Flyers are put in the mailbox despite the label NO ADVERTISING! One was even on the sidewalk! NOT SO!!! Happened in Freepsum/Krummhörn.

On December 26th, 2024, I reserved a breakfast table for 5 people in the Hafenhaus Emden for January 2nd, 2025 by telephone, stating my phone number. When we got there on Thursday, we found ourselves standing in front of a locked door, we weren't the only ones... A note was supposed to inform us: "Closed, something new is being created here, let yourself be surprised." The surprise was a success, that's not how you treat regular customers... A rejection would have been the least...

Worst pizza I've ever eaten! I am a fitter and travel all over Germany but nothing like this has ever been presented to me! Just don't eat there!

Pizza so-so, I've had much better pizzas. And now for the jumbo kebab Whole tomato slices in there are not appetizing Sucuk cheapest of the cheapest something pressed... kebab and chicken meat not really my taste either The sauces taste like they were bought and not homemade. The only good thing was the bread was crispy but that was it. Unfortunately not recommended!

Despite the storm Hans, we still sailed. Commerce comes before safety. What was supposed to be a pleasant pleasure trip became a balancing drama. Many guests became seasick. We arrived 11/2 hours later due to bad weather. This means less time to make your planned visit to Kristiansand. Be sure to leave your cabin on time because the cleaning must be done on time. The return journey went smoothly. But then you arrive in Emden. Everyone gets out of your cabin on time. Wait 2 hours before you can disembark. All facilities were closed. Top service. Then everyone goes to deck 3 via a staircase to leave the ship via the car in and out. Fortunately, no panic broke out. If this had happened, the misery would have been incalculable. Certainly not a beauty prize. What chaos. Very dangerous. Also inform the authorities about this. Not recommended. Too expensive for the misery you get. The service was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms and great breakfast. Nowhere else can you find bread rolls as delicious as here. Criticisms There are clearly not enough sockets in the room. I only found one unused one. The bathroom is new, but extremely poorly lit. Complaining at a high level. I can still recommend the hotel!
