Food was good and plenty. Small kitchen, so be patient when waiting for the food. The restaurant is well attended. Unfortunately there is no view, but it is located in a beautiful and bright backyard. The service was very friendly and good.

Great wine and delicious food. The spirit of the good old days blows here. The owner is a Rheingau original.

Cozy beer garden and a small menu with delicious dishes. There is also a nice selection of local wines (including a Sauvignon Blanc) at reasonable prices. Service very attentive and friendly, would recommend a renewed visit.

Vi hade bokat bord i restaurangen efter vår vinprovning i slottet. De serverade en trevlig och välsmakande 3 rätters meny. Lokalen har dålig akustik så det var svårt att samtala under middagen. Dessutom fanns ingen möjlighet att få öl till maten.

The wild goulash and the red cabbage were good but drowned in sauce that couldn't brighten up the dry spaetzle. The price of €17.00 is ok for the prepared dish. If the spaetzle is presented in a more attractive manner and prepared better, an appreciation for the dish is appropriate, which can also be clearly reflected in the price.

Cozy wine bar with delicious food! We were there for the third time now and had a very good meal. The Creme Brule for dessert is a must!!! The service is great, the owners are very welcoming. We'd love to come back!

Essen und Service waren sehr gut. Gerne wieder! Es ist eine Besonderheit in einem so denkwürdigen Gebäude mit 1000 Jahre Geschichte zu sitzen.

Supplier very nice and understanding. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the rest of the satchel shop. We were told food would be there in a maximum of 1 hour, but it took 2.5 hours. One portion of tortellini was cold, another with minced meat sauce only had the taste of garlic, and the tortellini weren't cooked through. In the portion baked with cheese, everything stuck to the bottom of the shell and was burnt. The 4th dish was a burger, it was completely dry and the meat wasn't completely cooked through and there was no toppings other than the meat. €14 for a burger without tomatoes, cucumber or lettuce? That's a disgrace! I don't recommend anyone to order there
