur Kuchen gegessen. Die Bedienung ist eine Wucht. Wir waren 12 Personen und alle haben eine Bestellung aufgeben, aber aufgeschrieben hat die Bedienung nichts. Sie hat alles behalten und wußte genau wer was bestellt hat. Ihr Gehirn arbeitet besten. Das gibt es selten in Deutschland. Sofort eine Gehaltserhöhung 🙏

Zu einer Hochzeit und nochmals zum Essen dort gewesen. Essen war auf den Punkt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat waren die lokalen Produkte. Personal super nett Lage sehr schön. Preislich etwas höher, aber... Jeden Cent wert. Immer wieder gern, weiter so
